We had an alright experience here. Dogs seemed to do well so thats what matters most. Would give 5 stars but the grooming service has gone wrong and one pup is traumatized now... at least any time we try to trim her hair.

Best Pets is the absolute best place to take your dog. Patty, you and your staff are amazing. This is the fourth year we've come here and left our dogs here. I wish we had someone this great back home I could leave my dogs with. Obi and Poppy will be back.

This place is amazing!! We went on a cruise for a week and Lola stayed there and they were so caring with her. The owner is great! We will use them for Lola always. Thank you!!!

Our older dog never did well with other dogs or people so we never could board when we went on vacation. When we got our puppy we knew he had the best personality for it but still nervous leaving your dog with someone you don't know for a long period of time. Let me tell you, Humphrey is a shy dog but he RUNS into this place everytime. They are all so loving with the dogs. There are cameras you can log into anytime of the day. Very clean and he comes home so tired from the fun he had. Thank you for always taking care of our pup!

EXCELLENT! 5 STARS!!! This is the first time we have ever boarded our dogs. I had always used friends and family for pet sitters, but since our dogs are older and require special assistance and on-time medicine, we wanted to ensure they were in the best hands. We did a lot of research and Best Pets came overwhelmingly recommended! Patti and her staff were super helpful and awesome, and they truly are animal lovers. They gave our dogs and others a lot of attention. One of our dogs requires assistance walking and they were great with him. We love the live video feed to check on our fur babies any time of day or night. Patti went above and beyond when we forgot our dog's medication picking him up and she dropped it off at my house at 9:30pm so he wouldn't miss his night-time dose! Excellent people! We will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!!!

We took our fur grand daughter here for a week. While it was hard to leave her, Patti made us feel very secure leaving her in the hands of other pet lovers. We loved the fact we could watch storm on the cameras. I did a lot of research before I settled on Best Pets. We were a little late picking her up so I called to see if they could wait for a few minutes and they did. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for making it less painful in leaving storm for a week.

Amazing place and caring staff! We were in a jam as we were on vacation and our dog was barking nonstop in the hotel room, we decided to board him. I contacted this place and they were able to help me immediately. There were cameras so I could see how well my pup was being taken care of, I even saw one of the girls kissing my boy Onyx. It was also nice to know that my boy was able to play with other dogs his size, so much better than being in a crate all day! He had a buddy the whole time he was there. I am so grateful and completely recommend Best Pets. Ty!

This place has been a life saver!!! Patty and her crew are nothing but incredible. My fiance and I decided to add a puppy to our lives and then 3 days later found out he would be traveling out of town every other week. Puppies are no easy task especially on your own. I have a very spunky beagle/boxer mix and she is tons of energy. I work full time and I am gone at times for 10 hours. Best Pets has been my lil pups home away from home. They have cameras so I can check in on her, they have plenty of room to run around and play, they get rest time and one on one attention. I don't know what I would do without Patty and her crew. They treat Morgan like she is one of their own. Patty knows what she is doing and cares about your dogs. BEST PETS, BEST PLACE!

I cannot describe the amazingness and compassion of Patty and the crew here! ABOVE & BEYOND any expectations and TRULY AN AMAZING PLACE! I've been a regular recently with my two elderly dogs that each required A LOT of special care. Several pills throughout the day, special assistance walking, etc. All this at no additional charge really astonished me, but that is not the truly amazing part of this place. Last Friday my dog got sick the day I was leaving town (throwing up and out of nowhere having trouble walking when she was fine the day prior). So I took her to the vet, who diagnosed a bladder infection. The vet thought she maybe was having trouble walking due to the discomfort and thought that antibiotics would get my dog back on her feet by the following day. So my family left town as planned thinking everything was fine and knowing she was in excellent hands with Best Pets from our prior experience with them. The next day the blood work from the vet came back showing a lot of issues, so I decided to cut my birthday outing short and come back on Saturday night where I was able to get a night vet appointment. At the same time, Patty noticed my dog's vomiting got worse and she would not even get up to go to the bathroom. When I told Patty at Best Pets I was coming back to bring her to the vet that night, she told me not to worry about rushing back and that she would be more than happy to bring my dog to the vet earlier, and at no extra charge. She did just that and thankfully was able to get her to the vet 4 hours quicker to make her more comfortable with some fluids and medication until I got home. It turns out my fur baby was not going to make it and I made it just in time that night to say good bye to her. Patty and her staff were super compassionate and helpful. Just watching her interact with the dogs with all the hugs and kisses and playing with each and every dog, she is truly an animal lover and they love her back. My dogs would get anxious in their old age when I brought them outside of their comfort zone at our house, but they never got anxious when I brought them to Best Pets. The live camera of their suite put me at ease instantly that they were as comfortable and loved when I was away as when I dropped them off. Thank you, Patty and staff for all of your true compassion to my fur babies and family. Words cannot describe our appreciation. Keep up the great work!

Kiara ( our Aussie) loves coming to stay at Best Pets! She goes 1 or / times a month. They’re always accommodating and treat her like part of the pack. I love love love that I can view what she’s up to at any time and love that she’s not stuck in a crate all day. I leave her there with peace of mind. Everyone there is amazing, they’re always cleaning which is a huge deal. Thank you Best Pets for caring for my Baby girl 🐶

Stopped by this groomer without an appointment because my regular groomer was a no-show and the owner took my Yorkie in to clean up her face and give her a bath and she was amazing. You could feel the love she has towards animals and just by luck I found best pets. with this kind of professionalism and attitude no wonder they're voted the best

I have been a customer of best pets for years and cannot even begin to explain how amazing this place is! The perk of being able to peak at our pup from their cameras while busy at work or on vacation is amazing. We have a young dog and my husband and I both work a lot, taking him to best pets where he can run and play all day is always the best feeling. Thank you Best Pets!!

I loved this place. My dog didn't have to be in a cage the whole time I was gone. He was free to play in a nice clean room with other dogs his size. The owner was very kind. And you could tell all the people working there Love dogs. This will be my new place for sure!Very pleased. I strongly recommend.

I understand leaving your fur baby can be a scary thing. We entrusted Patty and her team with our 7 month old doodle for 10 days. Not only were we able to check in on her with live cameras anytime day or night but Patty personally called and texted me with updates! Every time we "looked" in on her, she was having a blast! Playing with all of her new furiends. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else when it's time to leave her again. Patty treats every dog like it's hers! Highly recommend

Our dog, Willie, stayed at the Best Pets hotel in February, 2020. Best Pets gave us an App, so we could see him at all times. They took excellent care of him, and just as their ad says, when we picked Willie up, he looked at us with his pleading eyes, saying "can't I stay here longer with my friends?" "and they feed me so well and provide great snacks"! Willie reluctantly came with us. Those are the signs of a great Pet Hotel, and Willie will be coming to stay again, when we are in Florida.

We now have more peace of mind leaving our babies! We have used day care and boarded our two PomChi’s, Alvin and Ella on several occasions now. Our dogs actually wag their tails coming here! What a change from boarding at the vet clinic! When I logged into the video camera’s my dogs were just chilled out sleeping on the sofa most of the time.

Everyone at Best Pets -I want to thank everyone at Best Pets for helping us take care of Apollo as he travels from the North to the South and has never been kenneled before.He is a Big Newfoundland and ended up with matts by the time he got to Ft Myers area for my daughters graduation from Vermont.... even after grooming several weeks before. (They didn’t blow out the under coat so in the heat and ocean made it worse 🙃). Horrible experience I tried to call them twice to get my two puppies in there they told me they will return my call and never did when I walked in the front desk girl looked at me like I was crazy and told me she don't know who I talk to you but there was no room at all for my dogs very unprofessional! I drove a little over 30 minutes to go to this daycare because I heard really good things about it after they said they would be able to take them today and quoted me and I literally made a blank trip because they turned me away I will never go back to this place and I will never refer anyone .

Yeah, pretty nice place. Convenient location, friendly staff, looks reasonably clean. Would like to get more off for multi-dog and some off for small dogs for my 3 - 10 pounders.
