This company might actually be the worst company that's ever existed on the face of the Earth. I've been renting from these people for years now and they own a lot of properties in this area and they run them all like they are slumlords. If you ever want to see for yourself what kind of property these people run you should check out places like paradise cay apartments. They are the lowest of the low when it comes to running a property and maintaining a property. Not to mention their customer service skills and their care for their tenants is appalling. Before you rent from a property just make sure you do your work on who owns the property and who you are actually paying your rent to. And never ever ever ignore reviews when moving into a new apartment! Especially run by these people!

They bought this building and have not repaired any hurricane damage from last year. Building is a mess and we need a roof and parking lot, but they raised the rent $200! Owner and management company just don't care!

I lived at Courtenay Apartments on Merritt Island on the 1st floor for 20 years. The landlord/slumlord is a lying, greedy man. They all lie in management. It took 10 years to finally get a new sliding glass door replaced. They lie about everything. They say they will fix something for you & they promise but don't keep promises. This place sucks.

I didn't like anything about this place. I loved that it was close to the beach. My family and I moved down from Wisconsin and found these places. We used what we had for the down payment and first month to move in. The whole time we lived in our apartment for 3 months we dealt with cocktail infestation. My 2 toddlers and my husband I had has all been getting sick, colds, head aches bloody noses. We had the air testing done in the unit and it turns out there was black mold and tons of other different molds in the unit. The code enforcement officer came and cited them. They wouldn't do anything about our problems and told us to find a new place to live. We currently have a lawyer because they now through an eviction on us for not getting out in the 3 day period. We have 2 toddlers and we're struggling as it is had to put our stuff in storage and now can't find a place to live due to the eviction. We obviously are taking them to court and do have a lawyer.Don't rent from them. I swear to you it is bad news. When maintenance would come in and fix some things they would use my bath towels to wipe up their messes. They would enter our place without any sort of notice. It's bad.It may be cheap but I highly recommend renting somewhere else.

They say someone sprays the property for bugs and cockroches once a week but no one has ever Sprayed ever since I moved in... and their are 1000s of them.. from tiny to massive.. my place is clean and pet free so what seems to be the problem, where is this spray guy at, huh??

This place is SEVERELY ill-managed. I never write reviews (good or bad), but I feel so strongly about how awful the staff at Oceanside Palms is that I am going out of my way to do so. I moved in 4/01/17 and found screws and bolts all over the floor. I also found half empty water bottles in my fridge. Also, the repairs to my home were not done. I found out later that the previous tenant was evicted due to lack of pay and severe lack of hygiene. (They literally had to replace the cupboards, stove, and fridge prior to my arrival. On top of all of this, the maintenance staff has stolen my Bicycle. The monitors in the storage unit next to my apartment are turned off, and my Schwinn bike was there just last week...it is not there anymore. I will be forced to take legal action today if this is not resolved. STAY AWAY from Wells Boys Property if you can!!!!!!!!

Getting in contact with anyone is nearly impossible. I have called emailed and left several messages about my deposit and get no response. I will be pursuing legal action if I do not get a response promptly. The entire time I was there pest control only came once in two years and that was never addressed there was a hole in my ceiling in several parts of my apartment they just laid a piece of 2 x 4 with mold and water leaking through and didn’t care though Ihave a small child that lived with me I just want my deposit back I kept the property as well as I moved in I will continue to reach out the and then I’m going to file for suite

Negative 5 Stars!! Jeff Wells is a scum bag slum lord!! He got all of his money from stealing from Good Tenants!!Paid my rent & advance of the tune $370 & left the apartment in pristine condition. No letter saying that my deposit “wasn’t going to be return”. Florida Statue 83. So Mr Wells has now stolen my $625 deposit.Office staff: Amanda, Ashley, Dana Property Manager & Bernadette - All Lied*. Check is on the desk under papers*. This was my 19 year olds first apt with a room mate, 15 days after moving in they were getting bit by something constantly.Management said it was knats , turned out to be bed bugs. My daughter has scars all over her body, we ended up paying 700 dollars to get rid of the bed bugs and the pest guy said it was coming from the closet door and to throw it out, but of course management said it was coming from one of my daughters bed which was entirely not true, was a new bed! Now her lease is up an she was awaiting her deposit and they not only kept her whole deposit but say she owes 580 dollars for the closet door. I think its a shame that these people would take advantage of two young girls trying to get started out in life. Be very afraid, not good people at all!!!!!

After 1.5 years of faithful, no problem renting and me never missing payment of my rent I had run into some financial difficulty and called Wells Boys office to notify them that my rent would be in the mail and late and that I would be putting in my 30 day notice. Also, I informed them that I was out of state and apologized for the inconvenience. The woman on the other line said that everything was fine and that I would need to put the 30 day notice in writing.2 days after speaking with them, I was told today (Oct. 7th) that there was a notice on my door telling me to vacate by Oct. 9th if I do not have $580 in to them by that time.I was extremely hurt and angered and put in a very difficult predicament.To be treated like a deadbeat, repeat offender and not given my due 30 days upon not receiving the rent on the first of this month has shown me who these people are. They must have placed me on an already existing list of people that were scheduled to be tossed out because of being late with rent and after their 30 days.I do not recommend renting from these people and I say to those reading, beware if you do.

Absolute SCUMBAGS! Impossible to get ahold of if you need service. No concept of customer service and Jeff Wells teaches his staff to be like that.I'm probably the most qualified tenant they've ever had and they can't even call back or reply to an email when I need something fixed. Now they put the place up for sale and didn't even say a word about it. I would buy the place..... instead they asked me to move out and don't want to renew my lease.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Here's the list of adjectives I would use to describe Baxley Manor (Wells Boys Property): unsafe, unsanitary, trashy, sketchy, grotesque, drugged and unfair. It is a cesspool filled with bugs, liars, cheaters, addicts, criminals, and weirdos. Clearly a place for those who are truly desperate and have no where else to go. I firmly believe this place should be condemned, torn-down and have a police headquarters built on it. This area of town desperately needs more police coverage. If only management would read these reviews and turn that place around. Oh wait... They don't care one way or another.

These are total slums Lords. Elderly tenants are bullied and lied to. They are in fear of reporting problems. Huntington Greens is inhabitable for humans. Mold infested and disgusting. I nearly lost my life due to the air conditioning.

I just moved in and the appartments look nice. I dont have cable tv yet so we have to use an antenna and dont get a signal unless the antenna is outside. The ladies at the office seem nice enough and the neighbors seem to be ok. The only dislike I really have is that the kitchens are super small and the placement of the window in my sons room is less than ideal. Overall, I love my little appartment

We are being evicted because the state forced them to provide us with a handicap ramp. Lied to constantly about work that they promise to do. Upstairs neighbors toilet flooded and management knew it was clogged and did nothing. It leaked into my bathroom and they refused to sanitize it.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs they refuse to treat the situation even though they are required to by law. have had a mold producing leak for last 6 months multiple request to have it repaired no signs of any help. highly recommend you stay away

I have only been here two weeks, maintenance does not know what they are doing. When a plumbing issues accurs, they throw there hands in the air and say I'm not a plumber! When as a maintenance worker "any type " of repair is your job!!! That's why it's called maintenance! !!!!! If you're looking to stay in a unstable apartment complex, this is for you!

I keep reading about a roach problem..well YES we do have one and it's being handled by this very sweet guy named Doug who was kind enough to explain to me that he uses a "Pet Friendly spray which is the same chemicals they use for flea collards. Maybe if some of you cleaned your homes between beer runs and would switch to paper plates since apparently you never heard of sponges and dish soap instead of leaving 6 months worth of filthy dishes accumulate in your kitchen sink that may solve some of the problem. Or a great invention called a mop! I have literally walked through the halls of the apartments on the way to the corner store and you can smell the stench creeping threw the bottom of their front door.
