Nice options for foods without extra unneeded ingredients. It was quite expensive for most things, but I guess that somewhat comes with the territory. Very close to the ocean to stop in before/after going to the beach for a popsicle.

Stuff you really can’t find anywhere else. Shop that really pays attentions to their supply chain and ingredients. Great fruit/produce. Dairy you’re not gonna find elsewhere. Nice people. Can’t really complain about prices it comes with the territory of the quality, I found the prices reasonable

I love this store! It's always clean and well managed. There's usually someone that will ask if you need help finding something. Everyone is knowledgable and willing to assist shoppers. They always have fresh organic veggies, non-GMO & a lot are locally grown. They have a few clothes, some ready to eat food they make in their kitchen & some from local people. They have a wide range of lose teas, herbs & coffee. There are frozen foods, canned & boxed food. Loads of vitamins, supplements & health products & they have a price guarantee. There's several rows of "self serve" bins of flour, nuts, beans, seeds ,granola and just so much that you can do all your shopping. I could write 3 pages!Update: 2/11/24 Sun.Yes it's changed. A lot of the dry beans, nuts, seeds etc. were no longer in self serve bens, but were packaged in small pre priced 8oz bags. It made it seem like it cost more, to me.Everything was well stocked. There were a couple of things that I didn't see that are usually there. They weren't as busy as they usually are on my Sunday visits.

I've shopped at health food stores in various parts of the USA and Mexico, and Sunseed Food Co-op in Cape Canaveral has THE best customer service and selection of products of all of the other stores combined. Sunseed has such a great vibe that their customers are very amiable and helpful too! I highly recommend this exceptional store. Thank you Sunseed for all of the wonderful things you did for me while visiting your city.

Went here for some CBD oil for my dog because the pharmacy's CBD oil wasn't strong enough, not only did I find a potent and effective CBD oil, but I left with a bunch of homeopathic supplements and a tuna sandwich with sprouts and tomato! It was freaking delicious! I will continue to get my stuff from there, there's candy, groceries, beauty supplies, pet supply, herbal remedies, and literally everything you can think of including friendly and very helpful staff! An absolutely incredible shop!

I try to support local places, even when they are over priced like this one. However, today I visited and there was a man checking out people's groceries who was visibly sick with no mask on, touching his face, nose, and mouth with his hands. When he noticed I was watching him, he then proceeded to wipe his nose on his shirt sleeve. When I asked if he was okay, he said he was sick and started handling my groceries. I said well if you're sick I'm going to ask this other gentleman to bag my groceries. So he left (I was hoping to go home), I checked out my groceries with the other guy and told him that I was in his line because the other guy was sick. As I left he said good luck and laughed...I guess he thought it was funny. And the sick employee was back out with customers, still no mask as I was leaving. I guess we've learned nothing. Between the overpriced goods and the disrespect of the people who work there, this will be my last visit.

This is a fantastic place! The product line is some of the most comprehensive I've ever seen in my life. They have doterra, protein powder, energy supplies, supplements, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Please stop by and take a look.The staff was wonderful! The food was delicious! It is better than Publix! If you're a picky eater, or you really care about your body, mind, spirit, and nutritional wellness this is your place.

I really liked the selection of teas they had. Got me some Kava. The organic produce look amazing! Though it's a little hard to see the sign Going southbound due to the shrubs. But no biggie I really like this place.

First time in this store and it was so wonderful I ended up with a full cart! I would l Ike to add I was disappointed there are no sanitizer wipes for the carts at the front.I also had a strange experience since I am a young mother with a disability so it was difficult to get around the small store with my health issues and 6 year old running around with very many other patrons shopping in a small space. The vibe the fellow shoppers were giving off were entitled a**holes in a hurry I felt like I was in everyone’s way the entire time I was shopping and even in the check out line, (I’m assuming a woman named “Karen”) said “thank God” behind my hubby when a new register opened since I was unloading a full cart of food. I’ll pray that God gives her some manners and patience. Hopefully we won’t have an experience like this next time we go.

An amazing place to acquire provisions. I wish I wouldve taken more photos. They also have bulk dry goods and a great selection of natural foods and things like soaps and other toiletries. They have a pet isle. Everyone else as super helpful and gave me samples.I can't wait to go back.

What a wonderful experience! I was looking for clove oil for a toothache. I called and the person I spoke with was super helpful. He answered my questions before I even asked lol very knowledgeable. Then when I went in, they were again super helpful and even made me laugh. It was so nice to have employees really care.

To be honest, this store had a pot smell and reggae style songs about burning people down that disagreed with drugs. It made me very uncomfortable. I thought this would be a place with a lot of gluten free and dietary restricted options. It does have some, but they seem to be very expensive (compared to options at other grocery stores). I won't be back.

Been a member here for the years I've lived here. Fresh produce. Natural and organic products. Friendly staff. I order some things by the case and the price is a bit cheaper. Prices everywhere are high, so expect the prices to be a bit steep. I shop for the quality of the produce and what's in season. The bulk nuts and grains are fresh and must move well because in some other local health food stores one can taste that they have been sitting there a long time. Plenty of parking and great hours.

You can find the usual variety of health food products and supplements plus some local fare. The thing that stuck out to me the most was the customer service. A lady there just clipped me several whole aloe leaves for free because I had a major sunburn. Samantha was a sweetheart.

Clean and pretty space, quite large with good variety, heavy on organic which I do enjoy. Quality everything. You can buy raw milk here! An adjacent restaurant features a great menu, though I couldn't try them. Instant nostalgia. Small is beautiful. Before there was Vitamin Shoppe, we had these.

This is the best health food store in the area. Just signed up to be a member. They have a great selection of organic produce, the staff is so helpful and really nice! The best part is mask wearing is optional, this is why I became a member to shop like a human being feels wonderful! I visited this store today and I admit it is clean and well stocked. But the prices are outrageous. A loaf a bread cost 9 dollars are you kidding me. Stick with aldi or w dixie, and you'll save money. It is true health food stores are a rip off. Sad to say but true.
