I can honestly say this is the best hardware store in Cape Canaveral I can also honestly say that it's the only one but seriously service is good selection is really good for the area and their pricing is not so bad just remember they're not open on Sundays which for me a hardware store that's really unusual

I went in there to purchase some fishing reel oil. I experienced the same thing. The staff are rude. They need to get off there high horse. Extremely distasteful.

ACE is expensive, but the staff is so kind. It makes such a difference to walk in a store and not just be greeted, but helped with something as simple as scres and a screw driver without even asking for assistance. Thanks!

This is the greatest hardware store! Everyone in the store knows where everything is and they know what they're talking about. They are also very well stocked so if you're looking for it, they probably have it and its in stock.

The store’s overall attitude is completely indifferent, rude and has an unmistakeable anti-customer approach (or lack of any discernible professional approach) to its customers. In the several times I have attempted to get some help here, I found it so distasteful I left without any purchase. The truth is - there are so many other hardware stores in the area that I find completely professional and customer oriented - I will never go back there, period. I’m sure they deserve one another’s company without the unnecessary intrusion of customers.

So this sign is basically saying we trust women with purses, but don't trust men with backpacks.(Men don't carry purses) Very discriminatory message. They are also are saying we don't trust you, but we want you to trust that we will not steal from you. Of course I want to know if they will be responsible if they hand my backpack to the wrong person... I will take my business elsewhere. I am seeing more and more of this at Ace Hardwares in Florida. Very dissapointing.1/7/19 -Update They have removed the sign from the store window so looks like they reconsidered their policy. Good to see. I am now shopping there and would recommend them.

Always a great place to find almost anything you need. Beats driving across town to HD. I can’t remember the last time they did not have what I needed. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Lucky to have it close by

The guy helping me talked to me in such a condescending tone. I just got what I came for and left. I was really surprised because pretty much everybody else in that store is always really helpful. But this guy was just a jerk. Probably won't go there again if I have to

Axe Hardware could vers a lot of the bases that a hardware store should cover. I have recently availed myself of some incredible pricing on EGO lawn equipment. Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.

This is my local Ace, Im in there a few times per week. They have almost everything you need with plenty of helpful staff. I purchase a $600 Weber grill yesturday that came with free assembly. Steve called me a few hours later and said he has the grill ready for pickup. Bought the grill at 8am, picked up the free assembled grill a few hours later and I was cooking food on it by supper time. I love when thing move quickly. Russ

Seriously, it's a great place for your home repair and enhancement needs. They have everything you need under one roof; from bulbs to plumbing to decor. Prices are competitive with big box stores for being a local establishment. Every employee is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful of the customer. I like going there just to talk with the people who work there. It's always my first stop when I need something for the house...
