I called to reserve a bottle. I was told it would be behind the counter with my name on it for pick up. I stated the time I would be there. Got there and was told my reserved bottle was sold to an online sale. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cashier was even the same person I spoke with and was not at all apologetic. Big brand store and surely doesn’t need my business and absolutely won’t be getting it from this point forward. Too bad I had to give 1 star.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service. Worst store I’ve ever been in and the bald dude had no respect. DONT waste your time stopping here- Way better options in Cape Canaveral!

Full disclosure: I (almost) always support Cape Canaveral Liquors on Atlantic (which is only ~1 block from my house) rather than the "Florida-owned" big boy, but these Xmas bundles were waaay too good to pass up! My tiki lounge man cave welcomes both the spirits and the tiki mugs!

They recently changed the layout of this store, it's well organized and clean. Not the best prices in town but it's close to where we stay and the staff is always friendly.

I live nearby this ABC. Their staff highly professional and very customer service oriented. This store features a walk-in humidor with a good selection of well rated cigars although possibly not as wide a selection that you might find in a specialty shop. Their staff will also happily assist you in getting that large load of party supplies out and into your vehicle. I rate this store very highly.

For a small store they have a very nice selection. Everything from the more economical products to many of the more expensive brandsThe store staff all seem to be friendly and they are very helpful.The item I was looking for was not on the shelfThe shelf space was empty.When I asked one of the employees about it they looked it up and it showed 6 bottles in stock.So they went into the back and got the case outI was very pleased with the service and I left with the product I was looking for

It's great to see a pair of employees scramble to accommodate a semi disabled lady. It helps you count your blessings that for the grace of God it could be you . But in reality you watch the line grow behind you as one of the other customers places her purchases on an unrelated shelf and storms out the door empty handed. I being on vacation and continously unwinding from my over complex world sat back and offer these reflections that I probably need to read a few months after my vacation is over.

They have a fair selection but not what I'm used to at the liquor stores at home. The prices were ok, a little high on some things. I was in town for a few days and went here to get a few things. The cashier was a little crude. A customer came in and said he was from out of town and was asking questions and the cashier wasn't answering in a nice way. He seemed to want the guy to leave. I probably wouldn't go back.

This is my neighborhood store. We love this one in particular because of the quirky cashiers. Everyone is so nice and fun loving.

A great selection of wines and liquor. We were fortunate enough to have an associate provide expert advice on some wine options. We selected 3 wines and loved the CostaRosa it was delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely visit again when we come to this area next time.

I don't drink much and when I do it's usually the cheap stuff. The ABC brand rum is perfect for the money and does the job good. hangovers need not apply

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. They have a decent selection of craft beer, wine, and liquor. I can't find cachaca at this location anymore, but if they don't have what you are looking for, they can see which other store has it. This is where I shop for beer/wine/liquor most often.
