Stopped in with my husband for some last minute items for Thanksgiving, and Quincy, the associate working there, de-escalated a situation with a customer who was yelling and acting hostile toward the employees. Quincy deserves a raise and handled the situation beautifully. Happy Thanksgiving!

As I was walking to the door. The manager walked out, let a customer out and locked the door and walked off as if I wasn't there. So rude. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. It was 10 minutes before closing. The sign says 10pm not 9:50. I will be contacting corporate about this unprofessionalism.

The workers at this store work so hard. With two employees having to wait on customers and try to put away merchandise, I give them a 10. For Dollar General, I give you a 0 for only having two workers a shift, sometimes only one person is there. This is not only a selfish part on Dollar General, it's a safety issue as well. One employee on duty was killed in Kansas at a Dollar General. She was stabbed with an ice pick in the eyes. She died. I don't want to see or hear anything like this here especially when it can be prevented. This team deserves respect from Corporate. Think about it!!!

This store is always clean and always seems to hire amazing employees.... The employees are so nice and fast at checking people out... They have the best attitudes and don't seem to mind stopping what they are doing to help you out. They never seem to get frustrated and that's a gigantic compliment living w today's inconsiderate personalities that seem to be worse than ever in the world we live in and share w others... Customer service is an amazing quality to hv and this team is on point. I know it can be tiring ....you make a difference w out knowing. Thank you...

It was open on Thanksgiving... the ONLY thing open other than convenient stores. The first time in the place & it was very clean, organized, & stocked! However, there was only 1 register open & the line went to the back wall. Poor thing was doing a great job but people were buying last minute things (like us). Thanks DG for saving our family Thanksgiving dinner!!🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃💕💕💕💕💕

The employees are wonderful at this store but the owner needs to get more shopping carts and have them kept inside. Also the owner needs to replace the doors into the store. You literally have to open your door with th3 shopping cart and trying to keep it open. They finally reorganized the inside. I am sure it was done because the employees had the idea. The owner needs to provide a more up to date store.

I was on a race against time.It was 3:30 and I had to be at work by 4. Everything is closed when I get off work and I needed coffee and toothpaste. It was now or never.The back of the line was halfway down the medicine isle. I could just peek around the corner and make out Haley ringing up a lady with a buggy full.The clock was ticking.Haley got the lady checked out. Next up, a guy buying dog food who didn't know how to use the card machine. Haley patiently instructed him in inserting the card and following the directions.The line behind me was growing longer.I was absentmindedly reading the label on some gummy vitamins when a guy two spots behind me sighed and said out loud, "Move it. I gotta be at work by 4."It ain't looking good.Then Maria, who had been stocking, came around the counter and shouted, "I can help anyone paying with cash!"Bingo!She had me rung up and out of there and I made it to work with 10 minutes to spare.Fin

Very friendly and hardworking staff! The store had a wide variety of items and the ladies working here helped me find everything I needed plus provided a friendly, but speedy check-out. Very good experience overall!

Extreme dislike going shopping right now. However the lady who wanted this particular Dollar General made me feel relaxed before we claim they knew everything was they were polite! I wouldn't want to go anywhere

This is a great dollar general. Sometimes you don’t feel like wrestling the headache of the big box stores and just need a quick trip place to go. This one is rather new and stock is great.

Open 24 hrs, good prices, clean friendly service...and Tom Thumb has alot things you need for the beach and more. Plenty of parking, clean store, restrooms are #1, and the staff are great, friendly, & always smiling....

A go to location for my family but definitely not my favorite. Store is clean most of the time but it’s hit or miss depending on who is working. I’ve had to wait in long lines numerous times as multiple employees walked by not even offering to open extra registers.

I am talking about the one on Pine Forest rd almost at 9 mile!The cashiers are rude! Very unhelpful! U can tell all they are worried about is just doing enough to get paid! There are about 6 dollar generals between my house and my work. And this one is right across the street from my work. They have lost my business! Will not reccomend them to ANYONE! They won't let me put a review for each store! I absolutely love the customer service at the one on Highway 29 beside Winn-Dixie in Cantonment they are fabulous there thank you so much for all your help!

Somewhat disorganized. Cashier was helpful, til she realized I was using 2 digital coupons and 11% military discount. Ended up calling her nanager, who didn't give us 11%.

I will not shop here ever again. I was in the store yesterday, the third person in line to check out. The woman at checkout is trying to purchase some gift wrap and the cashier argued with her about the price even though there was no issue with the cash register bringing it up. She tried to charge the customer $0.75 more for each roll of wrapping paper. instead of going to check the price for self, the customer ended up having to do it herself. There was at least one other staff member in the store that could have opened the second register but she didn't. I ended up leaving my basket and leaving the store and going to Walmart. I also noticed that the prices for items in the store have increased to where they are no longer cheaper than Walmart. A gallon of milk should not cost $5.

Hidden little location which isnt bad but not to most clean. During my visit the parking lot was riddled with garbage. Appeared as if it was located outside of a very low income residential area. CAUTION to an evening visitor.

Staff are so polite! I Was not able to find Amp Energy Origional anywhere on the florida panhandle. This was awful because it was the only energy drink i like(Ive tried them all). The Assistant manager contacted the manager about ordering 9 cases for me. The manager then contacted the pepsi vender and they were able to put in an order for some! The assistant manager then contacted me and told me the order arrived!. The next morning I got out of work and went straight to the Dollar General! Purchased the 9 cases from them and could not be happier!!!! I will always do my shopping from the dollar general at this location on pine forrest rd!!! Thank you Dollar General and Pepsi for making my week soo much better!!!! Oh and thank you AMP energy for continuing with the origional AMP! As long as you sell it I will buy and drink it! Thank you!

I did find the items I was looking for but the store was very messy. Shelves where patrons had obviously dug around in had items about to fall off. The "clearance" section was so bad it crossed my mind to square it away myself but if the manager is okay with it.....why bother.

The older workers are very nice and helpful but the new younger workers that were hired very recently are rude and not helpful at all obviously no customer service experience.... I hate going in there when the young workers that were hired recently( meaning oct nov dec jan 2018 and 19) are there.
