I have picked up plenty of my prescriptions from this pharmacy with the same insurance that I currently have, and now they're saying that after my newest prescription was submitted, they can't have it because they don't cover me. But get this: What really has me befuddled is them telling me it's MY job to call Walgreens and tell them that since CVS doesn't support my insurance I need WALGREENS to tell CVS to transfer my prescription to them? WHAT?? Maybe someone can help me understand. -2:40pm 6/2/2023

My fiance and I traveled to the area for our wedding. She became mildly I'll due to the food, the Nurse practitioner Cindy B, was very much so disrespectful to her even to go as far as commenting on her weight. Terrible!

Happened on 1/4/2017. Very poor. I was told to go in drop off to show my new insurance card since my rxs were ready. I waited good 5-7 minutes at drop off line then The lady at the drop off line said I have to go to pick up line. So I waited pick up line for about 10 minutes. When it was my turn. The cashier couldn't ring it up because my insurance wasn't in the system and saying that I have to wait aside for the drop off lady to fill info in. I waited for good 45 minutes to get my rxs. I had bronchitis and it was awful waiting in the store.

Go to Walgreen's where the pharmacy actually knows what they are doing. Had to go to CVS since its through employer. Tried to get a prescription filled after surgery today. Dropped off script at 10am. Called at 4pm and they said they needed more info to fill. Asked why they couldn't call and tell us they needed more and they said it was a HIPAA violation. Gave requested information and went up an hour later, still not ready and now I have to call to get it fixed.Can't now because its after hours. Glad it's not an emergency.

Very rude...I waited at the register for "Tami" , who made the decision not to come and check out my merchandise...overpriced anyway, but chose to pay for convenience, left metchandise and headed out

Went in to print pictures at the kiosk. Cashier was super nice and very helpful as was the on duty manager. Thanks
