The pharmacy gets 5 stars all day. The pharmacists are always busy, but I've never had an issue with any if them. There are a couple of pharmacy employees that just always look less than thrilled to be there, but I always get great service. Wait times can be long, most of which is caused by customers not being prepared or wanting to argue with whomever is working the register. FYI most issues with pricing is caused by insurance not staff... The manager was called back to the pharmacy for assistance due to them being slammed once and she was so rude. I give the pharmacists 5 stars, but the rest of the store 3.

I shop here weekly it’s my favorite store. All the closing employees know me when I walk in the door and we chat every time I’m in the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Candace especially is always so cheerful and friendly she also is always so helpful. If she ever has a bad day you’d never know it. She is a gem.

The minute clinic was an amazing experience! I was able to schedule a same day appointment when o could not get in to me normal health provider. Dr. Scully was amazing and took time to go over my health issue! This was refreshing to be able to make an appointment and be in and out in less than an hour!

Terrible, I had to go here to get pain meds filled because my husband got discharged from the hospital on a Saturday after noon and everyone was closed. I went by on my way home from the hospital and the whole pharmacy was closed for lunch. Ok, so I came back at about 445, they close at 6, and I was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because they have inventory tonight. I had to come back after calming down and tell them that was not acceptable. My husband was not going to wait on pain meds when he was just discharged from the hospital. This is a perfect example of why I never go to these big chain pharmacies. They do not care about the people who need them.

I was at the Pharmacy 1/6/24 between 6 and 9 pm, to get some refills ordered and ask a few questions. When I arrived I went to the drop off prescription window. As I was waiting I was told someone will be with you in a minute after about 5 minutes a young black woman said she could help me at the consultation window. I went over to it waited for her to come to the window and from the island in the pharmacy she asked me by DOB I asked her to move closer so I didn't disclose my personal information across the room while other clients were around. She started to and as soon as I gave it to her she returned to the island and not the computer next to the window I was standing at. I told her I was not giving any more information like this. She looked at me like I was a bother. Obviously she has no concern for HIPAA laws.Now the Pharmacist that was there saw my concern and stepped in and helped me. I want her to be recognized for her help but I can't remember her name. As for the other person my personal feelings is she should be removed. She clearly has no concern for clients confidentially.

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, was told their register was down and to come inside, sat in line for 15 minutes inside, then was sent to another line to wait to get the good rx price before being sent back again to the original line which was much longer than before. Super unaccommodating and actually pretty ridiculous. I waited in four separate lines for one refill of medicine.

Drive thru has 2-lanes. One supposed to be for drop offs only, one for full service. Pull up to drop off lane Ms. Attitude yells out lane is closed. Go all the way around the building to full-service lane. Finally get to the window, same little Ms. Attitude says lane is for drop off only. God I miss Winn Dixie pharmacy.

Trying to get to the urgent care. I was there 1 1/2hr before they closed but seen no one and could not get an appointment for that day. No patient around.Not so urgent clinic….what a joke.

It is impossible to get a hold of a real person in this pharmacy. They made a change to a "confidential voicemail" that promises a return call within a few business hours but let's be real, ain't nobody getting a call back back from them. It was hard enough to get a person on the phone before now we're never going to be able to get in touch with them. They were already rude and snippy any time you spoke with them. This is only going to make it worse.

I worked in healthcare for 41 years and will tell you, this pharmacy is definitely not patient friendly Terrible customer service. Under staffed, Under trained, and Poorly managed. Don't waste your time here. Just go to Publix. Would give zero stars if I could.

They tell us the prescription was hot at 8 am and a two hr fill time… 10:15 and said still not filled and said it will be another hour…. Rude people that work here and they never answer a phone!! Circus business being ran here!

They are not willing to do any extra work at all they are lazy and do not care about customer service. If you want to be given a hard time and wait for an hour then CVS is where you should go.

All I can say is I wish I had checked the reviews before using this pharmacy based solely on the convenience of the location. The pharmacist himself if very nice and helpful, but he must not have much backbone for managing his staff. My son had surgery, and they only gave me 2 out of 3 medicines when I picked up, excluding his pain medicine. However, instead of letting me know the pain medicine was on backorder, they didn't even mention it and let me believe I had it in the bag. My son was in finally pain and needing his pain medicine, I realized it wasn't there, and I had to call CVS back. The lady who answered the phone told me that it was on backorder and was very rude and unhelpful. When I was explaining how they had put us in a real "pickle", she cut me off and transferred me to the pharmacist. He explained that they only had 16 of 18 pills but that he could fill it with that if I wanted him to. Desperate, I asked him to go ahead and fill it. When I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, I told the lady that she had been very unprofessional on the phone by dismissing me and handing me off to the pharmacist. She immediately cut me off again and fired back in front of the entire staff and existing customers that I had been unprofessional too (excuse me, I'm the customer), and that I had also been rude and yelling at her, and that someone in the background was yelling too. Well this was completely false, because was at home alone with my son. I'm sorry if she is angry about her job, but whether she likes it or not, she is in the customer service business. And the pharmacist had nothing to say about the situation and let her talk to me like I was a low-life. I'll never go back to this pharmacy. Walgreen's isn't much better, so I'll likely go to Publix, even if it is further out of the way, because they are the only ones left who know anything about customer service. It's a real shame.

The lady in the pharmacy...her name starts with a "K" (trying to be nice and not put her whole name) is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She's loud and mean. I promise if my insurance didn't make us use CVS...we wouldn't! I've complained to corporate 3 different times with no response.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I cannot remember a pick up that has gone well. They mess something up, do not call when they say they will, and then blame you for their mess. I have all but one prescription removed from them. After this last refill, I will not do business here ever again. I would rather drive across town than deal with their problems and attitude. Avoid this place if at all possible.

the doctor (man) who was there today, says he can't check me because I didn't have an appointment and they don't accept people without appointments on Sunday, the online page doesn't say that. and then he didn't have a patient waiting, he was just drinking his coffee. nothing compared to my previous experiences the doctor (woman) always tries to help you no matter how busy she is.

Was in the drive-thru for 15mins, when I got to the window, the person said sorry you will have to come back we close for lunch at 1:30. They need to have sign so people in line can see it and know they close for lunch at said time. I would have left if I knew I wasn’t going to make it to window and not wasted my time sitting in line. Have a sign mounted!!!

Says there is walk-in availability for the Minute Clinic, but we were turned away with our 5 year old needing meds for ear infection eventhough there were no other patients. We waited close to an hour with no other staff member in CVS able to give us information during the wait. Also, time and time again the young pharmacy staff is either incompetent or rude, with the exception of two members. Saw one guy eating snacks out of a pill container while working with the prescriptions which can't be part of protocol.

Dustin in the minute clinic is AMAZING. We came from out of state and our daughters asthma was acting up. He went above and beyond to fit us in and help us get her all the medicine she needs to help us have a great vacation. Thank you so much!

Very slow staff, hour wait for medications on one trip, very rude staff on another trip, and taking forever at the minute clinic on another occasion. I generally love CVS (great place to score some deals) but not this specific location I have not cared for the way they handle the store. Hoping if I have to visit again (it is the closest to my house) that they will show me differently.

I have been going here for the past five years and my experience has always been unpleasant, but I am a very unproblematic person so I never really cared. Until tonight. I drove all the way to the CVS without any notification that they were out of stock of my prescription. Before even getting to the counter, I was annoyed because all three associates hadn’t even acknowledged me or the man in front of me. We ended up waiting several minutes before receiving any help or even a “hi, we will be with you in an moment”. All three associates were very unwilling to help me with my situation; I was told to call another CVS to get my prescription transferred-only one associate actually tried if that’s what you even want to call it. if you are going to work in the customer service industry, you need to have the skill of handling situations in a positive manner and dealing with customers in a positive manner. I was not pleased with this experience at all and I will not be coming back to this pharmacy. The interaction was a complete waste of time that could’ve been avoided with a simple notification.

Need to have staff dedicated to the pharmacy drive through. No one seems to be in a hurry to help the drive though. Only go here because it's closest to my home.(Kingsfield location). Called at 9am to fill my prescription, was told it would be ready at 11. Get there at 1230 and its not ready, told another 20 minutes. Come back 30 minutes later and its still not ready... getting worse at this location.... finally was able to get my prescription (about 2pm) and went to give good rx and was told it would be another 20 minute wait....?!?! To run a cupon?!? Lol what a joke. This store needs some management ASAP.

I recently moved out to Molino and this location is the only pharmacy I’ve been able to find within an hour drive, so I switched to them. Big mistake. I find myself this morning driving into Pensacola to my old pharmacy (an hour trip one way just to get my medicine because CVS is too lazy to retrieve my prescriptions ). However, they repeatedly tell me they’re going to do it and that they will have it ready for me the next day. Only one out of three times have I been able to get my medicine there since I started using them and they genuinely couldn’t care less. This is hands-down the most incompetent pharmacy that I have ever utilized and I have lived in many many states....AND you will sit on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes just to be told that they don’t have your medicine ready nor do they even see where anyone has worked on retrieving said prescription from your previous pharmacy, like the 30 minutes you spent on the phone with him the day before never happened LOL! Sad!!
