Posting this review a little late! My daughter left her birds with Teresa over the Thanksgiving holiday, we were very impressed with the care they received while we were gone. The place was very clean and organized. The other birds being boarded were very happy and content and their cages were spotless. Teresa is very knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable leaving our feathered babies. We will be boarding with Teresa again in the near future. I just got my baby from Teresa, my first blue and Gold mecaw Tiki. She has been such great help from before I got him home to bringing him home and even now after getting him home all the way in Utah.. She has such a kind heart and loves the babies and spoils them. Each time Molly, my African grey goes, she's always so calm and happy afterwards! She wiggles her little tail and her feathers are calm. Car ride is a breeze and she comes home and takes a nap. body language of a happy bird! I can tell that they are passionate about the birds they watch and take very good care of them! Plus, having other birds to socialize with during their stay is very positive! You won't need to worry as your birdies are in great hands here! I, personally, trust no one else around the area for my birds care while I'm away. Thank you for being available in my, and other parrot owner's times in need ❤️ we love our flock mates!

I have been boarding my dogs with Ts Exotics/Avian Luxury Suites for many years now, and I can confidently say she is one of the best pet sitters I have ever encountered. Her home is a perfect place for pets to stay, and the dogs get lots of attention. Teresa is very caring and attentive to the pets' needs, and I always feel confident that my dogs are in good hands when they are with her. I highly recommend Ts Exotics/Avian Luxury Suites pet boarding services for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

It is unfortunate that I have to write this, but sadly, I cannot recommend this place for bird boarding, as my parrot has been diagnosed with a bornavirus that is only transmissible through other parrots after staying here and they have never interacted with other parrots through their entire lifespans. I'm aware of other parrots being on site, so it is only possible to have contracted it here. I have since lost one parrot and it has cost me thousands to save the one of the others.I have stayed here once before and my parrot came back sick that time as well, but it was an easier fix with medication, as it seemed like a more common illness and he did come back with a perfume-y smell, although I just tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe he was just stressed that I was gone.Regardless, I think it's important this be said to hopefully prevent this fate for another parrot.

Teresa was amazing and very knowledgeable. She allowed us to visit our baby on short notice as well as purchase our baby on short notice. She kept us updated throughout the whole process. She got us our contract quick and made sure we knew when it was mailed out. She also included an envelope enclosed with the contract complete with postage to mail back. She helped us pick out the size of our cage, the proper perches, and told us about the adorable bird diapers. If you’re looking for a feather baby she’s the right person to purchase from. she is just flat out amazing at what she does. Also, She responded to my 1,001 emails lol. Me and my husband will be purchasing again.

We boarded our elder cockatiel with Teresa for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier...and, I'm pretty sure our bird felt the same way!! We will definitely use her services again as needed!!

We used T’s Exotics’ Avian Luxury Suites to board our feathered kid “Rio”. I met with Teresa whom by the way is super nice and very informative lady. I highly recommend her place as it was very clean, and organized. Rio even had play time on the t-stand! We will be bringing Rio back when in need of boarding.
