We took our golden retreiver here to get groomed. He was ecstatic, but he does love to get pampered. The owner came to greet us outside, as we were 10 minutes early and they open at 10:30am. The owner is very kind, professional, and informative. The price was very reasonable. His visit included grooming(cut & wash), anal glands expressing, nail trimming, blow dry, and 40-minute massage!! The service, communication, cost, and care were desirable. The entrance area could use a good scrubbing. If it is your first time, you could easily be detered. It has been difficult to find a place to go to when we need him cleaned up since leaving his groomer in Indiana. This is 15 minutes from the house, and we were happy with the outcome. Thank you for your efforts.

I've called three times, left message. New to area hoping to find a reliable groomer for my 3 dogs that normally groomed regularly. Not one call back, even to say, not taking new clients. I try to use small business owners in the area I live but, this business owner is so indifferent to people that I would trust my pets there. It gives small business owners in this town a bad reflection.If you choose to advertise your business then people believe you are actively in business to do business. If not, just don't.

I’ve been taking my Ace to Joe and his wife for probably past 8 years for his grooming needs. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else! Very nice and friendly people!! Very dependable too! I highly recommend their services!

My golden retriever came out smelling amazing! He was incredibly soft and looked very handsome in his new bandana. Prices were great and staff was very friendly. The building could use some updating but it is a small town groomer and a lot better than driving 40 minutes to another salon.

I brought my chihuahua in for a nail trim. She usually dreams bloody murder when she’s having this done but the gentleman who clipped her nails must be a dog whisperer… she barely barked and it was so quick… her nails were perfect, no stragglers and perfect trim. Thanks!

The owner of this place is extremely knowledgeable about all things dogs (all animals really). He is very friendly & loves to share his knowledge & answer questions about your fur babies. I HIGHLY recommend this place because you can rest assure your pet will be well taken care of while in his care.

Took my dog in to be groomed and when I got there the first thing he wanted to do was show me his tattoos then he said it would be around 3or3:30 When he would be done I called at 4:30 since I hadn’t heard from him he told me the dog wasn’t done so I asked when did he thinks he would be done he said well let me go in the back and see. When he came back out the first thing he said to me was that I was rude to him. I apologized to him and said I didn’t mean to be rude and he went on and said I could come and get my dog and take him to petco they charge a lot more I said no you have my dog go ahead and finish him. He said I’ll call you when he’s done and hung up.at 5:45 he calls me I picked my dog up and will never take him there again.

We have used Pet Shop a long time, I think since it opened. Joe trims our beagles nails, and she loves him. That is the only grooming service we use, but pricing is very fair and they usually are available for walk ins.

I would give this place no stars at all if possible! The place is filthy and smells like urine. I made an appt. this past Saturday over the phone, detailing my specific pet's needs, was assured they could handle it. I showed up today for my 12 o'clock apt time (as was told to me on the phone) only to find that I wasn't on the books ANYWHERE! They were rude, and the male owner accused me of not telling him anything ahead of time and then said, "You need to stop talking and listen to me" (Basically telling me to shut up in front of my children!). He REFUSED to even tough my dog and told me to leave. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! IT'S AWFUL! Unless you like being cursed out publicly and being treated VERY rudely, DON'T GO HERE!
