Today, I stopped into the store early at 815, usually at most stores help isn’t available, but not here. I was immediately greeted by front cashier in garden center, and when asked what I was looking for, she went and got garden manager Laura and she was amazing! Not only pointed me to the trees I loved, but loaded them up for me since I have my baby with me. Thank you ladies for helping me.

Very well staffed. Knowledgeable employees. Very friendly and eager to help. The store is clean nicely laid out and is well stocked. They are dog friendly and welcome well-behaved pets. Seems all of the staff has treats! So anyway walked around checked everything out, bought a bag of corn checked out the garden center very nice garden center by the way. Anyway going by fun just to walk around talk people.

I have been in this store several times since it opened. I have worked retail and I know people will pick up an item and then change their mind. Instead of putting it back where it belongs, they will set it anywhere. So if an item that is $40 is set in a place where the price says $30, it's not any kind of illegal practice, it will ring up the correct price. These people have been in business for a very long time and would never try to rip you off. Just pay attention to what you're getting. This is one of the cleanest, organized stores I've been in. Always willing to help.

I have to tell everyone about a employee at Hagan Ace in Callahan FL who's name is Ashley B. She not only went above and beyond her duties to help me turn my bad day into the best. Great addition to the Callahan store front. Great selection of lumber, plumbing and fasteners. I was also very impressed with the garden center. Being open on Sundays will also come in very handy for weekend projects.

They have done it again! Every time my husband goes into Ace I get a little nervous because he’s a shopper, but having Hank and Bret there make it worth the trip! They are always super helpful, super friendly and Ace has the best prices on guns.

I found an amazing selection of vegetable plants in the garden center! The prices beat competitors. Very impressed with plant quality and the multi packs available. Can’t wait until the vegetables are ready to harvest 🌱 ☀️❤️

This store has a great variety of items. It is not just a common hardware store. Customer Service is a little over done with employees aways trying to help you. Fresh popcorn was good.

Top notch customer service. I’ve spent all of my time in the gun department, bought 2 guns my self and brought a friend who has bought 2 guns. Very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful staff, and their bore sighting is spot on. 5 stars for the gun department team.

This store really surprised me. It has an indoor lumber yard, a ton of outdoor sportsman gear, a patio and garden section and of course hardware and home improvement tools. All the employees I met were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to this place over any of the local big box stores.

It's almost like they were expecting us, me and my wife. We walked over to the plumbing area. A young man standing there offered assistance. I showed him my 6 or 7 pieces in my plastic bag. He was very knowledgeable. Grabbed the new parts and handed them to me, and I was done. Finished the repair that evening. No leaks. Perfect day.

I was in Ace and this wonderful associate Darlene helped me and daughter pick out the perfect sun glasses.(and my daughter is very picky) and Darlene was so patient and helpful, it made the experience so smooth for me. Wow this is the best Ace hardware store I've ever been in. We loved it. Staff was friendly and they loved our dog. Loved how we was greeted when we walked in. Definitely one of my places to go when we visit Callahan again.

Opened on time by gentleman asking right away what I needed and directed me to associate. Found item rather heavy. Was helped all the way to loading in the trunk. Employees always helpful.

I went in to ace hardware to get a copy made of a key. I was told someone would be over to help me but after a long time of standing and watching people walk in and immediately be helped while im still waiting i decided to leave.I let one of the employees know i was waiting at the counter but no one ever came to assist me so i was leaving and their response was “oh they didn’t” instead of apologizing for the poor service i received. First and last time..

My girlfriend (Hispanic) had a horrible experience. She was here with her daughter, and was completely ignored. One person asked if she could help, but asked as she was walking by and didn't stop for a response. When checking out there were 4 cashiers hanging out and they were talking with a customer, then literally rang her up without speaking, then greeted the customer behind them. The customers who were helped and greeted were White. Hopefully their staff will receive additional training on customer service regardless of prejudices and remember that "Perception is reality".

Only 2 knowledgeable people in the store. Prices consistently marked wrong. Waited in line with 5 other customers while staff were playing dress up.
