Being in a small town like Bushnell Florida’s. This store has the best customer services. I walk in there looking for item less than a dollar, someone is there to help you with kindness and knowledgeable about everything. Very friendly and good prices. God bless

Employee or ..??(Guy w/hat in Black "True Value" Polo) was completely out of his mind putting his hands on me while i was trying to help an older customer having electrical connector issues. He angrily told me "why don't you get TF out of here and let me do my job..??" After he wasn't able to understand anything the customer was requesting. I happily told him to go F himself (as I was an electrician who actually understood this elderly customer's request and could inherently help the store make sales). Employee in Black shirt went grabbing me and attempting the force me out of his store. I got him to let me go and we discarded our items we were going to purchase. I've been bringing many people and sales to this place.. no more. Guy is a douche.Edit, glad it wasn't the owner but employees shouldn't be putting hands on helpful customers whatsoever. That single employee with Black shirt was the only person I got cross with, and that only happened after he started cussing at me. I've also been helping ppl in your store for years. Maybe Watch ur videos.. 🤷

I am a small business owner myself and know the importance of having and giving a good review! I make a point of giving positive reviews as often as possible. Unfortunately, this is not going to be a good one. I went in today to the Bushnell location and was immediately helped by a pleasant young man to find a 3x1" sharpening stone for a sheath I am redoing. I then asked him where to find a metal chain-link post, he said outside. I exited the back door and was originally ignored, but was able to catch the attention of a younger and a little older male employee. I once again asked where to find chain-link post, the elder man quickly replied INSIDE (very loud and abrupt almost as if I was an inconvenience). I returned inside as instructed, I found another employee to ask and I tried to explain the to the employee inside that the employee outside said they were inside. He said they were not. Back outside I went and the man said "they are against the wall inside, close to the chain-link hardware. So, I once again go back inside. Once back inside, I asked the first employee I saw which wall the chain-link post where on, he replies they are outside. I kind of laugh and say, the two guys outside just told me they were inside after first being directed they were outside, so which is it...VERY CLEARLY with a smile on my face and a laughing tone of voice. I then see the younger man from outside on one side of me "left side" and another employee on my right side. The man on my right very aggressively and loudly says, THEY ARE OUTSIDE! I literally had to take a step back and ask him why he was being so rude and aggressive? He then felt the need to educate me he was the owner and I am confusing his employees? I tried to nicely explain the chain of events of being directed to go in and out three time, but he said it didn't matter. They are outside and he didn't have time.I turned to the younger man from outside and asked if he could show me where to locate them outside and had to walk away from the owner before it got any uglier of an experience than he had made it.I finished my business and while doing so apologized to a couple of the employees that they had such a rude manager. They all made it very clear they were afraid of him, and that breaks my heart. I refuse to give any business to any owner who treats the customers and employees so rudely and aggressively! So, once I know that it is not the same owner, I will now be driving a few minutes further to go to the other Lowery's on 301. I have always had a great experience at that location!

Local hardware store carries most of the items the big box stores do, but are closer to my home. Helpful staff. Also you can rent equipment at this location.

Why not just honor what was quoted?We called a few weeks ago, my husband spoke to a male in the store; this person stated that we would be charged for a half hour of labor on our mower to replace a spindle that was bent. Mind you..our mower is under warranty. (So why we were charged so much is outrageous)Now today a woman gets on the phone with my husband and says "false promises" were given to you when we were quoted. It took an hour of labor to put our deck back on and "CHECK" the spindle she says. The spindle was NEVER replaced. It is STILL BENT. AND to top it off, you charged us over $100.00. By the way, it only takes us not even 15 minutes to put the deck back on this mower. We also gave you the mower with the deck off. So we already did some of the work for you. So that is really interesting that it took your staff an hour - especially when nothing else was done. I realize you need to get paid, but this is ridiculous. It isn't even about the money as much as it is to be honest.Completely disappointed in service.So we still have the same problem and we are out of money now.I don't believe we will be doing any more business with you in the future. Maybe you'll reconsider and you'll refund us for the work you didn't even do.Our mower is making an awful noise (from the spindle you did not replace)It just so happens every time we've worked with you things like this seem to occur.Your "family owned business" that charges for false service. And gives "false promises " as YOUR store associate stated over the phone. It could not have been a more accurate representation of your business.

I needed a 2" trailer ball with the receiver. As I walked in, an employee saw that my head was turning everywhere, looking around. He took me to the aisle and pointed them out. He then searched for the exact item I asked for, and off I went. Great service.

My experience at Lowery's True Value in Brooksville but owned by the same people. The people there that help are great and will always help you find what you need. But sadly they lost me as a customer, I purchase lots of bolts from there as I redo golf carts as a hobby. I purchased a stainless bolt that was $2.90 and a nylon locking nut that was .40 cents. When installed the bolt by hand it went fine everyone knows how easily stainless can null up as soon as I started tightening the bolt it jammed, when removing the bolt it broke this was a 3/8 bolt telling me that there was a defect in the bolt. So I went back to exchange it no big deal right? Wrong at first they did not want to exchange it but wanted me to rebuy the bolt and nut. I ask for a manager he came and blamed it on me saying that I ran the bolt on crooked, which made me mad because I know to be extra careful when working with stainless bolts. and that always buy so many bolts from them and always have a bad bolt or two from the bunch from bad manufacturing and I usually just eat the cost, because I never head back that way until I need more bolts. Which after Arguing with him about the bolt, he offered it give me half off the new bolt Which I told him to F@#$%^^ keep it come to find out it was the owner, so a $3.50 bolt cost him a customer. I guess Lowery's True Value has a great sale team but do not stand behind their products so just a thing to think about, if he didn't stand behind a $3.50 bolt then when you purchase something expensive will he stand behind it. I don't think so

Bought a Dremel with a faulty charging system. Showed the owner still wasn't able to make a return even after testing to show fault. Not good customer service. Owner was rude in his comments to me. Buy your electronics from a store that lets you make returns

Rented a machine from the place price was fantastic problem is they do not offer renters insurance which is fine I suppose. We did damage machine while using it and went in to pay in full for the damages the service manager Ed was a pompous arrogant person and called us a liar and charged us for missing and damaged parts that were not missing or damaged will never be back under any circumstances never rent from thus place under any circumstances

Lance and his staff has always gone above and beyond. In post pandemic times it is hard to find a company and personnel for that matter, that makes a customer feel like they are the most important person in the world,but that's just what they do! My business has bought numerous pieces of equipment from Lowery's True Value. From tractors, trailers, mowers and several pieces of Stihl 2 cycle equipment.I truly appreciate the Platinum Customer Service that I receive from you.

I’d like to commend the staff in the service department with a special shout out to Hayden. Exceptional customer service, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hayden went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts I needed for the best price. He was very patient and kind, extremely helpful and displayed a remarkable concern for his customer which seems to be a fleeting trait these days. Thank you to Hayden and the staff not only for how they helped me, but also for restoring my faith in a retail system where such qualities seem to be lost in much of today’s marketplace.

I visited this store today. I was greeted by a very kind man in a white beard that resembled Santa. I wanted to purchase a back pack leaf blower. The gentleman answered all of my question and was ready to purchase the unit. When I asked if they would service this unit as well as my other Stihl products he informed me he would need to check with the service manager who promptly replied if he didn’t buy it here where not fixing it! Inverness Fl. Said they would fix any Stihl product and I happily purchased my blower.

Mixed results.They usually have what I need but I desperately needed a generator fixed, I was watering cows and they refused to even listen.After that I get what I need elsewhere and avoid going there.I was building a house at the time and a lot of money went elsewhere.I don't forget who helps me.They certainly did not.

I wanted to update this as it's been awhile since I have done so.This store continues to respect customer service. Even though there have been several employee changes recently, the managers of this store seem to put customer satisfaction first. Ed, the service manager, went out of his way to correct a problem I had recently. Great place to shop!Previous comment:I purchase all of my parts for my lawn equipment from these people. Yes, you may pay a little more than you do from someone online but the advise they offer when purchasing parts far makes up for that. The only improvement that I think would make this place better is if the rental equipment wasn't in the main part of the store. It's kind of confusing as to sales vs rental where they are located. Employees are very helpful, would give them higher than 5, if possible!
