Love's is my go to truck stop because of the clean stores and normally friendly people. I had to check in at the shop to get some work done on my truck. I was greeted by the shop manager who never smiled at me, asking me how can I help you while looking at his computer and moving stuff around on the desk. I even asked him if he was alright to which he stated that he is always good. I thought, nobody could be more unfriendly than him, boy was I wrong, he turned out to be one of the nicer ones there, which wasn't saying much. I had to go into the store while they were working on my truck to get something to eat. I walked over to the gas desk to purchase my food items and the guy behind that counter never smiled, only rang up my stuff, bagged up my stuff, but never asked if I had a Love's card or if I needed a receipt. I went back into the store tonight before turning in for the night, the lady behind that same desk never smiled, asked if that was all I needed, didn't ask if I needed a receipt or said have a good night. Not one time was I ever greeted with the usual "Welcome to Love's!" upon entering the store. Look, I get that customer service is not an easy job, but come on, y'all can do better than this. We are not a Pilot or any other truck stop where it's the norm for no one to greet you. There's is a couple of bright spots for the day. The gentleman that looked over my truck (Will) was very professional, friendly, and kept me informed about my truck. Also, the lady that was working (she was shorter lady) the fuel desk where the truck drivers enter the store, she was very helpful and courteous. I needed change so I could get my laundry done because some idiot stole their device that connects to the machines so you couldn't use your card. These two people were the highlight of the day. There was another young man that was also nice when I went back into the shop to check on how much longer it would be before they could pull me into the bay, I'm so sorry but I didn't get his name, but he came in after the manger and maybe towards the end of the morning or beginning of the afternoon, I don't know when their shifts ends and begins.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a gas station, but I gotta say how impressed I am with their bathrooms. I spend a lot of time on the road and I really appreciate nice, clean bathroom facilities. Nice, private stalls with hand sanitizer dispensers and a trash can if you have a paper towel to throw away. 10/10

Extremely clean! Facilities were spotless.Easy in and out hauling an RV thru the car pumps.Staff was friendly and helpful and the store was well stocked including fresh fruit and snacks.We have marked this as a favorite in Google maps.

This is a lovely gas station. Cheap gas and clean bathrooms. I was impressed they had organic teas (You don't see organic food at gas stations often). The cashier, Adam Carlsen was super kind, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him working on Thanksgiving and giving awesome service 👏🏾

4/06/2024 Our family of 3 plus 2 dogs stops to get a gas and hoping to get some hotdogs and drinks, but unfortunately the hotdogs stations was empty as in zero hotdogs or anything to eat, it was amazing since it’s a lunch time as in 12:10pm and I asked the cashiers ( 3 ladies in the counter) but none of them answers! What a low life people! So disappointed 😏😏

Good coffee, friendly workers. Very clean truck stop. Has clean restrooms and showers. Also has a variety of fresh fruit salads and more. Is connected to Arby's for another food option.

Big parking lot and it’s all free👌👌even alligators has free parking spots too!! 😳🙄😅 4-22-24 Just noticed that Love's has no handicap parking spot for trucks(no:7)

Amazing place, clean, clean and clean. Also well staffed. This place has the cleanest gas station bathrooms I've ever been in.They had well stocked shelves and a good diversity of items. Their fresh ground coffee machines made a decent coffee and their breakfast tacos were good. I was bummed that I only bought one. There was also an Arby's connected to this station so it offers a more substantial food option too. This is a great location to stop at.

Mom swore up and down that the restrooms at Love's are reliably clean, and she was right! I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness and complete lack of smell in this gas station bathroom. I would definitely pee here again.The coffee was good, too.

very very clean bathrooms n store as well. I had a very young lady her name was Donna. She was so sweet n polite. She has a very very good customers skills. She treated us like we were family n part of the LOVES team. WAY TO GO?!! THANK U SO MUCH

If you’re stopping by to dump your RV make sure that they have water pressure to complete the cleaning before you pay because they won’t give it back even though you paid for it and there should be water pressure

I stopped at this Love's location recently, while an hour into a 1,200 mile roadtrip. I pulled in here because the front of my car was making horrific noises - as if my engine was going to fall out or something, or as if I had a terrible flat tire! This was late on a Sunday night, but I ran into one of your employees, Ray, and asked him if he knew of any mechanics in the area. He said yes, that he was a mechanic. Crazy- what are the chances?! He had just shut down the shop behind the gas station but said he would look at my tire where the noise was coming from. After about 5 seconds, Ray discovered that when I had my tires rotated/oil change the day prior, that mechanic had rotated my tires and forgot to screw the lugnuts back on to one of my tires! It took Ray about 60 seconds to secure the lugnuts on the tire so I could get back on the road.Your employee Ray literally saved my life!!! Potentially, if Ray hadn't helped me and I kept driving, my tire could have flown off on the highway, and I could have died.I'm so grateful that I stopped at your Love's location, and I'm eternally grateful that you have such a kind employee like Ray who took a moment out of his day. It's moments like these where I still believe that there are good people in this world.Thank you! ❤️

One of the cleanest Love's I've seen in Florida yet! Pet Park with disposal bags! Seems weird, but several we stopped at on I-75 didn't have bags. Showers are clean & mold free!

Traveling has been a blessing being able to stop at each loves for Gas with our travel trailer and clean restroom stops but also their dog parks are amazing, clean big and the entire facility is well maintained

The ladies room was modern, clean and had personal Purell stations in the stalls. These days that is important. Geoffrey was welcoming and the store was clean and well stocked. Good coffee too.

Really nice and clean truck stop with spacious showers!! The arbys restaurant was surprisingly good. The food was fresh and hot! The only drawback that I could see about the truck stop is that it fills up pretty fast. I wish the parking area was a little bigger and I wish loves would offer complimentary wifi.

I love stopping here for gas, the bathrooms are usually always clean and there is food always rolling no matter the time of night.Im just a little confused by why this station put the dog park around industrial piping and why they would leave bolts sticking out for a dog to run by and get scratched!

Love Love’s Travel Stop❤️❤️❤️ I especially Love how they’ve added Sanitizer in each toilet stall❤️ Everything is very neat and organized❤️The only thing missing at this Love’s Travel Stop was a Pet Park to walk our puppy 🐶

Had some maintenance done on my truck and trailer today. I had the brakes adjusted less than two weeks ago, but something wasn't right. Today, the mechanic listened while I pushed on the brake pedal and found the culprit in a fitting that holds my brake lines on the trailer. So, for the past two weeks, every time that I hit my brakes, my trailer has been pushing me forward. I sure am glad that I listened to my gut and not simply a mechanic two weeks ago that was in a hurry to get me out the door. Maintenance is important and can't be rushed. And, I do everything that I can to make sure everyone around me on the road makes it back home safely.Thank you Brad Wray at Loves in Busnell FL for doing the job right and taking care of my braking issues. Thanks to him, I don't have to worry any more as whether I am going to get stopped in time or not. Brad Wray saved the day!

One of my regular stops. Good place to be for a reset. There is a Walmart less than a a half mile away, a laundromat, several good restaurants and a booze stop. Hotel across the street.Gotta Love the ice-cream!

I have been here for over 7 hours one person in front of me for a oil change .So whenthey said was done truck would not start, they put wrong filter on .The truck in front of me the tech put to much oil in truck

If your looking for the worst loves shop in the country you've found it loves has mechanic trainees that are not mechanics working on commercial vehicles with no license and the female in the shop has the most terrible attitude ever, she doesn't realize that the owner operators she is being rude to are the ones that buy the fuel and spend money at this truck stop that pays all their lil minimum wage checks every week. Don't go here you will be sorry these are not mechanics they are tire techs and should not be working on any commercial motor vehicles.

There is a night time worker (Robin) at this particular loves travel stop in Bushnell Florida, That’s very disrespectful to customers and also a racist! Not only did she verbally abuse me with racial slurs she also was very unprofessional and came from behind her post to confront me and was very clear that I could tell her day time manager about this incident. Her using the word “NIGGA” as a reference toward me and nothing would happen to her.. Here she is giving me the finger as I was leaving the store
