Shelves always empty of products. Whole store is dirty. Coolers floors shelves. Basket I picked up to shop with was disgusting inside. Filth. I should put my groceries in that. All of them are nasty and have never been cleaned. Now u go outside to parking lot which is the dirtiest lot on earth. Thousands of cigerette butts all over . On the corners of lot the butts are 6 inch pilinch piles of tall a filthy store. Hatie is cleaner. Calling board of health today . Stay away.

The employee,s and management are really good at their job and always ready to help customers. The only problem is the store is too small. They can't stock as much as the larger DG,s. This store is very rural and needed to be bigger so they don't run out of stock because they don't have the space.

I usually have a 5 star time... but for some reason today not a single employee said anything to me. Well correction I was told, "you have one more bag". No one greeted me, I walked past the same employee a few times making eye contact, saying hi and the employee said nothing. This is horrible customer service. Next time I go back and I encounter more courteous employees I might change my review.

It’s the best Dollar General I’ve ever been to in all the ones in Florida and in Georgia, as I lived there for many years prior to moving to Brooksville. The managers (one female and one male) are very nice. The guy, he’s 40ish with grey curly hair is the greatest I hope they don’t lose him. He’s always quick to notice if you seem to appear lost in looking for something. He quickly directed me to the right products and tried to help me pick exactly the right one. You don’t get that kind of help at Home Depot! when nothing on the market seemed to work, he suggested a method of repair for my kitchen cabinet door that had lost a hinge that actually worked! The staff is always nice. Sometimes the line can be long at checkout but that’s bc corporate only allows the bare minimum of employees and hours. It’s neat and clean and all the employees do their best to helpful and pleasant.

This is the worst dollar general I’ve ever been inside of the workers are not freindly they do not kno how to stock shelves apparently they constantly closing the store early and every time I come to the store there smoking cigarettes outside

Dollat General has been my very first long term job since highschool and its been one year and six or so months. I started out as a S.A. sales associate and within the first 6 months was promoted to PT part time LSA Lead sales associate. I dont give my store 5 stars because i work there but because ive been to Dollar generals from the bottom parts of Georgia to miami and out of everyone ive been to theyre have trouble with over crowding in merchandise, dirty floors shelves and bathrooms. Stockrooms filled to the ceiling with overdue driveline projects and store displays, seasonal. The truth is that this store is doing so well with only a six man crew as of now. We keep things clean our overstock undrr control, and our truck stocked out in time. The only errors i find are in the corporate rules and regulations and systems we must abide by. I.d. everyone for cigerettes is a waste of alot of peoples time not only does this slow us down but i have received billions of vocally displeased customers. If dollar general wanted a faster more efficiant check out theyd do three things set up an option to print receipts to not only save money on register paper but trees as well. I.d. anyone who looks under the age of 30, which is few and far between in the demogrphic i serve. And update the ancient excuse of a pos they currently have in almost all of its dollar general. But i digress out of many other stores ours is a 5 because its clean, well stocked,(on our good weeks), and overall quick about check out,(minus whenever the pinpad messes up)And an overview for anyone coming to the store our hours since we have opened are and have been 8 to 10 unless it a holiday or natural disaster these hours arent subject to change. Please do not come in at 9:55 and shop until 10 you will be asked to leave. This inconviences us and wed appreciate the last five minutes not be taken up by a full cart. The bathroom key will be admitted by the cashier as managers are usually busy helping customers or are doing on the floor work. Any concerns or complaints may be submitted to the manager. However there is a customer survay on every dollar general reciept and this is the companies system to communicate to its public. I love this job and i love the people i work with and although we have the odd complaint we cant please everyone on one hand we dont want anyone leaving unhappy. Want to give kudos to this store. The inventory is always on the shelves and the aisles are clear. Thank you for that.So many of the Dollar General stores around the country are so difficult to get around in due to stock blocking aisles.

I really wish they would keep it clean and open up the isles more so handicap can get thru the isles. So I don't go there anymore because I can't take my patient even to the restroom if needed

Had a great 👍 and that was great for me to get everything in order 🙌 I was going through it with my eye's and then I got to the point that I cashed out and was just going to get a smile 😃 from the cashier and then I got done with everything else and left.

This place is a life saver! We live out where there are 2 options and this is great for running the in and grabbing almost anything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The manager is lazy, rude, doesn't get cigarette orders correct and then refuses to void the wrong brand or type, and then insists on you paying for the order, NOPE not going to happen,She openly states won't hire anyone she has to train ( she doesn't have the time nor does she get paid for training is her statement )I will be contacting corporate office.I've watch her refuse EBT payment as well, and demand they pay in cash, if those people had cash they wouldn't have EBT.

Cashier was ride. I ran in on my lunch break to get a pack of smokes and I had a cup of jello I was eating and was told not to ever bring food in. It's really not what she said but how she said it. I've hated jobs I have had before but I have never taken it out on the customer.

Worst experience ever waiting online young man had to go back and get something else she the cashier walked behind the counter into the manager's office as I waited for two minutes but you could have checked me out in she shut the door and kind of hit so highly recommend you go Christmas shopping at a different Dollar General don't use this one
