I have never been to a friendlier pharmacy. I dealt with a pharmacist who was originally from India and a young female assistant with dark hair and black-rimmed glasses and was treated so graciously and efficiently. I watched them deal with a customer who was a bit out of control and they never lost their cool and treated him with patience that is so uncommon today.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in all of the CVS's and they don't care. You bring in a prescription that says STAT and again they don't care. You'll wait every bit over 2 hrs. Then whether in the drive through or inside you'll wait in line for at least 20-30 minutes! That's why we switched to Walmart! Uncaring and rude!!!

The pharmacy always acts like it’s a problem that they have to do their job. We had to call our doctor three times because they didn’t want to simply looking into their system. Then they finally told us they found it after two visits and two phone calls. They then proceed to tell us it will be 30 mins so we wait 45 and show up and it is 20 minutes before their lunch but they got an attitude and said we can wait until after they go to lunch. This is our third time up here today going on a 4th and it’s only 2 o clock. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY OF UNWILLING RUDE WORKERS. If you don’t like your profession GET A NEW ONE PLEASE!!!!

You want rude service go to the pharmacy . Omg if you call your on hold forever. I can kinda understand that but then they hang up on you. You call again and when they speak with you they are so rude. I’ve never dealt with such rude ppl. There tone in there voice tells it all. You say thank you and before you even finish saying it they hang up. No have a good day nothing just straight up rude. They treat me like if I’m a addict every time I ask for my control med to get filled. This pharmacy need a whole new crew. The managers are the same rude. Cooperate really need to go there and do a clean up. My control meds sometimes are missing a few pills. I spoke to a manager about it and he was rude and said I was lying. I told him I just wanted to bring it to his attention that I’m not asking for them to give it to me. Well he treated me like ish. I said I was calling cooperate he said do what you want. Then he called back and apologize & said that I was correct that they shorted me 6 pills to come pick them up. I said no tnx you can keep them óbviese someone there needs them. They all around disrespectful & a hot mess. I’m disabled I just stay with them cause Walmart always had issues not having the meds.

Update sept '23....got to speak to the pharmacist about a needed refill. Never bothered to call the dr for the refill. Just left me hanging. I'm looking for a new pharmacy in our area.The pharmacy here must be very understaffed. They dont answer the phone 4 questions. They have been out of 1 of my meds for 3 weeks. Not impressed

Rude staff, they don't care how long you're on hold when you phone in and nasty when they talk to you, cut you off and hang up on you. Takes them a long time to get meds in....when you ask how long for your meds, they just shrug their shoulders and walk away without an answer. I go here because walmart is worse

This CVS is very clean, efficient and convenient. It is literally right down the street from where I live, I did use CVS as my pharmacy for a few years and they were pretty good for me at the time.

This pharmacy is joke. I seriously needed to use my Good RX coupon and the pharmacy manager was absolutely rude and said no she will not rebill my medicine. She said because it was a controlled substance she could not do it. I am furious! I don’t have insurance and need to save as much as I can on medication. Then after I questioned her decision she stated the real reason is that her program/system is down. Why was that not the reason to begin with???? I feel a major lie on both reasons. I feel she was just lazy and did not want to do it. I picked up medication yesterday and witnessed Tiffany Hammonds and her other worker that has long dark hair talking about the customers in a rude manner and felt they were very unprofessional doing that in the open for other customers to hear and then to witness the attitude today in regards to medication I was trying to get for my husband was absolutely ridiculous. If my husband did not need his medication today I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Next month this CVS will not have any of our business!!! The only professionals I have had any positive experience with is Dakota and the actual pharmacist and the lady at register with short blonde hair. Rant over!

The pharmacy lost a 4000 dollar injection and has no idea where it went , and billed my insurance for it too! Now they say I cannot get my injection because it was already filled! I have corporate working on this but I think an attorney would love to hear this … they are also very rude and inconsiderate of others problems and or issues.

Bushnell CVS pharmacy staff, Pharmacists and Technicians alike are both the kindest, knowledgeable and most professional CVS pharmacy team both my husband and I have encountered at any CVS store in Florida. We made the switch from the Brooksville CVS to Busnell CVS after ongoing issues at the Brooksville location. Brooksville has major personnel issues in their pharmacy. Their is a technician in the Brooksville location who has serious attitude issues with customers and it is not any one in particular, it is everyone she encounters. This technician ,Brooksville, makes derogatory comments about customers to fellow technicians as well as to her Pharmacist cohort Ali. CVS Corporate should use the Bushnell Broad St. store as an example of how a professional pharmacy teams works, not only on customer service level but on making sure they have their stock maintained and their genuine concern for their customers and community. Bushnell CVS is how I remember old Florida Pharmacys as. Thank you Busnell CVS, your staff is awesome.

Waited in the Drive Thru lane (only car) at 8:50am with no help for over 20 minutes. Multiple people working. Will be changing pharmacies. Any time I have called the hold has been over 10-15 minutes, rude staff. I understand we are in a pandemic but that doesn’t warrant rudeness.

Pharmacy department needs help!! The male wearing a plaid shirt without a name tag is very rude, and a liar! Never called the doctor's office had me waiting ALL DAY. Go to Walmart if you expect service! Never again! If i could give zero stars I would!

Between the constant refill errors and the lack of having medication available to fill your proper prescription, down to the lack of staff and competent ones, I don’t know where to start on a review. Your service is absolutely terrible and very comparable to a dmv. Now taking business elsewhere and avoiding this location like the plague. Learn how to treat your customers and clean up your operations.

The worse pharmacy. Costomer service does not exist in this place from the pharmacist and her team , wow wow they make you drive all week for a prescription every day they will give you a different story . They are rudest and they don’t care of medical needs. The wait time it’s crazy not friendly or show any concerns for you they don’t even apologize.. also when they give you a time for pick up they wait until you go back to refill it and make you wait again .They won’t call you or answer their phoneOne star review it’s still to much for their serviceThis place it’s really sucks

They NEVER answer the phone at the pharmacy department. I have personally been there and witnessed staff just looking at the pharmacy line ringing, but they keep doing whatever they’re doing and disregard the calls. I will never patron the store again because they don’t have any concern for customers on the phone. Today March 16, 2021, I have called three times every single time I’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes with no luck of any person answering the line. How could you manage a pharmacy when not only once, but every single time one calls, they never answer the phone? Keep your irresponsibility and carelessness, I will go to Walgreens.

I ca.led and was on hold for 20 minutes before a girl starts dialing on the line and then puts be back on hold without a word. 5 minutes later she does it again and I'm yelling in the phone that I'm on hold. 15 minutes later after I tell her the name and date of birth 5 times which she repeats different information and some not even close. She puts me on hold to get help. 10 minutes later she picks up the phone and dials again and the hangs up. I tried 1 more time and was on hold 36 minutes! I don't think you could be confident in getting the proper medication from this location!! DONE!

I wish I could post a negative review… CVS is really scraping the bottom of the barrel!!! My wife and I fell under the weather & went to our doctor. Our doctor prescribed us the same medications and called in the prescriptions to Bushnell CVS. We called Bushnell CVS and waited on hold for over 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t have our prescriptions. We called our doctor back & she emailed them the script so later that day my wife got her prescription and 3 days later they still haven’t filled my prescription. So I asked them to transfer it to Brooksville CVS & they did. However Bushnell CVS completely messed up my prescription by telling Brooksville the wrong quantity of pills of my prescription. I recommend using a different pharmacy if you want to get your prescriptions filled.. CVS has absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!

The self checkout is a bad idea if your not able to self checkout.Having an employee hovering over me is not a comfortable experience. I think allowing a customer to ask for help is appropriate.Store is clean and well stocked, customer service is decent except for the over attention with self check out.

Horrible. That's the only word I can come up with. I waited over a mth for them to order my Rx and then then screwed up and ordered the wrong thing. Was supposed to get prefilled injectable pen and got prefilled syringes...and they will not take them back. So now I have to go into my doctor's office every 2 weeks and pay to have the nurse give me the shot, until the next 90 day prescription can be ordered. When you call you will never get anyone to answer the phone. I usually am on hold 15 -35 min before they answer...and they are not that busy. They just dont answer. This use to be a wonderful pharmacy...I dont know what's happened to this store, but I am transferring all of our Rx to a different pharmacy.

I stopped 3/26/2022 to get 3 refills on meds that I need. I am from Michigan & we are leaving Bushnell 3/27/2022 to go to GA. I was told by my pharmacist in Belding that I have refills for those 3 drugs & that all they had to do is call them & they would give it to them over the phone. The very ‘not nice pharmacist’ told me it would take a week to get it transferred - seriously? I am thoroughly disgusted with the pharmacist & his ‘no can help’ attitude.

If you need to come here make sure that your schedule is clear because if more than one person is in line it will be at least 30min to pickup a medication, that's if they have it most of the time it will be "on order" and take weeks to arrive.

This place is horrible if you need something besides COVID related service.I called to check on a prescription for a painful tooth infection and they left me on hold for 10 minutes, then picked up the phone and laid it on the counter where I could hear everything that went on for another 10 minutes and then put me back on hold for another 9 minutes and when it rang back again this time they hung up on me without even checking to see if I was still on the line.NEVER again at this pharmacy - go to Winn Dixie or Walmart instead. If I could give then zeros I would. There is NO excuse for that kind of treatment.

If I couldn't give a star I wouldn't. With my ex plan I very lucky to not have a copay. Went to the pharmacy and wanted to change me a copay. I asked her again if she could run it through again. She said no I need to call not them. Just a piss poor attitude there and very slow.

The store has gone down hill, to the point where I will not longer shop at CVS. The store is filthy. The staff is unhelpful and slow. One staff member sits on a stool behind the register and will not get up to greet the guests. Also the price of Nicotine Lozenges has been increased, which is fine. However, the sign still displays the price "4.99" when the cashier rang up the lozenges they refused and did not even offer to fix the price. They simply said "the person who takes care of the pricing is behind." This is by far the most unprofessional store I have ever been in. By the looks of the exterior you would think the store had been abandoned.

The one young girl who had dreds is always helpful. But another girl just walked away when I was returning pictures that didn't belong to me. She was very rude and doesn't even look at you. She just said someone will be right with u and turned her back and walked away. I guess I won't be returning any pictures again.But props to the girl with the dreds. She always has a smile.

On hold for over 10 minutes for pharmacy. Never spoke to a person. All automated. No update to continue to hold. Nor an original answer by pharmacy to please hold. I just hung up after 10 minutes of listening to music. I'll not head to Bushnell CVS but now go elsewhere.
