I recently changed to Platinum Paws due some bad experiences at another local spa. Brandy at Platinum Paws has been wonderful with my 65lb Labradoodle Bentley. She is able to cut him at the length I request and he looks handsome and feels fresh! #BentleyBoy

Brandy is amazing! I wish I could give more stars! After many months of researching for a new groomer we found the best! We have 2 fur babies, a Great Dane & a Boxer/Dane mix. Our fur babies willingly go in and are always excited for their time with Brandy. It’s such a gift to have someone that cares for our pups in such a kind and loving manner! We always get full spa services… and she never disappoints! The salon is always bright, clean, and welcoming! Thank you Brandy!! By far the best groomer we’ve ever had!!

OMG, Brandy at Platinum Paws was wonderful! I was taking my friend to one of the big box stores for years, but last time he was trembling so bad when we arrived that I couldn't leave him. Now I know who the groomer will always be, Brandy, and that she cares! What a great find, both I and my pet are happy!

We have a difficult to groom, shih Tzu poodle mix, but Brandy was so kind and so thoughtful. She did a fantastic job, and our dog just loves her! Best groomer I’ve ever seen!

Haven is the BEST! Followed her from her last spa and she is HANDS down the best in the area. My Goldendoodle LOVES her and enjoys spa days despite his anxiety. Took my mom's and daughter's shweeies to Brandy, for the first time. She did a great job, but equally as important, she treats them as if they're her own. She is also very fair in her pricing. The boys look so handsome, and both were relaxed and happy when we picked them up. :)

My baby boy, DJ Kenny is a rescue and after years of having him, he still has trust issues with humans. The owner/groomer understood the attention he needed, and she greeted him with gentleness. When time for pick up, you can tell Kenny appreciated his quality time and appreciated his groom. Thank you Brandy
