took my 1 & 1/2 year old big doggy to pet paradise for 5 days in october and i never felt so comfortable leaving him with someone before! the staff was so personable and friendly. ☺️❤️ we will DEFINITELY be back!! more than 5 stars!!!🔥 you guys are the bestest!🏆

We have used the Palm Coast Location for a few years. Our senior dog was very well cared for and the staff was very attentive and tesponsive to our needs. Our precious little loved dog left us a week ago and we are very thankful for the care she received when in Pet Paradise care. That staff is great and very caring!

Safe home away from home! We have tried many different types of boarding types. We keep coming back to Pet Paradise because the staff is friendly, competent, and understanding. We have an older dashschund, and she likes to burrow, so they give her extra blankets. They really listen to your needs and concerns. And, when our dogs come home, they are calm, not stressed. We highly recommend Pet Paradise in Palm Coast!!

I’ve taken my dog twice and he didn’t show any signs of discomfort and seemed fine when I picked him up but very thirsty. They don’t allow owners to tour the area where he stays and plays, which I found to be odd and concerning. The cameras were not working one day with no explanation- I don’t think I would board him here because I have no idea what his environment is like or what it entails... He’s a small guy at 22 lbs. The staff were super nice. Is there a way to get pictures of where he eats sleeps and plays?

I never leave negative reviews but I definitely want everyone to know about my experience. We have 2 labradors who have stayed here multiple times. We booked a 1 night getaway for my dad as a Father's Day gift to a hotel with a spa package. Pet Paradise had availability and required a deposit. We were waiting to hear back for confirmation - except we never heard anything, so we called. Unbeknownst to us, they require a 3 night minimum for July 1-2 which they're classifying as a holiday weekend even though the 4th of July is in the middle of the week. This 3-night requirement is not stated on their website. Pet Paradise ruined a weekend which is now being rescheduled for the end of the month and our dogs have reservations to stay at another business.

I have boarded here several times. My experience with them is always good. My pup gets excited as soon as we pull up. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job communicating with me.

We took our dane and shi-shon to palm coast and they loved it!! Boarded them together in an indoor outdoor unit. The dogs bonded quickly with the PP team. The team is friendly, curteous, and the price is reasonable. This will be our go to boarder for the forseeable future!

On June 14, 2023, I booked a visit for Pet Paradise's Day Camp for Friday, June 23,2023. I needed to take my dad to all day medical treatment in Jacksonville on the 23rd and wanted to make sure my dog was taken care of that day. I booked through the Pet Paradise app and uploaded my dog's vaccination records (on June 14). These records included my dog's bordetella vaccine, which was given on July 23, 2022, and which my vet said was good until July 23, 2023.On June 22, 2023, the day before my dog's day camp appointment, Pet Paradise told me that my dog's bordetella vaccine needed to be given within six months of the day camp visit. Needless to say, this requirement is not listed on Pet Paradise's website. (And it doesn't match the requirements of the last dog kennel my dog stayed at or of the doggy bar that I take my dog to--both of which accept a bordetella vaccine as long as it was given within a year of my most recent visit.) At that point, I was left scrambling last minute to find a dog sitter so I could make sure my dog was taken care of when I took my dad to the hospital.Despite the fact that Pet Paradise's website doesn't include the requirement that dogs must have received their bordetella vaccine within the last six months, my gripe isn't with the policy (if it is actually their policy--I have no way of knowing if it is since it isn't posted on their website). Instead, my biggest complaint is that they waited eight days to tell me that they weren't going to accept my dog's bordetella vaccination records. If they had told me in a timely fashion, I could have made other arrangements more easily and avoided unnecessary stress.I will not use Pet Paradise in the future and advise others not to use them either. Pet Paradise made an already trying time for me and my dad even more stressful.

Brought our dog for her get acquainted day. She came home all tuckered out, which is good as she has endless energy and can be hyper. Her lil camper report card reflected the great time she had. The staff is friendly, answered all our questions prior to, and scheduling her boarding was easy. We checked this place out due to neighbors praising the services with their dog. Our dog is very social, active and doesn't like to be alone. She was a very happy girl there.

We left our golden retriever there for a whole day. I’m sure he was in good hands, girls were nice in the morning and also in the afternoon. They told me everything I wanted to know how he was doing. I really recomend it. I would give more then five stars 👍😂

I have used Pet Paradise at the Palm Coast Location several times now over the past couple years with no complaints.My pets recent visit was a bit frustrating, booked the reservation a couple months ahead of time however, upon arrival the night of her first day it was only then I was told that there was a $20 additional up charge for one on one time for my pet, at this point not having any other choice I excepted the additional charges and dropped off my pet.She was there for a total of six nights, upon picking her up it was there again that I was told there was a second additional five dollar fee for holiday time, so now we’re up an additional $25 in fees that I was NOT told about at the time of the reservation which was frustrating.To top that off when I was given back her bag of belongings, none of her treats were given to her and when we got in the car there was a strong odor of urine on her feet which tells me two things, not only did they not give her any treats for the period of six days but they must not have kept the facility clean so she was stepping in urine constantly.I consider this to be enough of a reason to find a different facility to take my pet to on my next trip.Evidently my poor dog sat in a urine covered kennel and wasn’t given her treats as instructed and now I’m actually questioning whether or not she actually got the “one on one”time due to the fact there was hardly any personnel present either time I was on site.Beware of this business. My pet does not deserve this kind of treatment.

We are new to the area. I toured the facility a Couple of months prior to boarding and was pleased at what I saw. I boarded my dogs for three nights and they had this before they came home. They were able to share a large kennel together inside outside as they are big dogs and make them more comfortable being together. They came home healthy happy and smelling good. Will definitely recommend this facility.

I’ve used many kennels all over the America for more than 60 years !! This kennel has policy that I disagree ! Manager should realize and understands that owner of the pet cares about my pet more than they do.And I’ve been giving medications for my dog almost 7-8 years and they vet told me how important it is for her to take right medications. Manager and I had a disagreement about how we should give medications.Manager told me that they have to do it !!Well !! I’m little concerned about when stranger give medications to my dog since it’s important medications for my dog.I told manager I trust how I give medications to my dog more than some strangers do it !!She said if I don’t trust them I shouldn’t bring my dog there !! NO PROBLEMS !!Thank god there are many kennels around !!I never had any issues with Bed and biscuit kennel !!People are very nice and they try to work with me if there are any issues ?!Good business practice !!!Instead of telling the customer don’t bring your dog here !!! Bad business practice. !!!I thought that it wasn’t a good attitudes how shehandled the situation.No more Pet paradise for me .

New to the area, I was looking for a place similar to a favorite mom and pop kennel in another state. Reading the reviews online, I decided to check out this kennel.So far, we’ve boarded our dog for daytime play sessions and grooming. And we are thrilled! The staff cares very much for each and every dog, and did a great job grooming our fur baby, and making sure he got plenty of playtime. Even better, they emailed a coupon for a free daytime play session that we used for our last visit.I’d definitely recommend!

This was the first time we've used Pet Paradise and will most likely not use them again. We dropped our dog off on Friday afternoon and picked him up the following Monday morning. I called them 2 out of the 3 days he was there to check on him and was told he was doing fine. When we picked him up I was told the handler had put a not in the system indicating our dog did not want to leave his cage, for group fun or solitary fun the entire time. If they would have called me or told me this when I called I would have made other arrangements. They also charged us the full $165 for 3 days even though 2 other individuals told us it would only be that much if we picked him up after 12:00. If we picked him up before 12 it was supposed to be $145.

They’re a wiener group of people! They did a great job with our 2 Dogs both grooming and boarding. We are so happy to have found a new local board for our dogs. Highly reccomend! 10/10!

Made a telephonic reservation for boarding and informed them that my female shepherd wasn’t spayed and was in heat. They informed me that she would just be separated from the other dogs and would have 1-on-1 time. What I found out upon my arrival is that the staff member who booked my reservation failed to tell me (or just didn’t know) that they don’t accept dogs that are in heat. A very frustrating moment. Luckily I was able to find another nearby location that does.Please ensure that all staff members are advising customers appropriately.

We LOVE pet paradise! My family has a second home in Palm Coast, so we spend a lot of time down here. Since we’ve been here, our pup has been LOVING day care! They take the best care of your pups, very attentive, plus you can watch them on video when they’re outside! Can’t recommend enough and we can’t wait to be back!

Pet Paradise in Palm Coast was first suggested to us by a friend we were going to visit. We wanted a boarding situation that would be a prefect fit for our puppy-girl, Heidi. She is full of energy, loves being with other dogs and people. Well, as soon as we pulled up and saw the facility, with a pool, lots of play area, clean kennels and a welcoming staff we knew we had the perfect spot! Upon seeing the other pups, Heidi’s energy soared with delight. The staff warmly welcomed us, brought Heidi back into the boarding/play area to get acclimated while we went over paperwork, extras and pick-up time with the staff. We left knowing that Heidi was in experienced hands and would have a fun time. When we picked her up a couple of days later, we were again greeted with smiles all around. Pet Paradise’s very organized staff had Heidi’s bag already and we were even given Heidi’s “report card”. We left that first visit knowing Heidi would be back, and so she has been. And when we visit the Tampa area, Heidi stays at the Pet Paradise facility in Westley Chapel. It’s a beautiful, clean facility with a friendly environment and terrific staff and we can even view the dogs playing in the various play areas of the facility from our computers!Thank you, Pet Paradise! We brought both of our dogs here for the introductory offer. Our eldest dog isn't very dog social. He spent his time with his pet chaperone and getting bathed.Our 2 yr old hound mix had a more enjoyable and fun experience since he is very social with people and other dogs. He played tag, went in the pool and also got a bath.The staff was very professional and courteous. I am pleated with the services they offer and will utilize their services again.

Our dog always has a great experience at Pet Paradise. The staff is really caring and its a great facility. We have trusted them for years to take great care of our "children" We look forward to a few days away to spend with our adult child knowing that when we return that they will have been well taken care of. Pet Paradise is highly recommended!!! Our 2 dogs are so excited, actually over excited, each time they visit Pet Paradise, either for day camp or over night stays. With tails wagging, they head off with staff to enjoy themselves playing with new dog friends. This makes us feel completely at ease, knowing our girls are having a great time and are safe, taking away any guilt. With this confidence, my husband and I have enjoyed the day or vacation-time away. The staff is always accommodating, friendly, and show great patience, as our girls tend to get super excited when they first arrive.

We recently boarded our French Bulldog Maxine here. She's only 33lbs so we were concerned about her being around much bigger dogs. The staff addressed our concerns and assured us Maxine would be boarded with the smaller dogs in a separate building. They have play time twice a day where the dogs are supervised in an enclosed area. We picked up Max after an 8 day visit and she looked great. The ladies gave us a report card on Maxines stay and were very kind. It's obvious everyone there loves animals. I was very pleased with my experience and recommend them for anyone considering boarding their dog.
