We have been coming here since we moved to FL. Raina really takes the time to understand her clients wants and needs. She makes sure every pet is comfortable and groomed to perfection . My anxiety ridden dogs are always so happy to see me and not stressed. I love walking in the door and seeing the dogs socializing in the waiting area. She also does my chihuahuas nails. Not sure how, as she is a wiggle worm and antisocial. But, every time she manages to get them perfectly clipped and filed! We are eternally grateful to Raina and her staff!

Katlyn and Raina are so wonderful and gentle with my dog. She has really bad nail anxiety and they take care to keep her anxiety in mind. I recommend 10/10

If I could give more stars I would. They worked my baby boy in the same day. I was completely happy just with the phone conversation making the appointment. These ladies are amazing. They did the job perfectly. My dog was so happy as was I with the service. You can definitely tell that they love all the furr babies that they take care of. This will be the ONLY place that I take my baby to. Super pleased.

Raina and Katlyn are awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Our rescue Chocolate Lab, Charlie, has to have his nails clipped professionally. Early on, they had to loosely muzzle him. He now has gained trust with Katlyn and no muzzle is needed and there is very little growling. They always manage to squeeze us in. They deserve this 5 star review!

Raina and her whole team are very caring and competent. They took care of my Abby all the way to 14 years old with so much tenderness and compassion up till the end. Now we bring our new baby Mia! Raina loves her fuzzy visitors. She grooms them exactly how you want it done. I was able to pick them up as soon as they were done. She does great work! Her other staff is very capable as well!

We were lucky to find Raina on a whim. She had a cancellation and was able to squeeze our two aging yorkies in on a Friday morning. Our female is anxious and a squirmer, but Raina and her assistant finished her beautifully. They’re both strutting around now with their new do’s. We can’t thank Raina enough for her service. And her prices are reasonable!! We already have a return appointment :-)

My pup Sam is everything to me. I love him and care for him as if he was my actual son. Heck, he IS my son! I am extremely picky about who handles his medical and grooming care. Bearing that in mind I trust Raina with Sam to the point that if I ever passed away I would want him to live with her. She doesn't just do THE best job when it comes to grooming your fur baby, she knows how to treat them right. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to handling pets of all temperaments the right way. My Sammy is a very timid and easily frightened little boy and I can tell when he has been stressed. In the many years of bringing Sam to Raina he has never once come out of there stressed. He always comes out looking amazing and happy as heck! I've been lucky elnough to get a glimpse here and there of how Sam and other pups are treated and I can honestly say if you love your fur baby and want to feel at ease when they are being groomed I can not recommend Raina enough. She has my absolute trust with my Sammy! Thank you Raina for being THE BEST!!! Sammy loves you and everyone there!

Literally the best! We moved & miss Raina so much. She groomed my shihtzu since he was a pup & he was always so excited to go. She accommodated him because he didn't do well in the kennel. Highly recommend!!

If your dog is a senior and gets anxiety Raina will stop taking your pets. After 14 years of Raina grooming my dog, she did that. If I could give no stars I would.

My dogs LOVE going to see Raina and her staff! They are excited as soon as we get I to the parking lot. Everyone treats us like family. Even sent us a card when one of our babies passed over the rainbow bridge.

If you ever need the best pet groomer in Palm Coast Florida this is where you need to be. The owner has dedicated her life to pets she used to be a vet tech in New York. Then she opened up her own business to take care of cats and dogs and she does a wonderful job. She handles a pets like a pro the dogs and cats it's like magic are totally relax with her because she really knows what she's doing and she's very reasonably priced. I stake my reputation on her abilities to take care of your pet because she knows your pets are like children and family. I don't think I could say anymore because you'll have to see for yourself and you will realize she's top notch.

These people are angels—talented, gentle, kind, and considerate. We relocated to FL three years ago and on the way down, my cats had an accident in the car because of the stress. I would say this is the best grooming shop around(not just because I work here :b), but unfortunately they are very busy and have a hard time fitting new clients on the schedule. everyone here is very patient and great with animals. if you have a special needs animal of any kind weather it be injury, illness, extreme anxiety/past trauma or bad behavior(kicked out of petsmart) that need baths, grooming, nail trims, etc. come to pet grooming by Raina! we will treat your animal right and do the best we can to make sure they come out feeling fresh, and smelling fresh!

I don't usually write reviews but I have to in this instance. Raina was able to groom our Moe where 3 previous groomers were unable to handle the task. In addition Moe's grooming was the best ever and without any medications because Moe gets antsy. Raina is best of the best!

Very caring groomers, like family! I only have to mention to Cocoa that she's going for a shampoo and to get her nails done and she's excited. Runs in to greet the groomers.
