I have been going to them for years now! The staff was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable of the products they sell.I highly recommend Ace Hardware! There is something for everyone including children!

Prices in store are much higher than prices shown online. You have to purchase online to get that price. That being said, the staff is great. Very helpful and they have hard to find items.

The personnel in Ace Hardware are the best. I went in this morning (Sunday) and needed to get adapters to install a replacement garbage disposal, and I was helped in finding the exact items I needed to make everything fit back together again. They really know their stuff and are so helpful and friendly.Thanks a million for saving my day.

Great place. More expensive and less selection than the big box stores, but much more knowledgeable staff and better service. To me it's worth the extra cost as long as the service stays above the box stores

this is a smaller Ace. most of the essentials are well stocked and the store was clean enough. i came through in the AM, just after opening time. the associate was a teenager/early 20's perhaps - friendly but not very knowledgeable.

I was having a lot of trouble finding paint for my outdoor furniture. The people in the store were soooo helpful and found the difficult match I needed! Just talking to both the man who helped me and the lovely cashier was a breath of fresh air. They made my day!! Thank you ☺️

Usually good service at this location, but only 1 employee is able to process an online return. Terrible customer service that I have to plan a second trip back to the store around the availability of a single employee able to handle the transaction. Management should implement a better solution.

I own a handyman business in town. I must say that Judy does a wonderful job at managing the store she always makes sure to go out of her way to say hello and always offers even after 10 years to help me try to find something to expedite my shopping experience. Also Jenny does a wonderful job at the register and ast assistant manager (she is always evaluating what is going on at the store even at the register and making it happen). This whole location is filled with very knowledgeable people that have been in multiple industries for years. Thank you Judy and all the staff at ace bunnell for everything you do each day to serve me and others. Although I know the prices can be a little bit higher but doing the right things for your customers definitely make the difference and I'm willing to pay more. Jay- Emmanuel's toolbox

They had the grill we have been hunting for and offered to assemble and deliver for N.C.I always go here first. 11 months ago I moved to this area. I have made 12 trips and they had it all. Even a pressure tank for my irrigation system. Good people!

The guy helping us buy paint was a nice guy. Mask wearing appears to be optional and casual fit. We went because our painter recommended a brand of paint they carry. I would not normally go to this store.

I was gonna give it four stars just because they ARE more expensive than your typical box store, but... that would be unfair, really. Of course they're more expensive. It's basically a mom and pop stop, and their service is just so. I like coming here when I can, and I can't beat the convenience of it being three blocks from away me.

The customer service at this location are the worst and the laziest!. The first time I went a worker didn’t even try looking for a specific item I needed in the system. The second time i went a cashier lady was the rudest person I ever met she was very lazy with an attitude cause the item I got was the last one that didn’t have a price tag she didn’t bother helping looking for it so she told me to go back and look for the price tag. It’s not my fault the employee don’t put prices on the item.

The people here are the best. This store has almost everything. I come to DG Ace's three locations as often ad I can. I design and install water treatment systems. I got a superior PVC cutter here I have been through a dozen of other ones and this one is the best I've ever had.

The guys inside the Ace Hardware’s very helpful I’m handicap so I don’t go inside I send my grandkid inside and the gentleman inside help him get the right part that we need which is usually bolts and nuts for the trampoline occasionally will need something else other than that but they are very helpful appreciate it thank you

I spent several hours trying to locate parts and hardware that nobody else could help me find until I walked into Ace. Russ immediately asked me if I needed help and within 10 minutes I had everything I needed. I really appreciate his knowledge and customer service. Thanks

As always my go to store. The customer service is amazing. All employees wearing masks and cleaning up shop when i was there. I always try to find Mike if he is working because he knows a little to alot about everything. He has never led me wrong. Today he worked with me on paint for my childs room and cut a few keys for me. Always a pleasant experience. I am greatful to Mike for all the money he has saved me not having to call a handyman.Prices are comparable to the big stores and if some things are a little bit more its worth it for thd customer service alone

I felt like I was in a neighborhood "Mom & Pop" store from the 60s- not that things were outdated or anything like that, just that the one-on-one service I received is something I don't experience too often. The fellow took his time trying to help, and didnt stop trying until I got what I went for.

Always friendly and helpful. Only thing is it is a little pricey, but worth the service, smiles and most of all knowledgeable. Trust me if you need advice they will tell you what you need, how long it takes, and if you need anything in the middle of you project just call they will have to ready. So worth the little extra money.
