Super busy today, parking lot was packed. Construction outside is tough and I was expecting the worse as soon as I walked into the store.There was one associate helping load up someone's order upon walking into the store.However, upon entering, I saw two cashiers open, each line may be had two or three people, and everyone else was still shopping or being helped by associates.Entire store was clean and well organized. I had issues finding an item and an associate whose name was Emily I believe was able to assist me in finding bins for feed. She also informed me that there is a way to price match, which I was unaware of. Very helpful.Overall, by the time I got to the register, I was next in line and the cashier was extremely friendly.Although the current construction outside can be daunting, it was a great experience, and everything was super fast, even though they had a parking lot full of cars.

This location is excellent! Well-stocked with everything you can need for farm & home care. Johnny asked me immediately if I needed help, and he located electrolytes, & salt blocks for my horse. He was very polite, kind, and patient. The store was very busy and he handled it all with great care. He's wonderful! Thank you, Johnny. 😊 Upon checking out, Cathy was fantastic also. In a quick conversation, she advised me with some horse care tips and she was genuinely concerned about my horse's health issues. Thank you, Cathy. I appreciate your time to explain things to me. 😁 This store is great, and has awesome employees! 👍❤️

It never takes long to find what I am looking for here. The feed prices are good and competitive sometimes. Love using my rewards to get discounted feed when available. I also love the decor available.

Tried to do an order pickup. Bought two of the same product. Checked me out and told me we’d resolve the problem. But instead I sat there for 20 minutes with no service for them to take care of everyone else. Including returns for other people that came in after the 20 minutes I waited. Martha and Matt are not good with customer service clearly.

Love TSC! They have everything you need & lots of things you don't need but want! Their prices are good on pet food, although high, lower than most places. I like 4-Health for my Rottie. Tried all the high end brands but keep coming back to 4-Health. Good ingredients & he loves it. The Retriever Dog Kennel is top quality and definitely worth every penny. Might initially have sticker shock but definitely hold up to pretty rambunctious dogs. Bought 4 truck bed mats as the floor of kennel. Very easy to wash down & keep clean. I bought the feeding door, extra panels, dog house, canopy, and bench that you can buy separately to add on. Absolutely best set up I ever had. Very sturdy and the dogs love it when they're in it. But the best part about TSC is the crazy fun things they sell for your yard or house. Like these 6' tall Roosters! A must have for every farm girl! The rabbit hutches and chicken coops although pretty inexpensive only last about 2yrs. The quality of the material used to make them isn't meant to last, but they sure look great at first.

Service was great no issues at all, but the store itself was EXTREMELY hot inside I spoke to a few of the associates and they said management wants them to deal with not having a/c while waiting for parts! In the middle of the Summer all the customer and associates were EXTREMELY hot inside! Not a good look on the company!

Poor customer service. This store has the same problem as many other stores, employees that just don't care. I did see two workers helping customers outside in the loading area. Upon entering the store, I passed several employees at the register area, received no greeting or acknowledgement from them. I expect that ten percent of the employees do most of the work, while the others play on their phones. I should not have to ask an employee if they work there and if they can help me. Not sure how management finds this acceptable. Would not recommend, go to Rural King instead.

Went to the brooksville tractor supply today and was completely disgusted by the actions and words that came from the team leader “Zach”. Building has a broken ac system with 1 register open. Lady running the register is doing a great job and keeping everyone happy. On the other side of her is a self checkout that no one has interest in using bc screw those things. Anyways in comes a female employee pushing a large flat cart in from outside, mind you the heat index is almost 110°. She manages to get it inside and is ready to continue her work, in comes Zach the team leader. Hes yells across the front of the store, “if your paying cash the self check out is open”, everyone ignores him bc no one wants the self checkout nonsense. Seeing that all the faithful customers ignored his self checkout yell he gets mad bc in his head he is above everyone. He walks over to this lady pushing a flat cart much larger than her and demands that she gets on a register. She calmly and politely tells him that she is in the middle of helping a customer with their order. Before she can finish her statement to him he begins to belittle her and essentially tells her he is her boss and she needs to listen and do whatever he demands.In jumps a large man and tells zach he needs to learn how to speak to a female. Zach tells him hes her boss and he doesnt know how troubled she is. Big man says he doesn’t care bc you don’t speak to a lady like that. Shes working why dont you hop on a register and help the sinking ship.Tractor supply i hope you read the next sentence extremely well. Zach responds, “its not my job to do that, i dont have to do anything”!People like him will sink a ship and point at everyone but him. Truly disgusting actions from Zach

I purchased several bags of feed today ( 7/15/23 ) , I asked for a load out and cashier Stacey stated to cashier Emily that that customer needs to do his own load out , cashier Emily was very helpful and called for someone to help me

My wife and I shopped at the store the other day and everyone there was very respectful and helpful! We dealt with four people there at the store as we are setting up our orchard and farm. Nic, Jack, Nora and the manager Randy were all amazing and very helpful. Make you feel right at home and wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else with the way they took care of us!!!

I stopped by for a quick glance to pick up a couple shirts and cap, but instead of getting welcomed, I was sized up as I walked in the door. No hello or welcome, just looks of disgust but they greeted another customers with a very loud "hello, how are you today!" As a person of color, I found it very uninviting and uncomfortable to say the least. It was evident that they'd rather me not be at their store. How sad.

As a local farmer I've been shopping here since they first opened , I am greatly disappointed in their drastic price increases and will be ordering most items online from now on. What an inconvenience, but necessary for hard working farmers like me to survive For example : Durvet Vitamin B 12 theirs 23.99, online its 13.99. Safe guard horse wormer tubes are 3 dollars more at TS and lamb bottles 6 dollars more each than on line. All together had I bought what I needed today I would have spent an extra 50 dollars. I asked about price matching but they do not do it unless its a local store. I understand a few dollars more but some things were almost double. We quit buying feed here about a year ago because they were always out of stock and prices went up. I hope your paying attention TS your losing customers.

This was my first time at this retail chain and I was completely satisfied with my trip there. I found sound some cute decorative crates and picked up some Mukluk garden shoes too. The baby chicks and ducks were adorable and make me want to get a chicken coop. The store was clean and tidy. The employees were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go here again and recommend this location!

I really enjoy this store. The employees are the best, the atmosphere provides a farm-type smell, and their prices are not too bad. When I come here, it is usually for their duck food, but it is always fun to go during the baby-bird season, when they are available.

The cashier was very friendly, however, another member of the store was very rude to my sister in law..she had her baby in the stroller and in an attempt to move out of the way he turned to her and nastily told her to move; even though she was already being curtious and trying to move out of the way. Be cautious here as some staff members are not customer service trained well. I did find a great deal on deep sockets though so that was nice.

Their choices are great! I purchase all of our dog and cat food there. Prices are very reasonable and the people working are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love to walk around and check out the merchandise also.

Like any store, sometimes they just don't have the thing, but when they do there are numerous helpful, sweet employees here that make the place a good farm store. It's usually pretty clean, too.

This tractor supply is fairly well run. The store has easy access for large vehicles and a very good dog food selection. Some feeds (horse, chicken, etc.) are not replenished as quickly so they are often not available. Most employees are helpful.

All the employees were very enthusiastic in helping with any questions and answers! All worked together and helped our transaction take place quickly and effortlessly. They also carry a lot of cool yard art and baby chicks and neat wind chimes!

I like the selection but honestly am usually frustrated with the customer service. Not so today. A young man David went out of his way to ask me if I needed help and lifted the 50 lb bags of feed for me. All without me asking. He gets my 5 stars today! Great job David. Thank you!

This is at the Brooksville tractor supply location. The boss Randy is aware of this situation already. He will not do anything about it either. They allow their employee to harass a 15yo girl and protect him about it all and ignore the complete situation. We were in there today and Randy took off in the back so he did not have to be spoken to about the situation again. Many people have brought this to his attention and it gets swept under the carpet him and some other employees went back there to tell him when we were leaving and where we were at that point in the store it was very strange. If you have a 15yo daughter younger or older keep them close to you. Because I can tell you you can't go to anyone about the situation and anything be done about it and I would hate for your daughter to he treated with the zero respect and like the situation doesn't matter and like you shouldn't had said anything about being made uncomfortable because their worker is always trying to be touchy
