I had a MUCH better experience at RHFD during my recent visit. While my prior experience was less than stellar, there seems to have been effort to repair the negatives and improve the customer experience. I was warmly greeted, all the employees were warm and friendly, and the overall mood of the employees seemed more relaxed and happy.

This was a very cool store. It’s a small version of tractor supply company. But they have a ton of things for smaller animals like dogs, cats, fish, and other pets. They also have a lot of stuff for horses. The staff seems very very knowledgeable about what they have and the prices were excellent. This is a place that we will definitely come

Great store if you are looking for outdoor posting for fences. Projects like installing a sail in your backyard for shade this is the place. These posts will not bend on you you will need two people to lift them but definitely worth it. Four by four post will eventually bend on you.

The customer service is here is repugnant. The women that work here are distasteful, offensive and overall off putting.This store is one of the very few that ended up being a complete disappointment.After coming here weekly for a whole year and a half, not one time did anyone show me any respect or appreciation for my business. I couldn’t even get a smile, hello, welcome in or even a thank you. I’d walk in, the staff would see me, recognize me and just eyeball me as I walk past them. How very odd is that! That is outrageously poor quality service!I don’t expect superior service from any place but when someone is in so often and no one wants to acknowledge them as a frequent customer, I have to question if they even have company meetings and if so, is customer service even a topic? Ever?I have to assume the people that work here make very little income. Maybe the business is failing overall. Or possibly, everyone that works here was born and raised in Brooksville and has no concept of what it means to welcoming, approachable, friendly or have any motivation to do better.Either way, I now get my feed from Stampede. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.Haven’t had to come back to this flawed reseller for 6 months now!I’d offer that they could be better however that’s likely unachievable.

This is like a livestock candy store! Every time I go I can spend hours in there! They have it all from livestock feed to tack - English and western. I live in Zephryhills but drive to Brooksville. The staff are always helpful and super friendly!

Ivermectin is treating her outbreak of mange mites due to heat just perfect along with the Veterinarian Formula Antifungal & antiseptic ( cheaper at Walmart for 9.99) but besides the point they carry everything you need from all sorts of animal supplies... I give you guys A+++

A bunch of young ladies who work there have absolutely no personalities, no concept of customer service, common sense or common courtesy, nobody taught them to say thank you after you spend hundreds of dollars in their store. When I asked this young lady today about when they would be getting the parrot food in, her response was, " I donno, if it's not on the shelf we don't got it". (Superior Grammar) An older woman who I assume is the manager has been promising me for the better part of 2 months that my particular brand of parrot food is coming next week, next week, next week and next week and it never shows up. I give them my phone number to have them call me when it does show up or if they can't get it they don't even call! They are not even able to keep my dog food in stock I have four Great Danes and I buy 5 bags worth of dog food and bird food in this place a month and I'm lucky to see one or maybe two bags of dog food on the shelf most times there's nothing but yet CT farm seems to have it all the time. Customer service and common courtesy is surly dead in this country and you're looking at the leader of the pack in Ranch Hand feed.Ranch Hand owner, say goodbye to $4-500.00 a month in sales, I'll pay the extra to go where my business is appreciated and where they say THANK YOU

Really frustrated with the hours of this place lately. Several times now I’ve showed up at 5:50 or 5:53 and have been turned away. If you close at 6, then your doors should be open until 6. A lot of people work later and come right after expecting you to be open. Several times now I’ve went out of my way and drove there only to have my time wasted. I do understand employees want to go home, but if hours posted say 6 then they should stay until 6. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

People are very knowledgeable, and really nice. Just some loader is a bit lazy, and didn't want to load up some stuff and had to do most of it my self. No big if I would have had gloves. But, definitely shop here often.
