I have been to your store twice about a week apart to get some cans of renal diet cat food.Both times you are out of it. When I asked when more would actually arrive. I was told they don’t know. They do not order. They simply get what ever is sent from distribution.i could order and have it sent my home. A CASE. I CAN’T AFFORD TO DO THAT. HAVING TO PAY 3-4$ for each small can of food , especially when there is no variety really is bad enough. What is wrong with actually having your shelves stocked?? Caring about animals and your customers is last on your list. Even a bag to put your purchases in you charge .10 cents for. All you are truly concerned with is your excessively high profits. Also why does the store always smell like a litter box needing attention when you walk in??

Phone customer service is excellent. I was totally frustrated by the app. It said I didn’t have a Rx on file when I did. When I tried to submit my order it said I must first enter Rx. When I tried to re-enter Rx it required an order number. Customer Service quickly and accurately solved this. Be advised, forget the app and use the website.

I'm trying to change a my dogs food to a different brand and my app won't let me.. I have a free bag offered with my points and the app gives me a error message to try again. I have for 2 weeks and can't get the app to work...I have a handicap and its difficult for me to get to the store in Springhill..

I believe her name is Kim? She was in the fish section on Monday 12/11. Younger girl with dark hair. AMAZING ASSOCIATE! She helped us through everything my step son needed for his fish tank!! She definitely put the work in to help us! Took her time and had a lot of patience with questions. Thank you so much!!

We started bringing our dogs to Petco for grooming. First, we had Stephanie, who was wonderful! When she left, we thought we were going to have to take our girls somewhere else to get groomed. Then we found Regina! We won't let anyone else touch our animals! She is so amazing with us and our pets! 10/10 recommended Regina!

We've been bringing our dog here for grooming for several years now and have always been happy. Today was not the case. Dropped him off for a 10:30am appointment for routine haircut and nail trim. Around 1:30, I went in to see if he was ready (normally takes them 1.5 or 2 hrs) He wasn't and wouldn't be for another hour. They said his groomer sometimes takes longer than others. 3 hours seems excessive for an small dog, with not very long hair. I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick him up as I had another appointment at 2:30. I called my husband at 3:30 to see if he was done and he was just getting the call to come pick him up. 4hours for a grooming is unacceptable. I will continue to use Petco but be sure to not book the same groomer again.

Calvin was groomed today by Tabitha. He took to her which is great. He is 4 his groomer retired so I want to make sure he is happy with his new one. He looks great and even gave her kisses after is was done. I trust his opinion He gave her a 10

We really like the grooming service Petco offers. We absolutely love our groomer Tabitha - She has a very kind caring heart for our dog, and that makes a huge difference. We 100% trust her work with our puppy. 💯 Satisfactory every time! Highly recommended! 👍

Wanted to buy a gecko and as soon as I ask for it I get grilled about the size of the tank and what knowledge I have of it. Asking if I was informed obviously wasn't enough they wanted me to specifically list my materials in order to I guess decide on the fly if I was worthy of purchasing the gecko they had for sale. 2 of them in a 5 gallon aquarium mind you LMFAO as I'm getting grilled by a teenage girl who with the help of another hopelessly unqualified employee mangle the most beautiful day gecko I have ever seen to the point its no longer worth purchasing.Can you imagine getting interrogated by a teenage girl about the husbandry of a gecko she doesn't even know how to pick up? I waited so long for assistance I had absolutely fallen in love with that gecko by the time they got to it and I was buying him on a whim due to his beauty so to see it come back mangled with a broken tail and all stressed out was beyond heartbreaking.Why on earth you would ever allow untrained,unqualified employees to handle a beautiful,delicate living creature like that? And then have them interrogate buyers who almost certainly know more than they do. Unbelievable.Really need to get on your staff and train them how to speak to guests and how to handle the animals you sell.I do not advise buying live animals from this store at all as I do not feel they are adequately staffed to properly care for them.

Petco is a solid pet store for not only the needs of your cat or dog but they have a lot of other available items for various pets that are a little more obscure. They have a variety of small mammals, lizards, turtles as well as a fish department that looked really good too. If you're looking for some aquarium fish might be a place to stop and take a look and they had a lot of good looking betta as well!Price wise it's a bit pricey so definitely check the website as we saved about 35% to 40% over the store listed prices and they will match the website pricing. They also have adopted, at the time of this posting, 159 pets out of this store for the year which is awesome!Price of adoption was pretty low I think $45 for cats and $60 for dogs. Kind of a One-Stop shop just check the website for better pricing on products.Merry Christmas to all and I pray that you will receive the greatest gift ever given to mankind. I ordered f'lea treatment online and paid for it with my credit card only to find that I was charged $20.00 more than the cost of picking it up at the store. When I asked the cashier about it, her reply was that is the way it goes. I will never order online with Petco again or for that matter, even be a satisfied customer of Petco again.

Friendly staff, variety of services. All popular products. My baby is five and I've been using this company since he was three months old. He is my precious and I don't trust him with just anyone. I use Banfield hospital and have put him up in the hotel when I went out of town. I can always find his toys treats and supplies here.

It was the first time of me being in the store, it was smaller than I thought. But my grandson liked seeing the animals. The walking space around the fish and the other displays were small and hard to get around with a cart especially if another person was there looking. I like the different items they carry compared to Wal****. But the prices are a bit higher than other stores. I thought when u bought in bulk u got it cheaper. Guess not. Not many workers on the floor to help customers well that day n time any how. We will be back . But if it gets worse after the next few visits we won't be.

Me and my labrador retriever puppy are enjoying the obedience class that Taylor is teaching! She does a fabulous job for sure! The only suggestion I would make is not having the classes in a tiny cubicle. Some PetCos have a private room and some use the grooming area and move the grooming tables to allow for more space.

Website messed up our vaccine appt. Took the cat all the way up. Stood up in line for 25 minutes before the girl couldn't find our appointment even though I had the text message with our time. These people run a vaccine clinic like a vet office taking too much time. Answering questions they aren't qualified to answer. The techs are a liability.

The workers here are really nice and seem very knowledgeable. They always have a great selection and the store is always clean and well organized. It's so easy to find what you want and if they don't have it they can usually get it. Love going here.

So, so grateful. I had taken my cat for help and the vet insisted on a battery of tests totaling 600 dollars and refused to tell me how to help him without this tests. At Petco, they told me immediately what the issue was and how best to help him for 5 dollars. Do yourself the favor of at least checking them out. I could've saved even more money, and my cat had gotten care much earlier.

Awful experience! We went in to buy two goldfish from the feeder tank. Two of the employees refused to sell them to us because we only had a 5 gallon tank. The employees admitted the fish are often used as feeder fish but said they were concerned about the health of the fish. We ended up getting another employee to sell us the fish but overall the employees were extremely rude. Also if they’re so worried about the size of tank needed for goldfish maybe they shouldn’t keep their beta fish in 4oz of water.

My Goldendoodle went for a groom and one hour before the appointment was told they would not have time and changed appointment to 10:30am next day after making the appointment a month earlier. I thought fine, I wanted them to take the time needed groom him properly but when my son brought “Coda” home, he was shaved to the skin.Why would someone do that to him?He’s lovable friendly and should have been treated respectfully.. anyone with clippers could have done what they did to him, I look him for a groomed not to have his hair shaved to the skin.No excuse…. none.First picture right before groomer.. second afterNote: Coda was NOT matted

The Vet made sure I had access to all my dogs records. On the wellness exam, the Vet evaluated Jireh as normal with the exception of his mouth/teeth which she rated as abnormal. Nothing was said to me about this abnormality while I was there. I saw her report after I arrived back home. My overall experience was 4 stars.

This place is getting better. Their staff was a lot better this time around as I was dealing more with the Supervisor/Manager on the floor. I was looking to purchase some large $$ items, and they only had one. It wasn't the ones from the internet (even though I verified the items that I saw in the internet was stocked at that particular store). But it's never a perfect world. The Supervisor/Manager that assisted me was very helpful and accommodating which changed my buying experience. I wish that passion would resonate down to the other employees. But I understand it's a work in progress.

The guy in the fish department was very helpful with our indecisiveness on which plants to get. Our cashier was friendly. This store is clean and organized all the time.Not sure when it started, but Petco has started charging 10 cents for each plastic bag needed during checkout. You can decline it and carry your pet's food or bring your own reusable bags.

First time for my dogs going to a groomer and they did so good. Alexis O did a very good job on my boys. They look clean, their fur is soft and they smell nice. We will be back. They got to pick out a treat in the store for being so good.
