For a small town sho usep, the pride in the store does not exist. The service was below average, no suggestions, no clarifying questions, no interaction except what was absolutely necessary. The tables were not cleared, the garbage was overflowing, and the floor was grimy. I was glad we were taking the food to go. At least they weren't out of half the products like Williston store usually is.Kid-friendliness: Subway really needs to add some more kids options. Pb&j or grilled cheese would be easy and excellent options.

The last experience my family had at this location was not great to say the least but we figured we'd give it another try. My whole family agrees this was a much better experience. The order was ready when I arrived, the cookies were included (they were forgot last time), the staff was friendly and I was in and out. When I got home, it was a nice surprise to see how neat our subs were made and everything was made correctly with just the right amount of toppings. Needless to say, we will return in the future and are hopeful we have another great experience!

Great little place! Stopped in with my three girls and the dining room is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff were super kind to my kids as they’d never been before and needed some guidance with ordering. I appreciate a healthy offering in this area, although it is a bit pricey now.

Never had a bad experience until now. One guy working because his co worker inexplicably took off and he was poorly prepared. Little had been set up for him, like bags,napkins,ect. He was struggling to fill orders and people walked out. Not blaming him. If you're going to own a franchise , step up.Features: Yeah right

This Subway here is pretty good. Bread isn’t smushed, friendly staff, clean, and looks great after it’s most recent remodel. The only small complaint I have is two things; one, they always run out of either Swiss or provolone cheese, and two, sometimes the people who are running the counter talk to one another like it’s social hour, and talk about personal things people need to hear. The workers sometimes complain about a person running late for work and make the customers feel uncomfortable and/or impatient. Sometimes the workers get snappy and short with the customers when they’re dealing with a staff crisis. It’s a good place, sometimes you can sit there in peace without hearing the workers complain, but if they do, just sit in your car and eat, cause they can get loud.

The food and service were great. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and they all turned out the way we wanted them. It was really busy. The lady that helped us was really nice, but I felt bad for her because she was the only employee there. She was having to make sandwiches and work the cash register too. There was a big line, but she was working as fast as possible. The tables were mostly full. The one thing I LOVE about this Subway is that they make peanut butter and oatmeal raisin cookies here (and I can never find them in Gainesville locations). We will stop again the next time a we get a craving for subway.

The lady there was wonderful and very helpful. But there ownership is bs. Cant afford to pay for another employee at night so is just her, aswell as they cant afford to run the 2 for 10$ special which bought us to this establishment. Will end with a good note, give that poor woman a raise 5stars for her! God bless. Guy with Turkey may and chipotle on parmesan cheese bread footlong. Thanks

I will never come to this place again. The toothless red head girl is very load and disrespectfully to customers. I could not hear the lady making my sandwich because the red head was so loud. She did not care about customers one bit. This is not the first time... Never again go there

4:30 on a Friday you only have one person working?. . . . What kind of planning is this! I waited well over 20 mins for even my order to be taken and there was only 3 folks in front of me. . . . Cmon now this is not fast food, I have had better service at a gas station ordering a pizza. Get thos figured out managment!!

It Was Not A Good Experience.... I was there for an hour and watched the Lady trying to use the toaster oven and it is Smoking, TheSmell of wire burning made most the people leave as I did....Owner is definitely trying to Be Cheap....

Boyfriend went to get two subs, guy messed up and put lettuce and spinach on wrong sub for order when something was said to him he stated it was too late to remove toppings and continued on with order. Sub should have been removed from order especially when it’s just going to be thrown away. Wont be going back

The people working there are usually really rude and slow. I came in once got all the way through with my sandwich and she tells me the card reader is down. So I'm like what I just don't get to eat then? Her response? Sorry. They're just lazy. I rarely eat here.

This place really made a comeback. Normally I always went there during the day but the night crew girls are awesome and very social and polite.Clean and sanitized well.
