I eat a lot of beef, chicken, pork so I am always on the lookout for sales....and my Bronson Save A Lot has great sales quite often. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially Julie) and I can almost always find exactly what I came in to shop for. The 40 oz bacon pieces that they carry are absolutely delicious and a great price. This bacon goes really well with green beans. 2 small issues for me are fresh vegetables seem to be less than fresh at times and often the sale prices do not ring up...so I have found I need to be very vigilant in both pointing out the sale items and checking my recents before I leave the store. I would give this a 4 1/2 stars if Google would allow because overall I am very pleased with my entire shopping experiences and what I buy. Thank you very very much!!!

I am giving a one-star and this is solely for the meat department! I have onmany, many occasions purchased meat just to get home and find it bad. I now if I have to purchase meat on the way home I open it at the register before I purchase it, but tonight I did not do that, I purchased ham hocks for dinner,just to find mold! I am not one to post bad reviews because I know life happens and things get by us at times. But this is people's health! Something has to happen in this Meat department!!!! The cashiers are wonderful, friendly and helpful, but your meat department is awful.

This is a more proper review, sorry for the original..I like to shop here because the prices are good. About the only 2 things I can suggest is that if you're getting meat, either freeze or cook it right away!! Don't keep it in the fridge unless already cooked. An it's always so cold inside this location so bring a long sleeve.. Other than that, yes this store is always stocked and the employees are very friendly!!

Used to be a decent place to shop. Recently bought several containers of ice cream. When we opened it, it actually had mold and looked as if it has been refrozen. Will not shop here again.

The store was clean but it was severely under stocked I’m the freezer and cooler sections. Cashiers are fast and friendly.

It always smells like they tried to cover a rotten meat smell with fabuloso and turned down the a/c so much that the bodies wouldnt decompose. Also, be aware of the bread and tortilla shells usually have mold on them. Same thing with the produce.

Conveniently located for me. Meats are often a bit less expensive than in larger chains stores.Update: I've noticed that the price of certain meats--especially beef-- has risen exponentially! The prices are now on par with those in larger grocery stores. But you can usually find chicken and pork to be a lot more reasonably priced, and that works for me because, apart from ground beef, I'm not much of a beef eater.

The store stinks. As soon as you enter the door,the smell knocks you out! I'm afraid the smells going to get into food . Won't be back!

Didn't have everything I needed but I made due... the staff was slightly rude, but the store was clean... however I spent close to the same amount of money for similar products...w/ better brand... fresher produce at Winn dixie and or Walmart... in my opinion it's no longer worth the price difference....I've found dollar general market to actually be cheaper

I've been going to this store since I was 14 years old now I'm 59 and still love going there mostly because of the butcher shop it used to be a IGA now it's a Buy&Save and it's still niceAnd the store is kept very clean especially the bathrooms

Dirty store. Literally smells like a toilet in there. The employees are not very friendly. All and all the store is just disgusting. They don't even carry a good variety of foods. The produce is always rotten. You can sometimes get good deals on meat, but at your own risk. In my opinion, I would just skip it. I can't stand the thought of eating my food from that store!

Today is the 18th so gut wrenching , they change the meats packaging I guess on this brand you can’t remove it so ride it out on our expense? The previous post ? Lies they leave old dairy products and stick a red 99cent sticker on it it will be days old god forbid they give anything away look at the old vegetables!

Make sure you check dates on dairy products when shopping here- especially if there's a "buy one, get one free" deal on milk. Usually expires the next day. Other than that, the store is okay, if you're buying boxed or canned foods.

"Way better than it used to be", is a bit back-handed, but true. It is now clean and the help is actually helpful. Selection is mediocre at best, prices just ok. Produce is weak, and a bit pricey. Some pretty good prices in meat, but not exactly "Prime".

Good for a fast grocery trip if the limited options doesn't bother you. Each visit is pleasant, just take a jacket, they keep it freezing inside the store.

Every time I've ever been in there the meat is rotten. I've notified cashier's several times and they say that "they know" because several other customers complain about it. Please stop selling rotten meat.

Wear your heavy coat and gloves. It feels like it's 30 below in that store. Also watch the dates on items. They don't pull outdated merchandise off the shelves and meat cases. They just sell it to you if you aren't aware it's outdated.

Line was long to checkout and pay, clerk did not call another person to open another register. They should realize nobody likes to wait to pay for services. 🙄
