(This was a drive through order)Even though I repeated my burger preferences ..." No onions. No tomato. No cheese. ONLY mustard and extra pickle"...I got a burger with onion, tomato,lettuce and mayonnaise. Since I had repeated the order several times, I drove off without checking at the takeout window.The receipt actually shows extra pickles, No cheese, No onion, and No lettuce.This is not the first time THIS particular Hardee's has botched a drive through order.I'm done with them.

This is the third time in a row. I have went to this location, am I? Food was cold, Hamburgers are heated up. The customer service was awful. I really do not like eating out anymore. But when you are running late to get home. And you decide to spend money on food. You expect it to be hot, especially when a hamburger call $9.

I decided that I really wanted an ice cold sweet tea, so I chose to get a late lunch from this location. There was no one in line, so I was able to order quickly. A number #2, with a sweet tea. I pulled up to the window, and proceeded to wait 5 minutes before just leaving. Normally, someone comes to the window, takes your money and gives you the drink you ordered while waiting for your food to finish. Not today. I watched 3 (possibly 4) associates just standing/walking around talking to each other. No one acknowledged me, and all I seriously wanted was my sweet tea. After 5 minutes (and yes, I watched the clock, that's not an exaggeration), I decided to just leave. Prices are up and apparently customer service is gone. All this for a freaking tea. I could understand if they had been busy, but they weren't.

Only 2 slices of ham on my Frisco breakfast sandwich. 3/4 of bread empty of ham. Manager admitted it should be four slices but did not care that I was unsatisfied would not look at my photo. What a pitiful sandwich. Today at 10:25 am 8/6/22.Bronson, Fl Hardee's. Dear Manager you could have at least shown some interest all you cared about was a few drops of mustard which did not obscure the view of this disaster of a sandwich at all. (yes I like egg and mustard).

I definitely will not be back. They seem to have children running the place. Last time I was here they were out of chicken. The time before that I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo with a coke and an additional large fry. They told me the combo comes with a large fry and I said I know, I want and additional large fry. Well, they seem to not comprehend the concept of ordering additional items because this time I again ordered the same thing, paid $12.83! And then didn't get my additional large fry besides the fact that my chicken tenders were cold and my honey mustard was already open... disgusting. I was told to go back through the line for the additional large fry I wanted because another customer was behind me. Well, you weren't done with the customer right in front of you. Train the children you have working here to provide proper customer service and take an order accurately.

New updateI got the confirmation at 6:31 that Hardy's received my order. I got to the drive-through window at 6:48. I was told the order hasn't come in yet pull around to the window. I got to the window she was already making my drink which means my order did come in. I don't like being lied to I will not be coming back. I still had to wait for 10 minutes for my order. At least this was shorter than the other times I've went.Prior review three starsThe deals are great for the price. Hardy's definitely taste better than most other places like McDonald's although when it comes to ordering from the app and getting your order when you arrive has never been my experience i'm always sitting and waiting even though it's been twenty minutes since i've ordered last time it was over 1 hour

This Hardee's may take a little bit of extra time to get you your food but it's ALWAYS hot and fresh. Other Hardee's Iv been too have been quick but the burgers and fries have that stale under the lamp taste. I'd rather wait a few moments longer for freshly cooked food then precooked under the heat lamp food. Thank you Bronson Hardee's for knowing how it's done👍

I've been three times since they've opened and all three times were very disappointing.The person taking my order was great each time. The food on the other hand has been cold all three times.The first time and the third time the "large" fry containers were less than half full.I guess next time (IF there is a next time) I'll have to check every item before pulling away from the window.At least the place is new enough to still be clean.

Spent $48 and was horrible. They forgot a sandwich so went in to get it, and get home and the sandwich still wrong. My mistake for not taking bun off and looking. All the burgers were cold and I live less than mile from store. One of the sourdough buns wasn't even cooked. Just plain bread. We won't even discuss the cold onion rings. The employees were laughing and jumping around, having a great time. Wonder was the manager in that group? Won't go back anytime soon

Winter hardy is this morning. Breakfast ordered our food. Coffee ☕ ask for some light ice to be puttin it got there there was no ice in it so we asked for a cup of ice and they told us $0.27 we only had fifteen cents they will not accept that so they were going to charge the card for $0.27 I find that a little ridiculous when we asked for it to begin with

Orders the 3 pc white meat chicken snack box. Got home it was all dark meat. I hate dark chicken. One piece looks like a llama.. my sprite was all carbonate and no soda flavor. We sat by the gas pumps for at least 10 minutes waiting on food I am not a happy camper right now. Can't even call the store, they don't pick up

Service was very slow. I ordered a cheeseburger and UNSWEETENED tea. I got sweet tea and my burger was almost cold. Your not the only game in town, so I hope you improve otherwise you won't make it here.

First time to try the fried chicken. It was the worst meal I've ever had. My biscuit was burnt and so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. My fries were burnt and chicken under cooked had to put it in air fryer when I got home. Never again.

Do not eat here! They expect one sauce to eat 3 strips and fries, and worse yet if u ask for an extra one u have to pay an additional .50 cents for each one. Not worth it my food was cold anyways I always come here and they always give me extra sauces not to mention the lady at the window who gave me an attitude. Do not recommend!

Horrible and insanely slow service, drive thru customers have to pull in parking spot and watch customers behind them get food first. Only ordered strips and jalapeño staff said it’s just a sandwich when I asked why I didn’t have my order! I refused the food and demanded a refund! Over 15 minutes for fried food and two minutes for a sandwich! Incompetent Incompetent Incompetent

Finally some fast food in town, food is always great and they always have my pretty large order (family of 8) scolding hot & correct every time! Sure it takes a minute in the drive thru but it's well worth the wait, and sometimes it goes quickly!🤗 Saves me money, honestly the only other drive thru in town is just as slow yet i spend double the price over there.😬

Today October 2, 1:14 the cashier or who ever in the window (Fawna C) , gave me my teas unsweetened so I ask for sweet and she rolled her eyes on me, was more hate when I ask for 2 more straw's she served me 4 drinks and bring 2, no hard math needed, what kind of rude attitude, she looks mad and unsatisfied with her job, not my fault, may be she be better if she stay at home days like this. At the end when I got home my tea was unsweetened, I am a local and I will not like to be attended by her again.

Sad but this was foreseen. Not even a month in and customer service is now terrible and yesterday I purchased a burger and my burger was not fully cooked .I had to finish cooking my burger at home because it was still raw and mushy inside. We finally have a food chain restaurant to still have to drive to chiefland to get better service .

I wouldn’t say the food is great. A lot of times it is cold. The staff is very friendly assertive. We get breakfast, and occasionally burgers from here.Parking: Because they do, she has a parking lot with the gas station at times it can be difficult to find a spot.

Ordered 2 milkshake's. Got chocolate milk, not milk shakes. And the manager made them! How do you pass that through the window?? Avoid this place!
