Totally outstanding, the employees bent over backwards to help myself and everyone in the facility at the same time, I have a hunt camp in the area and I use them as a go-to place to get those last minute or emergency supplies I love this Ace Hardware

The staff are always friendly and helpful! They take the time to help you think things through if you're unsure of your project. The place is small but it has an incredible amount of stuff! Some items are priced a little lower than average but I do expect to pay a little over what I might pay at big box stores, but this is the closest place to me so I may as well pay the store (locally owned and operated) rather than paying for gas and wasting time to save a buck or two.

There's one price on the product in the store and they charge you a higher price when you pay out so I've decided to shop at a different hardware store the people were always helpful and kind but I can't shop there under those circumstances.

Just like all shops here, EXTREMELY overpriced. But that's what you get in a small town like Bronson, FL. R@pe the sh!t outta the less fortunate cuz' you know they have nowhere else to go in this decrepit town. They could afford to survive without having to sell their products for twice as much as Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart etc. & they know the closest competitor is so far away that locals will pay to avoid gas prices & traveling to Gainesville or Ocala (if they even have a means of transportation). And no, it's not higher quality, in most cases they order from the same wholesaler. It's not like we have friggin' DSL out here! You & I both know Bronson has cheap property taxes for a reason. The ❤ of Levy county, just like D.C. is the heart of 🇺🇲...I own a store front & my place has survived keeping my prices as low as possible while my employees and family stay fed. GREED has prevented hard workers from being able to go out & get it, don't ignore the big picture.

Great store with just about anything you may need for your next project, great prices that are competitive and great customer service. They also carry livestock essentials as well as the things you may need for your dog or cat.

It's nice to have a little local hardware store. They also take UPS packages and tape them up for you. Try getting the post office to do that. I would give 5 stars if the coupons and rewards they send out ever work. I'm constantly told "that's a third party item and your reward card won't work". If it's in your store and not on the exceptions list of the coupon it should work.

It's a good place conveniently located. The prices are higher than other places but the money you save in gas makes up for it. The staff is really nice and helpful. The ice is cheap and I use it all the time out front.

Overpriced, never honors coupons & usually get recommended things I do not need when doing home repairs. I avoid Ace at all costs because of my experience with this location. Prices are significantly lower in the next towns over.

It seems like I'm in there weekly picking up something for a project in my home or garden. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection for a small town store. Most of the staff, most of the time, have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Steve definitely gets a 5 star rating. With the others it seems to depend on the day.

I used to.like shopping here but the girl at the checkout has absolutely no personality whatsoever and the young guys running around in their little red shirts never ask if someone needs help. Well atleast nor me or my wife im.sure they pick and choose who they wanna help I'll be going to the one in chiefland from now on wouldn't recommend this place

Definitely a good place to go for a project without having to drive 20 or more minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff and always has someone around to help find what you need and load you up.
