This is hands down the best place around to keep your dog. Ella is an animal person and will see about your animal like it was her own... or in my case, better!! Can't tell you the relief we have when booking with her. She's usually booked up so call early. She really needs to raise her rates. Don't worry when they are at bark n purr. End of story

Absolutely THE BEST!!!! Miss Ella was so good to our dog (who has shown signs of separation anxiety at another place), that I don't think that he missed us. She took such good care of him!!!! We will definitely board him there again!

Sccy loves Ella and Wayne. When I pull up she's at the van door ready to go. They treat her like one of their own. Very clean and excellent care.

Would recommend boarding here, one of the cleanest, nicest facilities around. Huge kennels with plenty of room to run and play in safe secure outdoor fenced area. Feel most confident my pooches receive maximum loving while staying at the Bark N Purr Inn.

I added some photos as this place seems like it is often overlooked. This a great place to board your animals when you go on holiday. I visited a friend's dogs, also photographed, and the owner was kind and friendly. Allowed me to go outside with them and toss a toy around. The animals are very well taken care of and CLEAN! Highly suggest for anyone looking to board their pets for long or short term. They're not just fed and watered here, they are loved and it shows. FYI: I wasn't paid in any way to write this, nor were these my animals being housed here! Simply an honest review you won't find with any other boarding service.

Bark N Purr had my dog Bella for a week whin I had to go out of town. Thay took very good care of her. I would recommend them if you need good care for your pet.

Amazing staff! My boy loves going and staying when we go on vacation. Not many places accept pitbulls, but they did gladly!! Blue is such a gentle giant that had a horrible past. Cant wait to visit again!!

Miss Ella and her establishment are top notch.We have been leaving our beloved babies here for years and can always be assured that they are well taken care of by Miss Ella and her wonderful staff . She has a love for all animals that can be seen as soon as you walk in the door. If she is booked up on our dates we don’t go!

Love this place. Nice big cages for cats. And good areas for dogs. This is a pet inn and not the typical vet clinic that also has some boarding. So their single focus is boarding. We leave our cats overnight because our long travel requires an over night stay but they have many customers whose pets have extended stays. We stay in Gainesville because there are better motels and restaurants than in Bronson/Chiefland. But we like this place so much we will not change to a closer Gainesville location.

Boarded my two terriers over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. The place is clean and the boarders seem to be having a good time. Big outdoor play space for them. Staff is friendly. Will continue to board them there.
