Bye Bye BuyRite! I've had enough. Switched our meds to Wal-Mart. I submitted our refill order yesterday afternoon & when I go to pick it up today, the guy tells me to come back, they're not ready. That in its self was ok. I had to run to Wal-Mart & could circle back. But when the Pharmacist herself yelled from her perch to the window "we're running behind, we've been busy." That did it. If your so busy & behind then maybe your employees shouldn't be calling WOOF FM to play a contest. Yeah, I heard it. It's always been something with them. They wouldn't call for refills unless asked. They'd get an attitude if called & asked how much. Just always something. No customer service at all.

they allow people to sit in the drive thru and wait for their prescription to be filled holdong up the line at the Andrew's location in Ozark. Very frustrating when you have had you prescription filled and are just wanting to pick them up. Tell them to drive around or if there is a problem they need to go inside.

Honestly, I've been in Florida for a year. I've been here numerous times. While the ladies seem like introverts. They're not rude. They'll answer your questions and talk. I've never had an issue. They always are helpful.

During a national shortage of my prescription medications this pharmacy told me they wouldn't fill mine because they were saving their stalk for their local customers. Even though I explained that I have been established with Buy Rite Drugs for many years they still refused because I use a different store, that had actually referred me to that store. Never again. Boards of pharmacy here I come!

Sometimes it feels like they are judging you for being on medication. Also there hours are terrible and pharmacies should be open 7 days a week. Our need for medicine doesn’t take a break. Neither should the pharmacy…. ALSO I NEEDED MY MEDS AND THEY WERE CLOSED EARLIER THAN THEIR POSTED HOURS WHICH CAUSED ME ALOT OF ISSUES PAIN AND SUFFERING…. Should be illegal for them to not stay open for their posted hours, missing our meds can be life threatening. Horrible

Great service and usually have my type of drugs in stock. However the NEW upgrade (09/08/21) I tried to use to order refills and kept getting "try again". Gave up after 5 trys. Some upgrade! I had no problem with the old site.

the service is very poor. the customer staff is inefficient, un friendly uncaring. this reflects back to management. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service ,quality, and frindleyness of staff.

I am still not able to refill my prescriptions on line using my account. I have to refill them as a guest every time. When will they be able to get this resolved?

I have hadn't prescriptions filled here for years. Recently, one of the ladies who works here long term has become very hard to deal with and hateful. Maybe it's menopause? Considered going somewhere else but this is the only pharmacy in this County.
