Everyone is always so friendly at this location. Very helpful but not tailing you in the store pestering while you shop🤣 I forgot to drive to the lumber yard for my 2x4s and called later in the day and the manager and front cashier both remembered me and let me come the next day to grab them. Very nice location

Out of stock continuously on many items. They sell you items that don't function correctly and you waste time returning these. If you exchange the items you run the same luck. The owner seem to be short minded, he prefers to lose a very good client than to negotiate pennies on returned items. This store are very expensive in all they sell.

Don't go here to "match prices or browse" apparently it makes you look like you're going to steal. Was my boyfriend an his sister an I was followed an asked multiple times if we knew what we was looking for an had to repeat that we was just browsing. Ended up not buying what we needed an just got 1 thing. Customer service is small town but horrible an their prices are ridiculous

Every time we go into an Ace hardware the staff is always polite and helpful but this establishment really goes above and beyond.The staff were not only incredibly helpful but very kind patient and willing to socialize while being helpful.Not to mention this rural location had many amenities.

This Ace Hardware is a great place because they carry building materials. Anything from 20 ft rebar, bags of quikrete, treated and regular lumber. Very helpful staff as well. Can't wait to be back that way again.

Great place. Walked in with so many questions. They more than helped me with answers and product for solutions. Also signed me up for a membership card and made me feel like coming back for other home repair projects. Just wish they filled propane tanks again.

Prices are higher than any other hardware store around and selection isn't very broad. However . . . it's a hometown store with great service, close and convenient. Supporting local business is the best for keeping local business. So I do not mind the extra expense for quick trips. Like gas station pricing is higher, is not Walmart. And it keeps me out of the worst Lowe's ever the Live Oak store.

Small town hardware store with a small town feel. Everyone is always upbeat and cheerful. The lumber selection is awesome and the prices always beat home depot. This place is really hard to beat, and has a little bit of everything. Beautiful inventory.

First time I've been in since it changed names. Was Branford hardware. Very nice inside. Everything is moved around. No time to shop, just got keys made. Worked perfectly. I'll go back when have more time and check out some prices.
