I wish I could leave zero stars, the pickup experience here is HORRIBLE. I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and still waiting, to pick up *one item* that has been ready for over 24 hours. The 7 spots they have designated for pickup parking have been full, and there is a line of at least 20 cars in a circle behind me, waiting for one of these 7 spots to open up. A woman in front of me asked to speak to a manager, and the woman who came outside had little more to say than “sorry”. No explanation, none of the employees can explain why this is taking so long or what the wait time is for any of us. It’s been the same 1-3 employees out here this entire time, so perhaps they’re short handed but there is zero communication, aside from the customers that are literally getting out of their cars to go get. I will never order from this location again, and their management should really be looked into for improvements.I have included a picture of the seven parking spots that have been full this entire time, and a picture (that is difficult to see since the line is a circle around the back of the building) of the people still behind me waiting.

Pretty disappointed as this has been my forever Walmart. Wanted to get some of the old Casio digital watches that usually hover around $30ALL stolen. Not even joking. Unless they also took the sticker to the cash register and paid for them.This does not look like it.

Standards have gone way down at this Walmart. Their personal shoppers are RUDE and shove past you with no word, not even an apology or an excuse me. They also park thosed huge carts in the middle of the isle.Plus size clothing is a joke now....if it even exists anymore. They carry some but it is usually long sleeve, very wide neck, and made out of material that will cause heat stroke.I am finding myself shopping elsewhere these days. Walmart has gone to trash.

Can’t say I’m impressed with shopping via mobile app for pickup. I’ve tried it several times out of good measure and it’s never a smooth one-and-done. For example:1. Substitutions. Every time I go in person, I get exactly what I am looking for. Every time I shop mobile, there are substitutions. Without fail. I’d understand if it happened 2 out of 5 times, not 5 out of 5 times.2. Missing or damaged items. There’s always something missing or damaged. Walmart has charged me for groceries I never received even though I reported it missing. Guess they decided it wasn’t.3. Wrong items. Occasionally I’ve gotten items that were just flat out not even what was requested. Kinda annoying.

Their prices have gone WAY up even doubled. The shelves are not stocked - I mean completely bare. Then I have to ring and bag my own groceries I never wanted to be cashier. Like the personal touch, HUMAN to HUMAN! I am thinking of changing supermarkets. L Sigona

I would like to thank Ms Cheryl for going above - beyond with customer service. And Ms Ivy & Ann 💕I had been to Walmart 4 times for a air mattress that the pump didn't work. I had never received this kind of customer service in no Walmart every. They gave me the pump & batteries 💕

Walmart now expects you to work there to ring out your own items. More self checkout lanes open than normal lanes. This is sad. I have a full chart I must now scan and bag on my own. When did the customers sign up to work here?

My son who is autistic was wanting a transformer that was marked 22.00. At the register it rang up 55.00. I walked back to the toy department and found it was marked 22.00. I would understand if it was the only one there in the wrong spot on the shelf. But there was at least 4 or 5 in that location. Was able to get manager Jim to take care of my son and keep him from having a melt down. Thanks Jim.

It's walmart. I don't expect the best customer service but come on. I made an appointment at the auto service center to get new tires. The price was great and the hours were too. I drove all the way from new tampa to come to these location in the middle of junkville usa. I get there and all the service guys just starred at me for like 10 minutes before finally walking to my car to ask me if i needed help. UM hello you all had nobody before or after me. Why did you just stare at me while I was sitting at your change bay???The service and guys were actually pretty respectful once we got past that awkward staredown. They had an issue finding my tires that I paid for and had sent to this location. One guy asked me 4 times if someone else bought them for me. Fool....I am grown man with an annual salary that is more than your entire shift of coworkers makes in 5 years. Finally, they find my tires IN MY NAME and do the job. Cool. Then I go to pay for everything and its time to leave the store. The little chica with the attitude wouldn't unlock the dang door (or atleast tell me it was unlocked) so I could get the heck out. Then she was mad that I was tapping on the glass. Next time before you catch an attitude. Open your mouth like an adult who's on the clock and assist your customer's the right way. Especially after they just dropped half a grand at your register.End of rant. I haven't walked inside of a walmart in years and this is why... lol

You have an excellent team there>Promote ahead of their peers !!! Theze dudes are "Shrewd Dudes" >"Best Tire Experience Ever" and the Pricing was Outta the Park" They Beat Everyone on Route60 Hands down for the same Quality tire! Walmart is Walmart, they have just about all you need, clothes, shoes, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, groceries, plants, flowers, toys, bicycles, camping gear, fishing gear, car gear, tires, batteries, lights, paint, TVs, stereos, money orders, arts and crafts, cards, gift cards, party supplies, beer, toiletries, Makeup pharmaceuticals, hairs products for African-American, Caucasian and all others, Walmart doesn’t discriminate cause they love the color green. Walmart is the same here as it is in Chicago, New York, LA, Big towns, small towns, it’s the same Walmart we all know and love. Yes, indeed.

I refuse to ever shop at this Walmart again. Multiple employees were rude & they only had self checkout which I refuse to use until they start giving a discount for having to scan & bag my own stuff. Brandon was the rudest employee I came across!!! He shouldn't be in customer service at all!!!! The fact that he rolled his eyes at me & walked away without answering me shows how Walmart trained their employees. Walmart needs to step it up & get nicer employees.

If I could give this store a negative I would.1st: Online Walmart+ orders: Our orders have continuously been delivered to the wrong address. Normally not a huge deal breaker , make a phone call and the driver will go pick it up and you are good. Then there are the times when that driver refuses. He has already dropped off the order hus job is done! No, it is not! I submit my order with signature required just for this reason...and he did NOT get my signature. So, some random family has our $300 order, at Christmas time, with gufts for my husband and my son! That was the LAST STRAW no more delivery orders!2nd: Pick up orders: 1. Don't place an order for late evening. They get behind becaus no one manages this store, and they say your order has been delayed. Order scheduled for 7pm -8pm and they send me the delay msg at 7:30pm that it will be delayed two hours. Hmmm when do they close? So we are at home waiting............at 10:30, because they close at 11pm I start calling....but that's right no one answers the phone! I finally took the hint at 11pm that since they were niw closed...I wasn't getting my order. So I go online and rescedule it for 745am. I needed some of these items, that I have already paid for, for a dinner that night. So we get the msg at 745 that our order was ready. We head over to pick up and there is a line wrapped around there entire back area where they receive there orders. We know this is not good! A couple of weeks prior we came to pick up an order in this situation and waited almost FOUR HOURS! We ended up waiting another THREE HOURS! Then half the order was missing!!That was the last straw!! I now had to still go shop for the missing items that...YES WERE IN STOCK...just not on my order. You then have to wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS to get your money back! So...I was so angry...I was crying...I made the vow....I will NEVER shop the Brandon store again!!Use this location at your own risk, they may rip you off, and they certainly will not care how it impacts you!!

Called and confirmed they had a grill I'm looking for and the garden center was closed when I got there. This was before 7pm when the hours are listed 6am-11pm. The staff refused to have any level of customer service and help me out even when I planned on spending over $500. Will never shop here again.

Place crowded and so many people walking around without mask. And of course Walmart never have enough checkers. Some areas needed to be stocked but I do understand that with the virus that can be impossible at times.

I come to this Walmart often no problems when I shop inside. Let’s just say don’t use the Walmart curbside pickup at this location. They only have a few spots and as you can see in the picture the line is incredibly long.

Quiet on Wednesday afternoon about 1230pm. Store clean and stocked nicely. I found everything I needed with no problem.The only 2 problems I experienced was many of the self checkouts weren't on. Wasn't an issue today as not many people in store. But if it was busier it would have caused a back up. Also, the bathroom needed attention with toilet paper on the floor.

Curbside pick up. Probably the worse staff employees I've ever seen. No management in site. These employees were dragging feet and showing no sense of urgency. No pride in their job and put no effort. Full line of cars waiting to pick up and they allowed cars that came later to cut in line. They only brought out my items when i stopped one of them and asked them to and gave them grief for allowing others to cut in front of me. At one point they disappeared for a solid 10 minutes and reappeared moving slower than ever. Where does walmart find these people to hire? Is there no qualifications anymore? Do you just hire anyone and don't give interviews? As a supervisor myself, it was like pulling teeth watching these employees work. Probably the worse experience I've ever had with curbside pick up. Probably the worst Walmart in the Brandon area. No one manages here. If they do they probably dont care. No one answers the phone either.

Walmart is great but sometimes I prefer to shop at Publix and Winn Dixie because they always have the scooter available. For some reason Walmart put the zero drinks on the top shelf and I'm only 4"11 and still shrinking.

Well this morning I bought two bottles of cough medicine that were $ 6.89 each then when I came home I found that I was charged $8.98 each, then I tried calling them to make a complaint, I was on the phone with a robot for about 45 minutes and then they just hung up on me twice. If there were minus Stars to give, I would have given them 10 minus.

Dirty staff not helpful or friendlyOK please help me understand this. At Walmart and purchase a couple items and was over charged. When I brought it to their attention I was told even if I purchased more than two of that item I would only get the difference back for one.... I'm confused. You over charged me. That's the policy ma'am. how many other items have I purchased from them and been over charged, then you accoust me at the exit even though ALL of my items where bagged and a cashier checked me out. Why do I shop here?????? Never again

Turn down the volume this store can handle and let those sparker people shop the orders. Seen this at another store and thats what they did. Very smooth operation from then on. Keeps the curbside from getting so cluttered
