Very very nasty store. I wish i would of read the reviews before going. This place is like a landfill and has nothing but torn and broken toys or cards. The owner is literally the worst store owner i have ever met. The guy is very aggressive also gets mad at simple questions about if he had something in stock or not. This place should be closed down. It doesn’t deserve business.

I visited here about 3 weeks ago and I saw someone new, who was the kindest employee ever. I believe his name was Chuck. I'll be a returning customer because of him. He was extremely kind and helpful. Went the extra mile, helped me load poster's in my car in the pouring rain.

Awesome store, the best part about it is the prices, they are extremely reasonable. Got to meet the owner's wife she was supernice and answered all our questions. Great variety of old and new collectibles. Definitely check it out, especially if you're into Nintendo.

Went there for the first time and safe to say that I will not come back. Owner was about as friendly as a pregnant porcupine. Not even a hi. Anything I can help you with? Did you find everything ok? Etc. I did see items I wanted to purchase , but the way the managed and store is I was turned completely off. Will not come back ever again.

Rude employee. Wouldn’t let me hold the games to inspect them out of the case. Wouldn’t resurface disks or replace broken cases on higher dollar items. Hire people who actually wanna be there, the guy had an attitude like he was 3 weeks in a 2 weeks notice. There’s much better stores in the area for your business.

Called about a Pokemon card I seen in the store days prior and was told over the phone I’m too busy to check I have people in front of me. The cards are right in front of the counter even told him the name and location and had no knowledge of the product rushed the call and hung up. Had already mentioned I was 40 mins out and was welling to take the drive, but felt he didn’t care for business only for the people walking in. They need better help.

This store was a bit difficult to find but if you can find a big Mario coming from the west on Brandon Blvd, you'll be A-Okay! Parking was a bit rough because it's right next to Brandon Blvd. It was tough getting in and out. Once we entered the store, it was nostalgia again. Everything was neatly organized and they truly had collectibles alongside magazines and games. We were looking for a Nintendo Gamecube controller and they had the original and third party ones. It was a pretty neat store and we didn't stay too long but it was cool to be there. We didn't see any employees but it was fine since we were not buying anything. They definitely had what we were looking for.

Says all gaming systems are tested but are obviously not. The manager was rude over the phone talking to an employee and sold us a faulty Nintendo DS lite. Games were not reading correctly and it kept freezing up. Not even after 30 minutes of playing none of the games were working how they were supposed to and went straight back to let them know. Manager got frustrated when we wanted to return the product and get a refund. Manager is obviously inexperienced with gaming systems and terrible at trying to help customers. Will not recommend to anyone.

Awesome place. They have every antique-looking game that you could imagine. All type of comics you may be looking for they have. Great prices as well. Store is clean and even will let you use the restroom if needed. Great place guys and keep up the good work.

I Have Been Coming Here Since I Was In High School. It Keeps Getting Better And Better Every Time I Show Up. The Owner And His Family, Get New Stuff In Like A Hot Topic Store, And Every Time I'm There I Want To Spend It All. The Record Section Has A Lot To Choose From, Even A Good Section For Metalheads. I Recommend This Place For All Ages.

Been here a couple of times. They have a great selection and the staff is always willing to help if you’re looking for something specific. On my most recent visit I was looking for a vinyl and the owner and another staff member went above and beyond and climbed over boxes ( they just had their floors renovated) to retrieve the vinyl for me. I will definitely be returning in the future as I’ve always had a good experience in this store!

Nice collectible shop with a variety of items to browse. There are items of all kinds in the shop from figures to games to vinyl and everything else. Highly recommend checking them out.

1st time going on November 18th and man when I say I will be going back again and again its the truth! It was a mistake coming to this shop as a star wars fan lol. I will most likely be spending 100s very soon and will most definitely be coming back. The owners are very chill and fun people.

Ok first visit. Traded games for cash,got fair payment.Second time brought in a switch game and 2 ps4 games. Supposedly the ps4 games had scratches. So small you really had to squint.Besides blurays will play things just fine with small little scratches...if they even had any.Pokemon was the switch game and denied because they had one. Silly, the franchise is popular.Will second-guess this place.

Well I went there to sell some records. I spoke to a young lady before I went and she said she was interested in what I have. I had about 300 or so records from artists like George straight, Beatles, Rush, Kenny Rogers, Elvis, Eric Clapton, & many from the 80's like Prince & pink Floyd.They've been sitting up inside this lady's house untouched for at least 20 yrs. Just really dusty. Well the ones she says she was interested in specifically she didn't want because they were too dusty. But they were in perfect shape inside. She kept saying that it was too old of music and not what people were interested in!! I mean c'mon.

Just had a terrible experience on the phone with the owner all within a two minute span. Literally just called to ask about a specific item and he said he carried it but seemed extremely annoyed and angry from the very beginning. I asked the price and he refused to gibe me any. He then hung up on me and blocked my number. I'm honestly appalled by how I was just treated. You sir need to learn how to treat others especially a customer wanting to do alot of business with you.

The girl working today said that you get your pokemon cards for such a good price that you just have to charge so much more so yes for 80$+ over retail when you can get the same boxes on Amazon for 100$. I didn't even get the opportunity to ask she just flat out says "we get such a good price we just can't get rid of them for what they are worth." Which made no sense. I don't believe it was a mistake.

This place is awesome. I have only been twice in the last few months, but every time I go, I find more vinyl I want to add to my collection, or for gifts for others. Last time I was in, the store owner started playing some awesome bluegrass type music while I was looking for vinyl. Sure, the place is packed, but it's awesome because there is so much to look at. Huge fan. Will be heading there again tomorrow.

The two people that help me up there were honestly rude on the phone and I made a comment about wanting a Scooby Doo dog up there and he was like oh I probably wouldn’t sell that and looked at me rudely and said if I did, it would probably be $150 little do you know I have $1000 sitting in my bank I could easily buy that and they were rude about their $10 limit because it was my first time going up there bad experience do not recommend anybody I’m very upset about this cuz it was a nice store with fun stuff
