They were clean, and friendly. Went in and got my crickets and even picked up some rat food and some cricket food ❤️❤️ Also hey corporate!! Let them keep their fish wall it’s beautiful!!! Plus it’s one of the main reasons MANY people choose this location over others.

Picked up a new fish tank on their Black Friday sale. Service is always awesome and they have the best dog grooming! Brittany is awesome! The fish all came from there also when they were babies and outgrew the old tank.

Went to Petco 1st and they were good, but the accessories and product selections/ packages (not including bearded dragon) with pricing were far better at PetSmart. Plus everyone at this store was helpful, especially Suzy who gave me some specific substrate advice for the tank, considering young beardie's. Thank you!

Wheelchair accessible & friendly ♿Service dog 🐕‍ friendlyJoyce helped us replace my daughter pet hamsters that passed away today. She was kind and helped my daughter find a friendly replace hamsters. She let her hold several of them to Narrow down her choices.I have a membership card here and it doesn't take off much off a discount. The place smelled clean and it looks Clean.Lots of supplies for different types of pet's. The sell Lizards 🦎' cat's 🐈 mice 🐁' hamsters 🐹' Guinea pigs , Snake 🐍' fish 🐟, as will as that you need to look after them.They have Pet Training & Grooming in store. They also sell life vests for safe swimming for your pet. The staff was friendly but hard to find. I felt like we were all playing hide and seeking lol.You can have Pet Tag's made in store here we got some for our fur baby's. It was $20.00 per pet tag. The prices are about average for a big business like this.I take my son's service dog here to get her beautiful trimming full trimming all the time. They do a good job here. The woman with with braids in her hair with beads is usually the one who helps take care of my son's dog. She is friendly and usually always smiling. She is very professional I like her.

Walked into the store and got a nasty greeting from Suzy. Was looking for food for my pets and she couldn't find anything for me. Lucky me I got passed to Brayden and he helped me find everything! Even convinced me to buy a pet alligator. So happy he helped me out and changed my experience from what happened when I first showed up!

Great experience dog training experience. Jaylen is a great teacher has lots of patience and knowledge . Mylo will be back for the next class. I would recommend that anyone is looking for dog training classes to have Jaylen as an instructor.

This is by far thee best PetSmart I've stepped foot in. The selection is unmatched and it's very very clean in this store. I will now be using this store instead of the others I typically visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean! 10/10 ✨

The staff is quite knowledgeable and have been most helpful with the addition of two dogs to my family. I was even more thrilled by the free food from adopting my dogs at spca. It's a great start to find out what they like.The staff also helped me find glucosamine pills and offered insight with which shampoo to use. Thanks again!!!

I don't usually go to this PetSmart and I would never step foot in it again for that reason people there were not helpful. I asked because I couldn't see can puppy can food if somebody could show me and the response was you have to read. Then she asked me what kind of dog food I gave my dog and my response was I don't really buy food there but I give my dog wet simple. She still didn't take the time to say. Well. Let me help you find it. She just kept continuing to do whatever she was doing. Needless to say, I had things in my card. I left it right in the middle of the aisle. I will go to the PetSmart in lithia where people there are always willing to help and guide and make you feel at home.

Just got some fish for my daughter's first fish tank. This store had everything we needed to get it going. Lots of good buy 2 get 1 free supplies on Topfin. The employees were nice and very helpful especially the young man in the fish section.

My sweet girl was bit by another dog in this store a few weeks ago, ive emailed petsmart corp and banfield corp the day after this happened. Neither have emailed me back, hopefully this will get someones attention.I normally come to this particular petsmart every two weeks just to get my dog out of the house so she can be social with other people, ive done this since we got her, she was 8 weeks old. Shes just a puppy at 5 months and 3 weeks and she is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, we take her everywhere with us. (7/15/18) We made our normal trip into pet smart and the owner of another dog IN THE STORE let there dog come up to riley. They sniffed eachother and it was like a switch just came on and this dog spazzed out. The dog went to nip at riley, i thought I pulled her back quick enough and as I was pulling her back the dog had a hold of rileys ear and the tooth drug down the skin. she has about a 2 inch gash that was dripping blood everywhere. I had two other customers in the store help me get riley over to the side of the store where the vet is, helping me stop the bleeding.I asked the woman who must have been the vet assistant if she could help me and she said both vets were with other animals at the moment and she couldnt interupt them. I understood that and asked her if she could get me more papertowel. She said I probably should take her to an emergency vet down the road to blue pearl BECAUSE THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE. That upset me.. The woman I was talking to was very patient and was passionate towards Riley, she did help me out, this complaint is not about her. Then a manager came over, I specifically looked at his nametag and saw "MANAGER" dont remember the name, it was a male. He asked if she was okay and then I never saw him again. The lady whos dog bit her offered to pay for anything I needed for her (While she had a screaming baby in her arms and her dog that bit riley) at this point I obviously wanted that dog away from riley so I declined the offer and I was just annoyed that she was talking to me bc my dog was still bleeding, I didnt have time to get her information. I needed someone to stop the bleeding NOW. So the lady walked away, checked out and was gone.I had someone else with me that was in a different isle and didnt know what happend so I told her "Riley got bit by another dog" and turned back around. The vet(inside petsmart) was standing there, they had decided to take riley back. So they took her back and they told me they wanted to wait until the owner of the dog that bit riley had walked away before they were gonna tell me they could see her... im still curious as to why they had to wait til she left because if i wouldve known that they were going to take me there instead of making me go to an emergency vet, I wouldve takin her offer to pay for it. THEN they told me the total of the visit was $51.80... TO CLEAN HER UP AND WRAP HER BLEEDING EAR. Riley is always coorpetive, I bought the puppy kit coupon book, which had a free consultation with the vet in it, I used that.. but the cost was still $51.80 so if I didnt have that they would of charged me $100 TO DO THAT? for something that happened IN THEIR store?! This was the most scariest, stressful thing I have ever been through and I feel like I was taken advantage of because of the vulnerability of the situation, I just wanted the bleeding to stop. I understand that they have to cover the cost of the bandages.. but good lord. the banadges that were used was just medical tape and guaze, not $50 worth. it took her 10 minutes to wrap Riley up. Something I couldve did at home..which she somehow got off her head 20 minutes after we got home anyways. They didnt even but anything on the cut.. I feel like it shouldve been free. And before this happened I was actually planning on getting a monthly membership plan for this particular vet. However after this trip I dont believe ill be returning to the store in general unless I get my money back or something equivalent. It was a terrible experience, and I am STILL, VERY upset about it.

This has been the best petsmart I have found in this area! I can leave my furchild with ease knowing Meghan over in grooming will take good care of him. He’s just as excited to see her as she is him when I drop him off and that means everything with all the bad articles out there.

Young female manager was horrible and extremely rude. There was an issue with the online order. One item was out of stock, so the system filled it at another store. The "manager" refused to accept that I did purchase the item, had a receipt, and did not wish to drive another 30 min to the other store to get it. She did not offer a refund or any assistance at all. Actually asked "So what do you want me to do about it? You need to go and get it from the store you ordered it from." (The system ordered it that way not me.) We have shopped here for years, but with someone like her in charge, I won't be back. I'll go to Plant City instead.
