Went in to buy Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail and saw the website showed they had 8 in stock. There was none on the shelf, so I asked an associate who led me to the manager who said, "we haven't had that for awhile." This is the second time in months that I've gone to this location to find 0 inventory when the site said it was in stock. I asked the manager to update his inventory so perhaps they would ship some to his store. It appeared he didn't know or care to do that based on the information I provided. Other than inventory issues, this store has been a good place to shop. The manager appears to have updated the inventory, and the site now shows 0 in stock, so some will now be delivered...maybe!

There is a "lady" (for lack of a better term) that works here who is rude and should not be working directly with customers. I also witnessed her ridicule and cruelly mock a disabled person that also works there, and the manager was right there to witness it. The manager didn't say one word and allowed this disgusting behavior to continue. I will never shop at any DG again, that was really hard to watch. This woman should be fired and go work at a job digging ditches where she belongs. The manager is a coward and needs to be fired as well. Truly shocking.

There is a young lady that works here that is rude! Her customer service skills are lacking, and her demeanor is unprofessional. She has no business working in a customer service position anywhere!!

I've been shopping at this Dollar general for almost four years now it has its up and downs on how it looks but for the last week or so the store has been looking amazing I can tell there's two new managers they're keeping the store nice and clean keeping the shelves stocked with items that you need very friendly the employees are also our friendly good place to shop. This is the best Dollar general around seffner valrico Brandon area

I use to come to this store everyday till I moved , before wasn't always a bad experience but the service was very minimal. Today I come in and the lady named lupita greeted me and every guest that walked in with a genuine Hi and have a wonderful day. Regulars coming in were happy to see her and she even was making good conversations with everyone as well. It was a great experience just for a quick visit to get pain medication for my toothache . I was even distracted from the pain while I was in the store. Very nice girl and glad to see she was front face of this store !

I was in this store today for the first time in a few months. I was impressed by how well organized and clean it was. I received fast,friendly service! Melody Severino was the cashier and assisted me efficiently.

My visit to Dollar General was pretty good. I found exactly what I needed, for a great price, with the help of a very friendly team member. BUT... (There's always a "but", isn't there?) when I was ready to check out, no employee was anywhere in sight. I called out, "Hello? Anyone here? I'm ready to check out!" But it took another customer to go find a team member in order for me to buy anything. Dollar General, you should fix that. Any bad person could easily steal from your store if no one is anywhere to be seen at the front. I hope this helps!

They have had a new manager in this store for quite a while. She takes pride in her work. Wish I could remember her name, but she is great with customers and she has really made the store so much more than it use to be, the District Manager and owners should appreciate her hard work and dedication. Distric managers and owners, really should be supporting those who actually help make profits for the store. I only came back to this store on Kingsway and Whindhurst in Seffner, Florida, because of her. So good employees need to be supported in order for them to continue to retain and gain your customer base. And no, the manager has not spoken ill of her superiors. As a matter of fact, she has said nothing negative at all. If asked a question, she only says ( thank you, I am trying) Great Manager!!

Very nice place to shop when you use the coupons on the app.. just wish it wasnt always so cluttered. Shelves are constantly being stocked and the aisles are blocked with blocked merchandise.

I love this store! All the employees are great and when you have an issue ( like today) it is quickly resolved. Returns are handled well and fast.

They have just rearranged all the shelves and everything in the store which is for the better. The Isles are easier to get through and they've added many more products.

It had everything we wanted the Isles were wide enough so I could easily maneuver in my wheelchair and the prices were pretty good

Store is kind of small and the lines can get long but I happen to like it as they have as many products as the large stores, just have to do less walking.
