Store is a little bigger than some of the Supercenters I have been in. It is much cleaner and a little more organized (some of the aisles really needed the stock straightened).Had everything I needed and more.

Every once in a while you find someone who prides themselves on customer service. Tonight i found that person. Dillon the store manager went out of his way to help me with a defective TV replacement after I had a horrible experience at tampa store. Thank you Dillon for making it right and personally helping me load into my truck. His customer skills were so on point I gave him my card and offered him a job. Lol. He declined but wal mart you got someone you need to invest in quick at lakewood ranch store. Thanks Dillon!

This store is going through renovations so there are signs of this everywhere, but the anticipation of what's to come is exciting. They are adding vignettes to showcase furniture. There is also more upscale feel to the clothing department already, can't wait to come and see what it looks like in couple of months.

NEVER EVER buy any blood glucose monitoring or other from Lakewood Ranch Walmart. They sell OLD beat up and open boxes missing pieces and then WON'T return the product once you get home and find out it is only half there!!!

Although clean and organized it's still Walmart. I think the packing of orders for curbside pickup interferes with the ability to shop in the store. Not very easy to navigate when in the clothing dept. Just clutter and overstock clearance clothing.

I want to acknowledge Mr. Bob he is the person who greets customers at the entrance of the store. He is so polite and always with a smile. He has such positive outlook for every day and he is very professional. Thank you for your great service.

This is honestly one of the cleanest and most organized locations I've ever been to. Restrooms are as clean as they can be considering how many people go in and out of there on a daily basis. Convenient location and well stocked.

On the way home from work, I stopped by this location to buy a few stuff. I had a great experience as always as I had a great selection of products. After I paid for the four things that I bought at the self check out, I was approached (oh, I am sorry, I was actually blocked) by a worker who said I didn't pay for the case of water on the bottom of my cart. I politely gave him my receipt, but poor thing was so convinced that I had stolen that case of water that he couldn't even see the item on my receipt. I had to point it at him, and of course I expected an apology. But the guy just said "It's OK"!!!!!!And here I am asking: What is OK? Is it OK to hire people who hardly speak English, and treat customers like criminals? Is it OK to not being able to apologize after you had made a mistake?

This Walmart somehow feels a bit classier. I really like this one. It always has what I went looking for and a lot more besides. I love going here, any excuse. I need an apple, ooo, better go to Walmart for an hour! I love hanging in the make up section and finding lipstick I can't live without. There is ALWAYS lipstick I need!! There is brilliant food here, basics and fancy. Equate stuff in the toiletries, excellent value, great quality. Good cotton underwear, sneakers, so much more. Super duper! ⭐ ⭐

This is the cleanest and friendliest walmart of all the walmarts I have been in. I didn't give 5 stars only because of the fact that they didn't have alot of the things I usually buy, but that isn't the fault of the store I know it's the supply chain issues.

I'm not usually going to go out of my way to write a review for a massive corporate entity that generally doesn't care about the rating. But coming from Orlando, where all of our Walmarts are sub-par (at best) and often a lot worse, I was really pleasantly surprised to find a super clean store and well stocked shelves. I hope this is a reflection of a store where the employees are better paid/treated. I'm likely wrong, but hey, it's a nice dream. At least the store looks good.

This place has the worst team of staff.There is tons of garbage and carts out in the open outside. I witnessed the wind blow a cart into a vehicle. The cashiers are very rude and slow.

Terrible customer service anytime need something that’s not a simple self checkout...actually no service at all. Terrible management by Patricia. Last time had an issue getting a simple money gram transfer which they are an authorized location to do so.This time went in to get a car battery, which showed online that was it was in stock. Once at checkout , the battery came up double the price then what was shown online and where all the same size batteries were stacked for the same price as online. After wasting 30min back and forth there’s nothing they can do or could care less. Don’t expect much from Walmart, but please do your job or fix the issue ! So people don’t have to wast time they don’t have. Terrible management by Patricia

There is a lot of things that I don't like about Walmart the reason is when a customer needs help some of the employees has nasty attitudes and it seems like the only thing Walmart cares about is just getting customers money instead of trying to help customers now I wish that Walmart was like how they used to be back in the day when they used to have layaways all year round instead of not having them at all anymore well it's not just the employees that his management as well it starts with management cuz even management has a lot of arrogant attitude about themselves

Produce is always bruised and or rotten. I just moved here about three months ago. I miss my old Walmart. Store was always clean and produce fresh and displayed nice. This location is horrible. Now I just buy my produce from Publix. It’s more expensive but at least they take pride in their produce. The rest of the store is fine, but whoever runs that dept should be fired… sorry.

Bring back cashiers. Don’t be haggling us for our receipts on the way out. Instead you should have cashiers actually do there job and ring peoples items up and then there will be no mistakes or accusations from your employees ends about customers stealing items while checking out. Its literally Walmarts fault to begin with.

Stocking is horrible and good luck finding someone to help. They want you to get their "app" so you can find products and prices (when not on item) on your own. The best part of the store is the self checkout areas. But, that being said, if you get anything in or near the nursery no one is EVER there for checkout!

I mean... it's Walmart. We didn't run into anyone uber nice, but not super rude either.They had a little bit of everything... everything you'd expect to see at Walmart.The dead pool setup was great!!!

I used to hate Walmart. They've really improved the place in the last couple of months. Brand spankin' new carts, lots of improvements, tons of shopping, employees are super nice. The only thing I don't like is the self check out registers because I believe in hiring humans and hate checking out at self check outs. Humans are more proficient. I would give 5 stars otherwise!
