What happened in the garden center?? It’s pitiful!!! I used to love this section of Walmart. Now every time I stopped by my heart sank. Piles of plants in the back that is clinging for their dear life waiting for a rescue!!! You can’t even buy it because it wasn’t tagged for clearance!! It is so sad to look at. A very painful sight to a gardener. If they won’t sell it , might as well throw it in the garbage at least to make the area clean. Not neglected and ruin their reputation.

Shopped there yesterday, terrible.First of all I tried to turn in some winning lotto tickets. No one was at the service counter for over 5 minutes.Second, the only checkouts were self serve, no cashier at all available. When I asked about a cashier, they said they were short staffed.I understand being short staffed, but they should have told me it was only self checkout before I filled my cart. I HATE self checkout. If they want me to work there as a cashier I should get dental and vision benefits.I nearly left my cart there full but went ahead and did self checkout anyway so the help didn't have to put it all back.Never again for this store.

I had waiting for 2 hours to have my car oil changed , after all that the laser guy said he will no service my car because my car was loaded. I left and stop at take five I had the job done in 10 minutes. They look for excuses for don’t work they don’t care they will get paid anyway.

Always great produce, with good pricing. Considering they have ALDI across the street to compete with. Thus Walmart Market is generally well stocked and staff is helpful and pleasant.

I was trying to wash my hands in the bathroom, but when I started to wash my hands someone thought I was doing gang signs and almost shot me! It was a great experience staff asked for my SSN and my password to my fortnite account but other than that it was a great experience!

They always have everything I need for a quick shopping trip, but I always have to bag my own groceries, that bothers me. There is never a lane open for a cashier to help, we always have to do it ourselves.....that takes the customer service aspect out

This Walmart really lives up to their bad reputation today. I go here all the time but Van from customer service is just rude today, treating customers like criminal. I bot a pack of $5 drumstick chicken today and it went bad. So I went to return it. She was like “ I can’t take it back unless you have a receipt. How do I know you didn’t steal it.” Seriously for $5 chicken? And is this how you supposed to talk to people? So I gave her my debit card that I used to make the purchase and her incompetence was just beyond me, she can’t find it. Luckily and unknowingly I had the receipt in pant pocket. So I sorted it out and refunded to my debit card. But seriously? Selling bad food and treating your customer like garbage were just so typical.12/4 - against bot 4 salad only today and checked out with the handheld scanner. The cashier has to come over to make sure I am not stealing the salad.

Order online and went here to pick it up. What a mess. I had to go inside the store then go back out just an absolute mess. Now I go to the bigger Walmart to pick up things. This review again is only for the outside pickup.

DANGEROUS PLACE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.At this Location is an IT with beard. Stay away when you see him. He can make up charges, call the police on you, making false accusations in order to put you in jail. I was lucky Police saw the false statement and ignore him but, possible you to be the unlucky one. This it is a thug and second shift women employees are playing with customer's safety lying and protecting him!?!!? They have fun and IT is a gigolo for them. Manager and regional manager are humiliating the complainant and no professional repercussions are taken. They protected him and 800 customer service of headquarters cover him. Great job walmart for covering criminals making a criminal false 911 call.DO NOT ENTER PREMISES WHEN THIS Hispanic IT WITH BEARD IS THERE. DONT TRY IT. He's dangerous and verbally violent behavior specially with women customers. A Thug always a Thug.

Good, compact grocery store. Sometimes they have stock challenges but that is the new normal. So people complain about self check out here but I love it. I bring my own bags and put items in how I want them and overflow the bag so I have less bags. I submitted myself for employee of the month for my own awesome self checkout skills. I haven't heard if I won or not.

Clean & bright. I always try to stop in this particular Walmart when I'm going past because it seems to be much better stocked than most Walmart grocery stores. I find things there that I seldom see at the stores that are closer to me. I also find prices to be significantly better than at other grocery chains.

Walked all the way through the store no one said anything to me, rang up my own groceries. The cashier had to swiper card because I was buying ibuprofen, came right up swiped her card didn't say a thing to me. Walking through the parking lot cart pusher talking on the phone. It's truly sad what retail has become, the shelves are jacked up. Zero customer service.

The store is decent compared to others, but I have to say that I'm very frustrated with this specific store. There is nothing but self checkout lines with maybe 1 or 2 teenage employees that just sit there texting and don't acknowledge the people who need help which then cause back ups of lines. Florida is like 80% retired people and they are still learning self checkout so you can expect 1 out of 3 people needing help with checking out. Not to mention that they almost never have packages of chicken at their store. This really needs to be fixed.

My experience at this Walmart, is the final reason why my family will no longer be patrons of Walmart. The store has zero cashiers. They expect customers to do their job by checking yourselves out, but have more non working self checkouts than working ones, and the employees seem to have no idea how to assist customers at all. The customer Service is nonexistent at Walmart. The shelves are missing all sorts of items and the selection has gotten smaller as time goes on. The staff is either not knowledgeable enough to provide assistance, or they are extremely rude, if not both. There was no shopping cart in the store, every one was scattered all over the parking lot. The self checkouts were not clean, there was liquid and sticky substance all over everything. It was disgusting. I will not stand in line for 30 minutes to check myself out. I do not work for Walmart. Your prices have gone up and your workload has decreased, therefore I will never shop at another Walmart store. This was the worst excuse for a Department store I've ever encountered. I am happy with the products and services I get shopping at Amazon.com. I buy groceries from.Winn Dixie. And have good service there as well.

It's a scaled-back Walmart grocery, located on an insanely busy crossroad. The selection is limited, the produce a travesty. Otherwise the staff is pretty helpful and the pharmacy has great technicians. Most checkouts are self-guided but if you have a full cart or 20 items that have to be keyed in the cashiers will always help you. I haven't used the deli but a substantial amount of precuts are stocked in a bunker. There are always reduced price baked goods and it stays stocked.*I'm dropping this a star because they sold me a half-raw roasted chicken. I'm lucky I didn't get food poisoning. The department manager was not happy.

Laura at the deli was very unfriendly , but the store is nice and clean. Great prices. To the management of the store, please work with your employees,so they understand that customer service is a difficult part of the business, but rewarding. Great place to shop when I am busy! I grab fresh food items, pickup household stuff, doggie & guinea pig everything and my refrig./freezer stuff! Everything stays nice & cold as I leave the store reasonably fast.The grocery pickup on the otherside is really nice for my bigger shopping & heavier items.*Remember customers, ”wear your face masks” entering both sides of the service areas! Including vehicle customers while picking up your groceries in the grocery pickup line if your vehicle is enclosed! Please!Thank You for Reading!

The store is clean and everything is stocked. Only thing for today is that unfortunately as businesses are need of people, most places hire teenagers or young adults who don't know what customer service is. We were having trouble with the computer not accepting the weight of the vegetables, my mom went to get an employee and sure enough the machine started working again without the employee doing anything. Which is fine, but her attitude needs an adjustment.. turning around and rolling her eyes and standing there for a bit as if to control her temper. Sorry, honey but if you need help with your attitude then you need to see a therapist and not work. An unrelated situation where a woman was asking a group of girls questions and I guess the lady got upset and gave the girls a hard time. Unnecessary , but it also didn't look right that the girls talked back to her, yelling across the floor. Store manager needs to be a bit more attentive, the store is fine but the employees need to be on strict rules.
