Everyone who works at this location is so incredibly sweet and goes out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and properly cared for. All of my questions are always answered and I can always trust them to help when needed.

Poor customer service, almost every time. Received both a call & text saying meds are ready. Drive over they tell me to come back in an hour. When I said I got a text saying that they are ready, she says that they are ready. I told her that it’s not what ready means. Jerry, could you be of assistance?

Annette in the pharmacy is on it! Today we are waiting for hurricane Idalia and she made sure I got my husband prescription within 30 minutes. She was also very kind. I recommend this location for your medication.

Don’t do online orders here. My order was stolen before I could come pick it up. Store was no help as they put me on hold to the point where the line went dead. Had to call customer service for a refund. There should be a better process in place for orders. Like an ID scan to verify. There’s a reason many locations are being closed down.

Cemmie Walker the beauty consultant at this location was absolutely fantastic! She took her time with me to help me find the right items that I needed and on top of that she gave me some awesome free samples that I was not expecting! If you be nice to them they are nice to you

Horrible service, ordered through the app. Charged my card but never delivered items. Called the store they couldn’t help me. Kept giving me the run around. Offered to pick up instead of delivery, kept getting hung up on. Issue was never resolved. Will not be ordering or using Walgreens for future. I’m a healthcare professional who brings them several clients. Won’t be my first or second choice. Not even 3rd choice. Very disappointed

Have had issues here multiple times. Not sure if incompetent or intentional. On the app i can see what the doctor prescribed me and when i go to pick it up its been changed. Ive got screenshots of it all, feels like they are doing shady/unprofessional stuff. Going to change pharmacy

Terrible customer service from the pharmacy. Stood there for 10 minutes while the guy at the drive through never once even looked in the direction of the counter. When I asked if there was someone else who could help us, as there were several other people in line, he replied "it's just me and the pharmacist here so I guess I could see if someone else can come help you."

been waiting for nearly an hour but nobody is here other than me and my family and we are still continuing to wait. the pharmacist lady is also giving us bs. this place has terrible customer service

I asked for the manager as there were no large carts available in the store .The manager came ,I was very polite and asked why there were no carts as I had a lot to purchase .I was offended when he stated «  you had me come to the front for that ? «  .He went on to tell me that it was an ongoing problem and that people were stealing carts … I do understand, however his remark was unacceptable ,you do not speak to customers that way .I hope this problem can be addressed in the future .

Walgreens corporate HQ needs to clean house at this location.This the worst pharmacy I've dealt with in my life. They reported me to my MD for trying to refill my prescription early. They told my doctor (in chicago) to send another prescription, which the Doc said he gave to me, then I gave to Walgreens, Walgreens had it through this entire mess! They never did fill my prescription here and helped out 0. No one wants to work, someone named "manjula" claims she cannot refill my prescription at all she was laughing and enjoyed rejecting my refill.I Recently moved from out of state and haven't switched my license yet, $500 I don't have right now. Been using the same license for the same script all along in Tampa, Sarasota and chicago. My license is not expired and completely valid to drive with but this Walgreens refuses to refill my prescription until I have a Florida license. I now drive 30 minutes each way to the Walgreens on Bee Ridge (or Walgreens on fruitville) who follow Walgreens policy and are very helpful refilling my prescription. Three times I've attempted to use this location with nothing but condescending workers who won't do their jobs!

Rebecca, the pharmacist in the pharmacy is rude and very unprofesional. I had to make a formal complaint to her supervisor. The next time I will contact the corporate office.
