The pharmacist was very prompt, my medicine was ready on time exactly that she told me. It was very pleasant also had to pick up a couple things so it made it easier for just one trip.They actually called me on the proper date. All smiles, great attitude. And yes I would suggest Walgreens to my friends and familyIf anyone asks me then Walgreens is definitely the place to fill your prescription, you can also schedule your flu shot, and they do it with a smile ššÆ.l

i canāt even give this store a 1. now as far as shopping wise, iāve never had any problems. now, the pharmacy company youād have a better chance of calling the North Pole & speaking to Santa, before one of them answers the phone. Thereās always typically the same three female technicians working. 2 of which are outstanding. if iām not mistake one goes by KeKe & iām not sure of the shorter girl. but Felicia, has to be the worst customer service provider iāve received from anyone in such position. she has the nastiest attitude. i went there friday & spoke w the pharmacy manager on friday & wonderful technician then. i was getting my medication filled early because of a personal situation that resulted medication in the toilet.he told me i needed to contact my prescriber and have her right a new script and to just provide the case number. so i obtained the mentioned above and called the store to let her know i had the documents/information that i was told they needed. she then mentions on the phone that her pharmacy manager said i have to have the actual police report and that the doctor needed to write that it was āallowed to be filled earlyā mind you i got the notification stating that my prescription was received at the store at 3:33, it was 3:36pm and she told me the pharmacy msnsger told me earlier you need to have those. so hmmmm. red flag #1 my medicine was JUST called in how to did you have a conversation at 3pm with him regarding my circumstances if my prescription wasnt even in the twinkle of an eye..you sit on hold on the phone for hours as they pick it up & place it back on hold, so by that time you have no choice but to go there before there ready. so i walk in with the EXACT documentation from the arresting officer because the Deputy kindly emailed it to me to save us all a headache. so i asked well then can i just go print it frim the photo desk, she then proceeds to tell me again that it had to be given to me by the detective for me to give it to her. now what is the difference of whos or what printer its printed feok. i couldve wslked out went home and printed it & there would of been no difference in the ā.type, smell, texture, whatever she was looking for out of this paper. anywho it was already past 5pm & the sherrifs records thing closed at 5. she couldāve done her job properly & said hey look i cant give you the controlled ones till then but the reasr i can. i really just needed 1 heart pill. long story short is she makes up her own rules and its NEVER a simple proccess when shes working, always some kind kf problem or something there not suppose to do. well donāt you all sign an employee handbook which is normally standardized except for the pharmacist. so walgreens yāall need to figure out what your policies ā procedures are & make sure everyone is on the same page. you should look for some other employees who treat patients w compassion & care not how she does. this is not the first, nor the 2nd time that iāve had problems w her & ive spoken to may other people reg. her. if my insurance covered my medication at other pharmacies besides walgreens i wouldāve transfered my scripts then & there, but now iād rather inconvenience myself in gas than to deal w her.

I don't usually write a review about this type of business, but this Walgreens has exceptional employees. I tried to place a photo order online through the Walgreens website and was having difficulty getting same day pick up (my error not the website). I went to this location and I placed a photo order at the kiosk and inquired about getting the same discount I saw online. The employee there said they would make a note for when I returned to pick up my order. When I came in I perused the isles and saw the same employee and he said "You're back!" It was nice that he recognized me from earlier and I picked up my photos and checked out with him at the register. Great staff and great service.

The worst store, the cashier who is there almost every night is a racist. I treat my children badly and when I confront her, she only excuses herself but I don't speak Spanish. It is the worst store. I hope they fire that horrible person who always treats Latinos like they do. If they were to steal, I will never set foot in this establishment again.

Great as a matter of convenience but the prices for over the counter products etc are outrageous! I was there tonight and the prices appear to be marked up 100 percent! After using this place for so many years Iāve no choice but to go elsewhere.

Received a text message Friday that my prescription is ready. Per text message it says the 14th street location the drive thru pharmacy tech tells me today that my prescription is not ready that itās another location. Gave her all the pertinent information and she just walked off from the window and never came back. This is the most unprofessional location I have ever encountered.

Wouldnāt recommend anything from their frozen section unless you want ice cream thatās thawed out and then refrozen. Absolutely disgusting and waste of my $$$.

This is my home store for both shopping, and getting my heath needs. The Pharmacy staff are the best ever. For instance: Zachary is not only the lead Pharmacist. He has a heart of gold. He is just like Justin or Jayson whom came before Zachary. I and many others call him Zach for short. The store isn't the same without Rochelle as the store manager. It's as like an Era with the Queen of England š¬š§ passing the baton onto King Charles. Era's mean change. Some are better than others. And it may take time for the customers and the staff to get use to the new manager. The same š” goth for the manager yo getting use to everyone. I welcome her wholeheartedly. And sincerely pray that she bonds with her colleagues as time presses forward.For Bayshore Gardens Walgreens pharmacy and store needs a major face-lift asap. Not to mention š„ issues... If only other customers were all understanding that their not the only person in need of help when it comes to prescription medicine. Have patience and the waves will become smooth in order to make life better....

waited for 40 minutes to get 3 pictures and they told me their computer didnāt work. was late to class because of that it was incredible how no one could tell me that while i was ordering the pictures or when i was waiting for it.

Walgreens is just okay because they could improve their customer service. I understand there is a shortage of people but that still doesn't mean you should treat your customers like their number one. They do matter to your pocketbook. This is one of the biggest reasons I don't shop at the store or any walgreens. Customer service at CVS the big improvement maybe they should take a lesson.

I called to refill a prescription and the pharmacy tech said I had no refills to call in a week he was nasty and hanged up on me, twice because I called back thinking the call had dropped.. I knew I had refills so I called another Walgreens on 53rd street and they were super nice and told me that yes I had a refill!

People expect Walgreens to be trustworthy and reliable. Shopping at Walgreens is easy. Calling the pharmacy is a different story. The IVR can be hard to get past, and waiting on hold feels like a long wear down. I wish there was some other way to contact Walgreens pharmacy instead of calling them.

Completely despicable service. Booked a Covid PCR test 72 hours in advance of my flight, website said 1-3 days to get results. When I got their for the test, the said it would take 72 hours plus?! I called back to ask to get me an expedited rapid diagnostic test so I could get home, and since their website communication was incorrect upon booking (and tests can only be booked 1 week in advance), however, they hung up on me and didn't provide any additional information on when I could expect my test results. You guys have to step your game up your service as a company and way you treat people isn't acceptable in this day and age! Avoid.

This pharmacy is improving, this location has had many problems in the past. After speaking with the STORE manager my last 3 visits to the pharmacy has been a good experience. If you have had problems in the past, give them another try. I am raising my prior 1 star up to a 4 star based on this location working toward improving their services.

Do not try to get your COVID shot here. I had an appointment. Waited 45 minutes. Wouldnāt tell me the process. Would ask me a question, Iād answer then theyād walk off for 15 minutes. I walked out without getting my vaccine. They were taking temperatures of people who came in after me without appointments but never took mine. I stood there almost an hour and never saw 1 person out of the 7 of us there get a shot. With an appointment a shot should take 5-10 minutes. The employees need to be retrained on the process and explaining to the Customer what they are waiting on and what the process is.

I absolutely love this particular Walgreens. I like the staff and the store is very clean and well stocked. On two ocassions I had to do a return. No problem at all. The cashiers are fast and efficient. They deserve 10 stars.

I love this Walgreens. Cashiers are pretty great and lovely people. Can always connect with them. I'd give it a 5 for them. But unfortunately the pharmacy staff are horrible. I went yesterday to refill my prescription and the lady was unkind, when she called me up to let me know my prescription was ready, she was rude. She did not call me by my name as they usually do at Walgreens but by my prescription. Both ladies began to laugh as I went up to grab my prescription. Frankly, was not in the mood to deal with it then. But it is on my mind and bugging me. What ever happen to patient privacy laws? I swear they ruined it for me. My first time there, the male pharmacist was nice and called me by my name. So I have no idea why this lady had to go there.

I live down the road from this Walgreens and am a regular customer. I use the photo department from time to time and never had a issue in any other photo departments in any other stores. I own a well know makeup brand and prior to this I used Walgreens to market said brand weather printing cards or buying batteries for some business products. I FEEL HIGHLY DISRESPECTED after my mother came home IN TEARS after trying to pick up my photos I printed and needed for my makeup line. My mother from Slovakia but an AMERICAN CITIZEN was yelled at and denied the right to pay for and receive my photos in which I took myself , or had received permission to print since I have printed a few of these in times before. She pleaded with her to explain that no photos were copy printed or stolen by any means & was just completely degraded and disrespected by a white women with a knee cast in the photo department TO THE POINT MY MOTHER WAS CRYING since she waited 25 minutes JUST TO BE YELLED AT BY SAID EMPLOYEE. Now I LOVE Walgreens itās my one stop shop for everything HOWEVER I will not go somewhere where itās ok for employees to disrespect & withhold my photos from my mother just because sheās darker with a Slovak accent. Itās one thing to have a bad day itās a whole other thing to take advantage of someoneās skin color and accent to ruin there day bf your having a bad one. IM super disappointed Walgreens

Always my go to for something random before work, also always had all varieties of soda 3/9.99! Great prices on laundry detergent, usually on sale for .99-2.99! Friendly staff that remember you and hold a nice conversation! 10/10

I go to this Walgreens on a regular basis. The staff in let's just say the regular part of the store are very helpful and nice.I've seen bad reviews about the older ladies over nights. I can tell you this, they have a very trying time during that shift. Theft, drug addict problems etc... not to give them excuses but next time you go in during that shift break the ice with them. After all they are approachable and definitely know the store products well.As far as the pharmacy I give them 3 stars. I feel as though they could brush up on some people skills a little. From what I've seen there.

Store staff and night pharmacy great. Day pharmacy has four times changed one of my orescriptions without notifying me. Woman in phone consistently unpleasant: I am tired of arguing with her when my prescriptions are changed in quantity or drug without anyone's informing me. Refills are ordered without my participation. Changed from CVS to here because CVS closed their night pharmacy I love the night staff here in both the pharmacy and the store, but I am fed up with the daytime pharmacy which has a million excuses for fouling up my order and I resent the unpleasant tone used by the day pharnacust so much that I an automatically unpleasant back when I hear this lady's voice. She was in duty today Aug 28 from 10-12. She blNed my husband for being "confused" when he wouldn't take a prescription I hadn't ordered and wasn't prepared to fill the prescription for XIidra I had been assured last Friday would be ready for me. Apparently the Friday pharmacist glanced at my account and refilled an old prescription for another opthalmic drug instead of listening to what I wa saying Bout Xiidra. In 59 years if doing business with CVS in two states I never had as many problems as u have had with this pharmacy in seven months.I have no cplsints about any of the staff except the day pharcy. The rest of thestaff are super friendly and exceptionally helpful. I appreciate not having to cayy around. bunch if CVS coupons; Walgreen's register automatically give me any discount to which I am entitled. I will miss everything but the pharmacy.

Not the general store.I don't know what it is today with big chain store personnel but, the customer service behavior I've recently experienced on 4 different occasions can only be describe as consistently void of any appropriate engagement for customers, with a strong desire to just leave this at the counter look them staight in the eye and say, "No, no more!) Then walk out without completing the transaction.

My wife was complaining she had a toothache after 10 pm. It's nice to have a place open late that carrys a variety of solutions to such a problem. Not surprised even after 10 there was a long line.
