Only giving one star because it will not allow me to give negative stars. I called the pharmacy today because a prescription went to the wrong location the first person I talked to was very nice and told me what I needed to do. I called my regular Pharmacy they tell me that the 26th Street store needs to cancel before they can refill my medication due to insurance requirements. So I called the 26th Street location again, the pharmacist that I spoke to yelled at me about how the other store is supposed to run and do their job when I tried to explain to her that I'm not a pharmacy tech and I don't understand the steps that she is telling me to do she cut me off yelled at me some more about the steps. I hung up the phone as she was continuing to yell at me.I called to speak to a manager at the store because why am I being yelled at about how each store should be doing their job? I don't work for them. So the person who answered the phone said I'm going to transfer you to a supervisor, I sat on hold for about a minute and then they hung up on me.

Was there early afternoon, 11/6 to pick up a few items. Saw Hallowe'en candy at 70% off, so I grabbed a couple of bags. Got in line, and the cashier needed a manager to correct something for the customer before me. Not a problem. Getting the manager took several calls and, while waiting, the cashier kept commenting about how her shift was over and she should have been gone. Once the manager made the necessary correction, the line of customers had grown quite long, so he opened up another register. He rang up my two items which didn't indicate 70% off. He told me to enter my phone number, which I did and was told I wasn't a MyWalgreens member, therefore I wasn't entitled to the discount. I explained that the sign said nothing about needing to be a member, only that all Hallowe'en was 70% off. He said there wasn't anything he could do. I left. I understand it's difficult to find good employees since COVID, but neither of the two I encountered should be dealing with the public. There are several Walgreens a short distance from this one. Use them.

I usually just go the the drive thru to pick up my meds but decided to go in this time. Wasn’t able to locate the items went in for. Couldn’t get any help either. Found something similar that I bought but wasn’t thrilled with (after the fact). The pharmacy tech was helpful and friendly.

I have a bad experience with this Walgreens cause this employee was so so scared when he saw me and my wife at this store we asked him for some merchandises and he won’t give us any directions whatsoever.Question for him!What make you so scared when you see a black person?After this believe me I will never go to any stores at night. Racism is real people.One star is too much , is there zero star rating?

Asked the lady running the register how much were 305s and she responded "I dont know I just ring them up." So rude and snarky for no reason, I literally just stared at her because it caught me off guard. 🧘🏾♀️🧘🏾♀️🧘🏾♀️ Before I could respond she said, "We dont even sell 305s!" It's late and I would have bought another brand. Like how does an employee expect good pay/hours when they run customers away??

I couponed multiple items online, 2 of those items being 2 L’Oreal shampoo which they only had one of the shampoos I picked. 2 dove conditioners which they also only had one of. I paid for my items online equaling $9 for everything. The worker who attended me let me know that I could go pick out replacements and he was going to CHARGE ME FOR THEM. On the app it states you don’t have to pay for replacements if the store doesn’t have what you need. I explained to him that these items were couponed and that I had already paid for one making the other half priced. He did not understand that and told me “he didn’t charge me for these” MULTIPLE TIMES at the end he wanted me to pay full price $10 for something that I basically paid for already when I bought the other one. I did not receive my other items and have yet to know if I will be getting a refund for those two things I didn’t get. Walgreen do better at training your employees to know what are the regulations when it comes to ordering online.

Very rude and incompetent manager Parricia or whomever hse was this afternoon, threatened to call 🚔 because I stayed she had no common sense not telling or anything because instead of voiding my one item she wouldn't explain how to use coupon for she voided whole transaction. Not my fault and was rude to my autistic son with me. Unbelievably appealed

Being Short Staffed is one thing but people are going without because this location Is Very difficult to get through to. They have literally closed without notice after lunch hours, depriving people of their meds and without consideration of their time and travel. I had an issue with 1/2 a bottle of missing Controlled medicine- I was treated like It was my fault or ill intention. 5 days later, I called again and it was confirmed to be their "mistake", no apology for my worry or inconvenience. On numerous occasions, I was given promised fill times but scripts never even put through. Hold times to speak to a human are usually less than acceptable even if short staffed along with the repetitive recordings of useless information on their automated system. Pharmacy is supposed to be open until 10:00 during week I checked twice online before going. Twice I have gone shortly after 9pm for prescriptions and it was closed. I signed up for text notifications months ago...I am still enrolled, but still do not receive- them even after making sure my account was set up properly. Simply Picking up my prescribed medication is like a game of Roulette.I am very patient and very aware of these difficult times but I dread having to get my medicine every month. I would change altogether, but Walgreens is only Pharmacy that sells the Brand that I have been on for over 10 years.I really think these issues should have been mostly resolved by this point. Gas is at 5$ a gallon. Its not far but when you have to make 3 special round-trips to get your needed medicine, it does become a bit unnerving.

OK so I may have been just a little overwhelmed and stressed out when I left my previous review for Walgreens a few years ago. Yes, issues do arise and delays continue to occur (and that's the case everywhere atm, not just Walgreens), but I have gained a tremendous amount of empathy, appreciation, and respect for the outstanding, hardworking team they have here at this store. As far as I can tell, they've retained many core employees like Emily and Barbara, who despite threats to their own health via Covid and anti-maskers, not to mention the threats to their sanity from nutty, disgruntled customers on the daily, these absolute saints keep things running as smoothly as possible at all times, and they do it with a smile. THANK YOU Barbara, Emily, and all the other rock stars at this store. You are so incredibly appreciated!I'm so frustrated right now with this pharmacy that I am quite literally in tears. I recently had to switch to using Walgreens due to insurance reasons and it's been nothing but a headache from day one. There has been some kind of mistake made on their part every single time I've attempted to refill or pick something up. And then when you question it you're met with a rude response and I always have to do the legwork to fix their mistakes and I'm sick of it! Now I'm sitting here on hold for OVER TWO HOURS, for the second day in a row to try and fix yet another screw up on their part. This is beyond unacceptable and something needs to be done about the horrible service. What a nightmare! You're dealing with people's LIVES here, for God's sake!!

Just went to purchase diabetic supplements and seen they had some listed on sale for $8.99 so I brought 2 packages to the register only to have the so called manager tell me they're $29.99. So when I showed her the sale tags she claimed they were placed in the wrong spot. So like any real business they honor their mistake because it's illegal to falsely advertise. Long story short she refused and insulted me in the process. The store is run by complete idiots with absoutly no customer service skills what so ever. They false advertis their products then try to bamboozle you into getting ripped off.

Last night (5/11/22) I drive up to the Rx drive-thru and see an employee putting a sign on the drive-thru window stating that it's closed.She shakes her index finger to me as I drive up to imply that it's closed. I stop to ask questions about what's going on & she continues to walk past me in the opposite direction towards the store entrance?I'm now yelling trying to grab her attention to get more info & I hear her yell back, "I'm off the clock!"I then put my car in reverse to see what the hell is going on & if the drive-thru will be open tomorrow & I'm continued to be ignored until she finally yells at me to go inside to the pharmacy.Totally awestruck at this, I park & go inside to then find out by another employee that their merchant system is down & that I have to pay with cash.This is the 4th incident I've had at this Walgreens location where communication is severely poor and has resulted in a major waste of my time.Clearly, my purchasing power is better received and spent elsewhere. My family & I are never supporting any Walgreens moving forward. This was such an appalling experience. This discontent worker outside was just so hideous in her demeanor and response to me. I've never experienced this anywhere!

The Asian girl who checked me out was nasty after I made a return because they placed an item in the half priced easter section and I didn't want it. When she did the refund she said , "Happy Now"? . I told ya I was . Then she didn't give me back my $5 off coupon. I will not shop here again and I'm transferring my prescriptions to Publix. In addition I went in originally to pick up milk ...they had none . This place is a dump I'll never go there again.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this Walgreen's . Usually I get great customer service at Walgreen's but not at this location. I went in to get a thermometer for my five year old daughter because she is very sick and has a obvious fever. Unfortunately our last thermometer got lost in our move to Florida so I went to this location closest to my house and bought a thermometer. No receipt was ever handed to me as I walked out. I went home tried to use it only to find that the battery in the packaging was low. I went back to the location and they were happy to exchange it asked if I had a receipt and I explained I just was there not even ten minutes purchasing this item and was never handed a receipt and said its fine after speaking to a manager as long as I got the same item. So I happily went to exchange the item and was lucky to find there was only one more left. So I went outside and before going home I wanted to test this one and sure enough this one had a dead battery as well. Mind you this taking a good hour while my daughter is terribly sick. So I give in and ask for help locating a battery for THEIR product . Sure enough they didn't carry that battery. So on my way out I asked the gentleman who let me exchange to throw this item away because it's useless and the manager stood clueless prior to that saying I can't return it and unfortunately it was the last one. I wasn't even gone for the store ten minutes. I can guarantee the receipt was thrown away instead of being handed to me. That's the last time I visit a Walgreen's I feel like I was robbed of $14 .

This is the WORST pharmacy that I have ever been to. I stayed so long because it's a convenient location but it was a mistake. They have made so many mistakes that have lead to me taking the wrong medication for days, having to go days without medication because they screwed up ordering it, etc. They are always so rude and never take responsibility for the issue. They have never apologized for anything. I have gone three days without breathing medication because of their error and not a single "sorry". Save yourself and go anywhere else!

Emily who works in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. She is rude and has an attitude. Will slam the drive thru door while you are in the middle of talking and will storm away. She shouldn’t be working in any type of customer service setting job. I see this isn’t her first complaint either. Hopefully walgreens decides to make changes or they seem like they will lose a lot of business.

I have received terrible customer service from the support staff at this walgreens pharmacy multiple times. In both instances the technician didn't express a bit of empathy and had no interest in helping me find a solution. I spent years working as a tech and then as a pharmacist. There are numerous things that could have fixed my issue relatively simply. This pharmacy simply didn't care enough to take an extra five minutes to help me. It's shameful to the profession. If you don't care about people, choose another job. This pharmacy location is really convenient for me but I'll be transferring my scripts somewhere else.

The manager on duty was very rude when I asked him questions. No baby water on shelf and when I asked him if they had any he wanted to treat me like I was dumb . The cashier wasn't friendly she had a attitude as I was checking out . Not like any other Walgreen's around this is the worst one and I recommend everyone to not shop here .

Well ive been coming here for 7 yrs. And I gotta say. Patrice is my ultimate favorite cashier .she is the ultimate employee ..wow. She goes above and beyond. Her kind words every day are so great! I cant tell you how happy I am when I see her working. Thank you Patrice.. You are a blessing!

I was very disappointed today. I asked for some help at the photo department and the girl had attitude. I told her I didn’t know how to work the computer and she told me it was self-explanatory then when I asked for help again, she was gone very unprofessional and I did not like her attitude.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TESTING DONE HERE!! They ship the samples to a lab in TN, which is itself very backlogged. My sample was supposed to be FedExed overnight to the lab. 30 hours later the lab stated they had still not received my sample. 55 hours later the lab finally updated that they received my sample. 72 hours later, sample still not processed. Needless to say I had to rebook my flight and pay over $300 for a flight change.

I went to the pharmacy to get help with allergy medication. I tried to ask questions about he medication Claritin D. This person was rude & sarcastic with her remarks. I told her she was not being helpful at all and asked to see the package so that I could read it myself. How do people like this keep a job.

Worst customer service I've ever had at any store. I ask for the case to be unlocked to buy razor and after 28 minutes I gave up I waited way to long no customer should have to wait that long. also there was about three employees just walking around doing nothing. went to CVS about eight blocks down cortez no wait time there. I would suggest to just shop somewhere else so you don't get treated the same way from unprofessional employees.

Got a COVID-19 test done and was told there would be a 24-48 hour turnaround. After 48 hours, the lab they are using claims they hadn't even received the sample yet, even though Walgreens states they send them by overnight delivery. Tried to call the pharmacy - spent 30 mins on hold and then the system hung up on me. Sheer incompetence - avoid this place.

I love the pharmacy ladies. They are absolutely wonderful and treat people with the utmost respect and dignity. They NOT treat people like they junkies and addicts. Unlike walmart and cvs, these companies pharmacy people treat everyone with such disrespect, its actually disgusting. So they asked ne to be a customer here and I said yes I will without a doubt. You ladies at walgreens on 26th street west and Cortez rd in Bradenton Fl rock. Thank you for being amazing people. Walgreens these ladies need a raise for the way keep your business going. They have absolute wonderful personalities and are just awesome women. Thank you again, you just got yourself a new full customer...
