Dr. Lukowski and the whole team at The Pet Clinic of Bradenton restored my faith in veterinarians today. It wasn’t the sterile vet experience I’ve grown accustomed to (and hate). The whole team was very sweet to my Finnley boy and Dr. Lukowski spent a good amount of time talking to me about my concerns. I felt listened to and cared for, and more importantly, I felt like my dog was cared for. After trying to find a vet in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for months, my search is finally over.

Phenomenal place. I take all of my fur babies here and they are so well taken care of by each and every single veterinarian I have seen in the past year! Prices are great and the staff is absolutely incredible, very kind and welcoming! Also they offer boarding too, an absolute plus! I definitely recommend checking them out!

I have to say this is the best vet that I’ve been to everyone here is so friendly. They even make my pet want to go in and that doesn’t happen very often. The doctors are very passionate and really take the time with your pets.. They definitely earn five stars from me and hopefully you will give them a chance to be a five star bet for you.

Such a fantastic experience! This was Cappy’s third visit to The Pet Clinic. Easy to make an appointment, everyone is super compassionate and caring, always on time, thorough, extremely knowledgeable vet and technicians, and very affordable. Highly recommend.

The new owners have done an amazing job of transforming the clinic into a warm, efficient and modern environment. The customer service was so good from the first interaction: kind, compassionate and professional... I love the new staff. And, the doc was wonderful, an amazing vet with great care. The little guy and I have never had better care! Thank you! We're customers for life!

such a wonderful vet! always tending to the needs of my fur baby. prices are very reasonable and the staff is INCREDIBLE! i also recommend their boarding facility to care for my babies, they take the best care of them always.please check them out if you have the opportunity, the new ownership has definitely changed this place for the better. i love you guys!

I had a wonderful experience at The Pet Clinic of Bradenton. I was able to get my Willow in the next day after calling. Everyone was super nice and very pleasant towards us. Dr. Piazza and his crew took care of Willow and explained everything very well to me. We’re both happy with the service! Thank you for welcoming us in and being kind to Willow!

Thank your lovely Jackie for this 1 star review with her piss poor customer service.. I felt the cuntness through the phone.. had a 9:40 appointment my mistake thought it was 10:40 called at 9:50 (swore everywhere has at least a 15 minute grace period) after my calendar notification went off called to let them know I was on the way I stay roughly 7 minutes from this place Jackie was the rudest about coming in for my dog to get his shots (your appointment was over 20 minutes ago no absolutely not) I have a flight tomorrow & expressed I can wait in between appointments or something .. she just became even nastier over the phone … I brought my dog here once decent experience but definitely never again not with RUDE STAFF LIKE THAT. Keep pups away from bad energyupdate they called back missed the call I called back, funny enough Jackie answered once again with an attitude after figuring out who was on the phone sarcastically “well definitely wasn’t me calling must of been the other receptionist ” other receptionist was trying to get us scheduled for today…. all the extra from Jackie could of figured that out first time on the phone.. now we have an appointment with our new Vet who’s receptionist was extremely helpful & understanding…

I have been a client of the clinic for a few years now, so I’ve experienced a lot in these past years. That being said, there have been a lot of changes made (in a wonderful way). The quality of care has increased IMMENSELY. All of the staff now is incredible, always helpful and always kind no matter how crazy their day has been.The receptionists are very kind! The technicians are also very sweet. I can only imagine how crazy it can get there but no matter how busy they may be I can tell that my pets are receiving the best care this field has to offer. I’ve seen Dr. Lukowski, Dr. Piazza, and Dr. Barnett, and they’ve handled all of my pets exceptionally. Each Doctor is full of knowledge and always helps me even in the toughest moments of my pets life. Besides the veterinary care the boarding facility is also great, very friendly staff to come with it, my babies love staying there!Even though prices may have changed with new ownership (like most things now these days), it has really been for the better. It is easy to tell that my babies are receiving proper and correct medicine which is always a sigh of relief for any pawrent!I can not thank The Pet clinic of Bradenton enough for the awesome job they are doing. You guys are amazing!

Dr. Piazza and staff are top notch. My dog began having some health challenges over the summer, and while they were very difficult to navigate and deal with, I always felt informed of the most practical options for treatment up until his very last day. People often forget that Veterinarians have an extremely difficult job of matching owner expectations for treatment/ recommendations, price points, and emotions with an animal that cannot simply communicate it's needs. I feel grateful to have been under their care during the tail end of my dog's life.

She is usually shy and doesn’t like other people but seemed calm and friendly towards everyone at this location due to their attitudes thanks again pet clinic of Bradenton.

It’s never easy waking up to finding a mass on your dogs hip. With a slammed schedule as it is, the pet clinic of Bradenton was able to get us in right away to start the procedure. The ladies there were very helpful and professional making it as easy and smooth sailing as possible. Thank you. If you have any needs pet related this is the place to go.

I called around to other places as we were looking to put our Jinx down. Out of all the places we called this The Pet Clinc was the best choice for fair prices to the amazing staff that is there. Dr Justin, Jackie, vet tech Kayla that assisted with Jinx yall are amazing people and we really appreciate how kind all of you were to us and Jinx thru this difficult time. Thank you again as we will be using The Pet Clinic for our other animals as well.

The Pet Clinic my opinion has gone down hill since the new management took over. It has lost the appeal that made it a winner in the past. There seemsTo be an interest in profit at the expense of the patrons and pets. My most recent event has made it so I will never return.I needed to bring my dog Lucas in to be seen so that he could have a prescription for a flea, tick, and heart worm combo medicine. No problem. Brought him in and he was seen. They then sent a prescription into Chewy for his meds. I put the medicine on auto renewal. It did not arrive. When I called Chewy, I was told that the Pet Clinic denied the prescription and so he will need to be seen again. Why does my dog need to be seen every 6 months in order to have flea meds. And even worse, they did not tell me and I had to find it out from a Chewy representative.Bad business model and poor customer interaction.Just received a call from the Clinic stating that the reason by medication was denied is that Lucas had not been seen by the Doctor for over a year and that he needed a heartworm test according to state law. Was told that when I had him in 6 months ago, he was seen by a nurse. Here is what i found when I researched the Florida law concerning heartworm tests:There is no specific state law about heartworm tests in Florida. However, each dog over 6 months of age must be tested for heartworms before being offered for sale in the state. The test must be performed by or under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, and the results of the test must be listed on the official certificate of veterinary inspection.Going to another Vet.In answer to my “misunderstanding” that taking my pet in to be weighed and seen by what I now know was not a Veterinarian, how was I suppose to know if you did not tell me? Not my misunderstanding; it was your mistake to not tell me.In your response you make it seem as though all I did was bring him in and have him weighed. Lucas had a full appointment. He was weighed and then we were sent to a room and seen by one of the staff. Afterwards we were charged, and rightly so, for an appointment. Any reasonable person would conclude that this was a legitimate visit, not just a weigh-in.

The pet clinic has always been the most fairly priced and honest place I've ever found. Now they have gone through some changes adding doctors, changing the way they do procedures, and even some new vet techs. Do to these changes their prices have gone up a bit but they're still the most fairly priced vet I've ever found. Thank God, along with those changes came somebody wonderful like their technician Nicole. She took such great care of my dog when he was going through a procedure. She not only took great care of him, but she cared enough to take care of me too. Always being considerate and staying in touch with me throughout the whole day. Making sure that I knew my dog was safe and loved. I can't thank her enough. The only reason why I didn't give them five stars was one little thing that was out of Nicole's control. Nobody's perfect! I will tell you that despite the fact that my dog was going through what was probably a horrible day for him, he loved being with Nicole. When I came to pick him up I could see he knew that she was someone he could trust hiding his head between her legs. Surprisingly he didn't run to me and I'm his mommy. I know he felt truly loved by her. Thank you nicole for caring about me and my dog!

The Pet Clinic has always shown my pets real genuine care and attention. The staff is friendly and Dr. Piazza is a wonderful new addition. He has helped my dog immensely get better through difficult times with honest and thorough assessments and treatment options.

Once again, we had a great experience at the Pet Clinic. The staff were friendly and efficient, my little Luna was in good hands for her dental procedure. The whole team, obviously loves dogs. And all three of our fur babies wag their tails every time they go to see Dr Piazza and the wonderful Pet Clinic team.

I wish I could give negative stars. We had a horrible experience at the Pet Clinic off SR64 near Walmart.We took our 1.5 year old Malinois/German Shepherd in to get neutered in which they said they would keep him overnight for observation. They called and let me know that he came out of surgery fine and that he would now be monitored. So at 5pm when they closed, all the staff went home and just stuck him in a kennel with no cone to keep him from chewing on his stitches. So when they came back in the morning, they called me to let me know that sometime during the night he chewed out all of his stitches and he would have to be put under anesthesia again to fix everything.They did not let me know as the owner that he would be left unattended at night and let me make the decision of taking him home or not. When asked why he was left alone and unmonitored they stated it was being they were short staffed and could not stay.Their prices also went through the roof and the employees are horrible, they will bad mouth a customer as soon as they walk out the door. My dog is a nervous dog and they should have been able to read that since that work with animals every single day. The worst part was that their was no apology for what had happened. It's a horrible feeling to have your dog be 10x more nervous to go to the vet now because the service and love for animals was so lacking at this place.

Our family has been going to The Pet Clinic since 1983. Our awesome vet, Dr. Paul Gartenberg retired last year, and now our new vet is Dr. Justin Piazza, D.V.M. Him and Dr. Cliff Barnett, D.V.M. have taken over the practice there at 714-60th St. Ct. East. Dr. Piazza examined our sick Chihuahua yesterday, and we knew he was in good hands there! Their new staff was very kind and supportive. I highly recommend anyone in need of a vet or need a boarding place for their pets that they check out their facility on the premises!

Dr. Paul was awesome. The people that owned the pet clinic now or just out for money. And again like I said, even though you commented, I called your office this morning person that I talk to is nasty on the phone told her I had been a patient up there or my dog had for quite a long time when Dr. Paul was there there’s so many people there saying now that you don’t care all your hours for money my daughter goes there also and she’s even switching her dogs now to a different clinic. If you don’t have the compassion, the doctor Paul head I’ve heard so many people say that cause I used to refer people to come to his office all the time which they did, but not anymore.

Dr. Gartenberg and his staff took excellent care of my cat, Jinx. From the moment i called, the receptionist was very kind, respectful, empathetic and caring. My encounter in the office with the staff was also a memorable one. The staff here truly cares about the well being of the pets they care for and you can truly tell they are passionate about what they do.
