I have no choice but to give it one star though they have many nice things. Last October, I shopped here for the first time. I enjoyed it the first trip. The second trip I bought this rocking chair along with other things, and I thought I could fix it up with a little paint. I thought this is what someone must expect in a shop like this. The cushion was a little lumpy and springy, but I thought it had potential. I paid $120 after 20% off, plus tax. Later I realized the wood was too pitted and rough to fix with a little sanding and paint. I realized I would not be able to get it looking good. About a week ago I was meeting my sister at Déjà Vu in St Pete and thought I would bring them the rocking chair to see if they would take it on consignment. An owner sat on it and refused to take it. They only take items that meet a certain standard of quality. At this shop however it's buyer beware. They do not give refunds for any reason. I discovered this when I asked to return a small cushioned bench I bought on the same trip as the rocking chair. The fabric looks smooth across the top but if you sit on it, you sink dramatically. I asked an employee to look at it and asked what I needed to do to fix it. I was told I should be able to stuff it. They could not remove the fabric underneath to look at it. I paid $125 after a 20% discount, plus tax. A photo shows the underside of the stool when you remove the fabric covering it. The wood slats are bowed – they are all brittle and many broken next to the bench frame in fact. Unknowledgeable about how cushions are made, I had not anticipated this to be a factor. I had stopped by an upholstery shop and they removed the fabric and quoted me about $300 to fix the cushion. I called Cat’s Meow and explained the damage and asked for a refund. I talked to one of the owners. The owners run the shop. I was told their policy was no refunds for any reason. I tried to argue that in this case it was unknown damage. I thought it was reasonable to ask for a refund. They said they don't make exceptions, it was their policy. In the two trips I made to Cat’s Meow in a two-week period I spent over $600. I have not been back.Photos: The first two show the rocking chair and bench in the shop before I bought them. I take pictures of things I like. The two undersides at the end are of the bench showing bowed cross woven slats. All would have to be removed.

I've been here twice and bought quite a few items. Prices are good, and there are a lot of different types of items. More vintage, with some antiques. There are multiple vendor booths. Just wish there was a bathroom available for use so I could have stayed longer.

Fun place to spend a little time in the afternoon. The place is pretty big with a variety nostalgic, vintage and squirky items. The prices were pretty good. The biggest drawback was getting out onto 26th to take a right on Cortez. Be sure to go around back and come out by Home Depot if that's your route.

It felt like a dream walking through this store to find so many beautifullll and reasonably priced vintage furniture/ home decor pieces. It’s not even like you’ve got to dig around to find the gems, everything is great. I live about an hour away and this place is more than worth the trip. I’ll be back!

Great place for vintage and artisans marketplace. Prices are reasonable and sometimes can be negotiated. The woman who run this market are really nice. A must stop off for vintage lovers.

My fiancé and I went this past Saturday for our first time and it was HUGE! There is so much to look at and so many amazing finds. Each few steps is a section with similar decor it’s absolutely beautiful. I found this beautiful gem in the jewelry case so such a good price, real 10k gold too! The staff was exceptional every one of them were so kind and welcoming. If you have yet to check this place out, go go go! You won’t regret it!

So glad I decided to stop by today! What a lovely place. I spent about an hour looking at all the fab stuff and bought many beautiful things. The prices are reasonable and they have a lot of things that people want to buy unlike a lot of the antique/thrift shops in the area. The ladies working there are friendly and helpful.10/10 will come again.

Not your ordinary tourist stop. This little store has all sorts of neat little trinkets. The environment is very cozy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The perfect stop for the sentimental types like myself. Highly recommend!

After the employees saw me checking pricing on google for a couple of items. They refused to sell them to me. Said they couldn't sell if it was't priced. It's a consignment shop. They didn't try to contact the owner of the items to get an accurate price. If I was the seller I would be upset that someone was interested in my items, yet the employees did nothing but set the items aside. I won't go back. I don't recommend you use this place to sell your items.

Such a great place! Just happened to pass by and decided to stop in. I’m so glad I did. It is one of the most clean and we’ll set up vintage type shops I’ve been in. The ladies are so helpful and enthusiastic about their items. I bought a few items and plan to return soon.

Great place to poke around and look at a little bit of everything. Found a couple great pieces at good prices. I will be visiting there again. Items change all the time. This time I picked up a door knocker, decorative plate and hedgehog statue. Never know what you will find.

This place has something for everyone! You can find something in every price range. There's so much to look at and they're always adding new items, the inventory is always changing. Everything from MCM, vintage, antiques, steampunk, furniture, coastal decor, jewelry, vintage vinyl, boutique clothing and there's even a "man cave"! Great place to buy gifts for the hard to shop for, and cool stuff you won't find anywhere else in Bradenton....you gotta go!!

Amazing variety at great prices. I bought a dozen 70-80s era record albums and a few pieces of vintage clothing. They were so helpful and friendly! I’ll be back often!
