I've been going to Pub In A Tub for many years..I took my first dog there Lacey Jane for almost 10 years and now I've been taking my dog Bella for about 4 years. Rick is a wonderful business owner he's kept things the same over the years, which has been comforting and Donna his head pet groomer take such good care of all the doggies she gives them special attention to details! visiting my 93 year old dad with my two girls and they decided to get there nails clipped so I called ahead to see what the protocol was and told any time before 1;00 any day and could wait when we arrived we were greeted by a vary sexy Oldman < make his day > who took right care of us in less then 15 minutes both girls nails were taken care of the cost was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent thank you vary much

I had my golden doodle groomed last week at pup in a tub. He is just a year old, a bit stubborn, and doesn’t like being groomed. Arlo unfortunately had some mats. Although we tried trimming many out. I requested that they do not shave as I do prefer the “muppet” look. They called to say because of the mats they had to go a little shorter. The staff called again to let me know they were going a little slower to give him rests in between. I picked him up and his cut was exactly done as I wished. They were very patient and kind to my pup whom I’m sure was a challenge. I was so pleased with both their work and keeping this very nervous dog mother informed of his progress!

My best friend and fur baby has been groomed by pup in a Tub for 6 years now. This is one and only place he loves to go for royal treatment. They treat him like family. My baby's cuts are always precise and they wash, cut, dry and do his nails in a very timely manner. They always know his name and greet him with hugs and love. I can only give compliments and gratitude to Pup in a Tub for the excellent service and care they give my baby.

Was on vacation and decided to do a walk in and see if they could groom my puppy short notice. They agreed and were extremely nice and friendly. The grooming prices are great and my puppy seemed to excited and happy afterwards. It was clear that the two gentlemen really like their job and what they do. If I didn't live so far away I'd come here monthly!! They even gave her a little bow, too cute.

100 stars!!! They took my scrappy, crazy-busy- life-happens, messy dog and turned him into a prince! I'm blown away! Everything is out in the open, so you can see how well the dogs are being treated. The men I spoke with were respectful and kind; they take pride in their work and it shows. As a note to other reviews: as far as I can tell, they are not smoking cigarettes, but they are burning insence to manage the wet dog odor. My dog does not even remotely smell like cigarettes, but just a neutral, shampoo smell. I will absolutely be taking Roscoe back!

I needed to find a new groomer for my mini Schnauzer, cairn terrier/pompoo mix. I was nervous because he is high energy and has bad separation anxiety. Well Rick and his staff were amazing! They did exactly what I asked and Rocky is so handsome! Definitely our new groomer! Thanks guy's!

Great place for dog grooming, the staff is caring and does a great job with my two dogs. My one dog does not like being groomed or anyone handling him much, but staff is able to bath and groom with no problem. I live 45 minutes away and it is worth every mile.

Usually it's wonderful. But today they had a substitute manager and it was way off schedule. My appt was 10:30. I returned at 1 and they didn't know which dog was mine. That was scary. The dog had been washed and they hadn't even started grooming. I finally got him back at 1:50. It is usually quicker and more organized.

I have had Pup in a Tub groom my poodle baby for the last 3+ years andI would never trust anyone else with Teddi. Please visit their spa and meet with the wonderful staff. You will not find kinder gentler more competent groomers anywhere. Love their work!

Took my French bulldog in for a nail trim and ear cleaning a few days ago and I sat in the sun with him today - the sun shone into his ears and they’re filthy and not even remotely clean! Also, they missed two claws completely and didn’t even bother to trim his dew claws. I tried to call but goes to voice mail every time. Never going back.

The woman was so nice. The company was not surposta be open, she just happened to go in to grab some paper work. But when I brought my 13 yr old pitbull she didn't hesitate to cut her nails that was the only thing I needed to have done. I recommend PUP IN A TUB on Cortez road very pleasant and EXCELLENT with my dog. Thanks once again for the last minute nail cut. :)

Took my kitty in to get his nails clipped- we were in and out in 5 minutes! Owner seemed very nice, shop was clean and the price was outstanding. $10 for cat nail trim is way better than the $13+ that the vet charges.

Very Rude, and DON’T TAKE YOUR Dog there if you want a Specific Cut!! Holy cow my Yorkie had her her grew out perfect and just needed a trim this is the before and after pics... they told me it was free and when my wife got home with my dog I was very P.O!! To say the least. Then they called me and said I forgot to pay after 2 people telling us no charge. I refused to pay for the wack job they did on my dog!! If you have a Yorkie Don’t go here. Negative 5 Stars!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Yuppy Puppy is the good groomer!!

I have brought my dogs there several times now due to convenience. It isn’t worth it. They don’t follow the cutting requests. So frustrating to have to come home and take an hour to touch up what they didn’t do (didn’t touch the face or tails). I won’t go back. I’ve given them plenty of chances. Plus you come out smelling like smoke!
