What does it matter?! Support didn't care! I lost my cat back on Dec 16, I was dealing with a lot plus health issues. Before I had to put him down, I went to my local store to buy some cans Specific to Petco and nowhere else. They didn't have all the small cans to hold me over until delivery. I picked up some of the larger size just in case. Yesterday I went to make the return. I thought I had the in store receipt but I just have thrown the wrong one away. Then there's my online order. They couldn't even find my online purchase I made around the end of Nov, and I had No problem bringing it up at home! I'm still dealing with health matters, it was all I could do just to get there for them to say, sorry we can't do anything for you. I AM LIVID!!!Now I have to make Another trip out there, with the online receipt I was able to print, but then again... I don't even know if they'll take it back since I'm just outside the 60 days policy. Good grief, canned cat food has a long shelf life... There's nothing wrong with the product! Chewy even takes returns past 90 days. I've never had a problem like this in the past; I am so livid, I'm ready to be done with you guys! 😣😤😡

We have taken our new puppy to the training classes provided at this location. I must say that Judy is amazing. Very knowledgeable at what she does, and she does it well. Our pup just loves going to class and can't wait to see her. I highly recommend training your pup in one of Judy's classes.

I have gone to this Petco several times. The staff are very friendly. The only issue I really have is that they never seem to have enough stock in the cat food aisle. Every time I have checked the shelves were basically empty. The staff did apologize, but could not tell me when a new supply would come in. So unfortunately I left unhappy.

The staff was amazing. Alex was amazing with nala and enzo's for nails(as nala can sometimes not be the easiest) . Then we got the vaccines from the vetco which the girls there were also amazing.

Petco employee helped provide information on healthier food for our pets. Her suggestion helped our 4 cats thrive and become more playful.

Finishing the afternoon of Sunday, June 4th, the employees of this place, including the manager, were very rude to my family and me. The woman who supposedly has experience with fish refused to give her name. She is tall and has very short hair. In a very rude manner, she refused to sell me two fish because, according to her, she believed I only had one 10-gallon tank at home and that the three small fish I already have were enough. But in reality, I have two tanks, and no matter how much I explained and showed her pictures, she treated me as a dishonest person. Does she live in my house to confirm whether I have only one or two tanks? Additionally, they are hired to recommend and sell to customers, but the final decision to accept recommendations and buy the desired quantities is up to the customer's discretion. The owners should take action on this matter and dismiss them because both are driving away customers, as several customers have mentioned in their Google reviews.

Great place to take the fur babies for preventive care and treats! Staff is wonderful!
