I ran in here with Kyro looking for a lavender stuffed you and some chewies, We were in between places and I thought having another stuffed you with lavender like what he has at home (he loves them!) would help him in the car as he's been anxious in the backseat since Flex passed, and heck... A bag of chewies for road trips is always good.Anyway, the gentleman on duty was extremely helpful with helping me find the lavender toy.I found several options for chewies and chose the ones I'd find that said they were $6.99. I was excited about the price. Then I found the same kind of chewies (like greenies) in a brand I like better (Stella & Chewy), but there was no price on them. I then noticed there was no price on any of the items that they "showcased" in their special end caps or end tables, and the one person that was one duty was now nowhere to be seen.I switched the chewies out, putting the ones I didn't want back, then went to the desk to check it out. Before we started checking out, I asked for a price check on the Stella & Chewy chewies and they were considerably more than $6.99 ($10 something), so I put them back and grabbed the others again and went to check out.Upon checkout the item that was supposed to be $6.99 ended up being $12.69!! (Or something like that ... $12.xx). What a cluster this ended up being. It ended up taking SO much more time than it should have. I, luckily, caught the price discrepancy and took him back to the shelves where the chewies were all sitting there, priced at $6.99, and he said, "Huh, they must be in the wrong place". They weren't in the wrong place. The label SAID the price was for THAT item. That's not putting it in the wrong place. That's labeling it wrong, or pricing it wrong in the system and gouging your customer hoping they don't catch you.I got my Money back, but not if I hadn't been paying attention... I would have paid twice what it said it was supposed to cost.

Good selection of special needs foods for dogs - a bit expensive. Parking is tricky in there and to get out, you have to go around the block can't turn left

I absolutely love going to this location of Pet Supermarket! Today I went in and Gabby helped me out, she was so cheerful and friendly, it made my whole day, and I can in right at closing and she even stayed a little late to ensure I was taken care of. She is an absolute expert, and went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed.

I finally stopped by this location and WOW, what a very nice store! It's a big store. Extremely clean! Everything is laid out so nicely, very organized and great inventory. Loved the layout of the entire store! To top it off, excellent friendly customer service! Answered all of my questions. Super helpful! Love that! I'll definitely be back.

This is a terrific place. I wasn't too familiar with Pet Supermarket stores, but I started going here recently and it is great. They always answer all my questions, and make me feel like family. I have a 40-gallon aquarium tank set up beautifully now. Thank you, Sarah, Autumn, T-rex Girl, and Brody, for your hard work. You all are just fantastic!! 😊

Great Service here, I love these people... They are animal people and the employees love animals for everyone wondering yes she is domesticated raccoon I have to and they make awesome pets they use a kitty litter box . They are like having a cat and a dog bow they are so warm and loving like your little dog that wants to be in your lap all the time but in the same sense they use a kitty box. Their favorite snack foods are grapes strawberries blueberries yogurt and toast.. they eat dog food and cat food and almost anything you give them you get them shots just like you would any other animal and you get them rabies shots mine have all their shots. But you have to have a permit through Florida Fish and wildlife to actually own one it's not expensive it's $50 but you have to go online and you have to put in for a permit first have a great day.

I was there today. I am a regular customer. Two young ladies were there, not in sight. The younger one, a blond, was great! The older one, a brunette, was very rude and short tempered. She told me she was busy and even over the phone was correcting me. I recommend training your personnel or hiring those with manners.

Just moved to the area and was searching for appropriate dry cat food for two very different cats with special needs. The staff helped me find what I needed, and both of my picky eaters love it. I felt I got excellent service, and their knowledge helped me tremendously.

I truly like Pet Supermarket! The associate's are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and helpful!When I come with my Chihuahua, she's usually in her over my shoulder case, they don't mind if she chooses to walk.They are knowledgeable about the best chew bones, and duck snacks.They carry all brands of food, and if you needed something ordered, they will do that too. Always a fun experience for myself and my Koko.Give them a try, or order online. They have an easy to use app. Auto ship, no problem! You pet food will show up at your door.

I had to stop in this store to pick up a mouse and some canned food for my cat’s breakfast. Olivia waited on me and was the nicest sweetest staff member that I have ever dealt with in this store: so nice to have a conversation with a sales associate there , finally !! I bought 4 fish and shrimp from them today. The employee was very helpful but now all 4 fish are dead. Idk if the shrimp is dead I can't find it. But I checked all my levels and nothing is wrong so I'm just assuming I got sold sick fish they all died within 5 hrs.

Customer service was excellent went in looking for peacocks cichlids the lady who helped me out was so experienced you told me about a different levels of cichlids and she taught me some things about them that I didn't even know and I've been in the hobby for over 5 years

We brought my dog in here to pick out some treats after his vet appointment. The person working was very friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. It's very clean and well stocked. They also ask if you would like to donate some treats to the shelter pets when you check out which I love!
