Never have I gone into this particular store and not gotten superb assistance. They asked me at the door if there's anything they can help me with. They carry out dog food for me, they hold things for me until I can get there, they call other stores to see if they can get items for me, and the list goes on. Personal assistance is amazing here!

Such great customer service from this place! I always get clear service when I come for my beardie. But today was awesome! When I was unable to find my lost car keys, Dan, one of the employees took the time to help me to locate them. Win win! Thank you!!

Anyone ever try and get a refund from these people? my debit card refund receipt is dated 1-19-24, it is now 1-29-24 and every time I call they tell me it takes longer to process this brainteaser! They now tell me it takes 10 business days! Last time I called it was 3-5 business days. I guess their software takes the weekends off!

Dan is such an amazing employee there. I hope that is his name. He always makes sure I am okay while shopping. He even took my dog, Marlow, and watched her and walked around with her while I shopped (Marlow loves him, so it was okay) He always recommends products and cares for the animals. He isn't out for your money instead wants to make sure your pet is getting the care they need and deserve. Marlow and I haven't been back in a month or two, but we will be to see Dan soon!

Mr. Bates, our 15 month old Golden doodle loves Pet Supermarket! He gets to go inside and help Daddy pick out his treats! He loves organ meat and those Yummy Combs for pure chicken and ingenious flossing. We will be back and moosey moose, (I call him that sometimes) highly recommends this great store with friendly humans. I will include his pic. He loves to pose!

Olivia was amazing, I had so many questions about my Cats on how to help them with their hairballs and best products, she gave me so much information, her knowledge is incredible. This is my Favorite PetSupermarket, all the employees are always very friendly. I come here twice a week and I always leave happy. But again, Olivia was great, my husband and I were very happy with her service.

We love petmarket! I have been bringing my dog in since we moved 2 months ago. The staff has helped me find shampoo, nail chippers and a brush, different trips as well. Zeus loves to go in and shop with me. They are always nice and talkative. I am waiting for them to open as we speak!

Such a nice store ! Super clean , lots of products , ok prices BUT really sweet sales team , very helpful and nice . We adopted a cute little bunny they had named stew (yup) and we love her so much (sage now) Everyone was so helpful and we bought extra stuff just to show our appreciation . Thanks guys .

There prices are a little expensive. But the variety of things that they have used sometimes can't find Anywhere else. We like to buy our dog food here. The Stella and Chewy. Always find something there for my foster Kittens and always like to give them back with the little something that they loved me play with while they were with me.

In this case I am ONLY referring to the manager here. We've had a really great response from the staff except for her! We are new to fish tanks, and have been there several times to get what we need. We have spent now hundreds of dollars here setting up our tank. We bought some fish here on Friday, and 2 of them died, we took them back to lovely staff that helped us to pick out more, and sent us on our way, one of which was a $30 fish. They also tested our water, and our water was "perfect". This morning the $30 fish, and 1 other had died so we took it back with another sample of our water. Only to be lectured by this perfect human being of a manager. Where she told my husband that this store is not a "free for all"... what does this even mean? Does she want to see our bank account and see that nothing we got there was free? She was extremely rude to my husband, and just because of her we will no longer be going to this location. She should not be working with customers if she has no desire to deal with them in a professional manner!

Weird older employee named Daniel said he was going to “tickle me” to make me drop my items after he kept insisting giving me a shopping cart and I kept politely refusing. Who says that to a person? Very uncomfortable experience.

I recently made my first trip to Pet Supermarket on the recommendation of a friend. This place was fabulous. Clean, well stocked, incredibly friendly and helpful staff are just some of the reasons to pay a visit. I had my dog Brody with me and they made sure he got some treats while we were shopping. Highly recommend this establishment

I was so embarrassed when our dog Peed multiple times in their store, Brody, the manager still price matched for me even after my dog made a giant mess and they were very kind about that. Just all-around good time people great store thank you guys.

I love this location. Courteous staff especially the white guy, blue eyes, glasses, working at noon today. I'm sorry I forgot to ask the name. I'll keep coming for Crickets and bloodworms. I appreciate that unlike the place on university and lockwood ridge road these people dont look at me like i have open sores on my face when purchasing. They dont even own the store and help like they do. Wow. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
