First time shopping at any Ollie's. We were very pleasantly surprised because we've visited different bargain places before only to be disappointed with lack of inventory and items strung all over the place without a lot of organization.Ollie's is opposite to all that, things were very much in order with plenty of inventory and very well structured.There's clothing, household items, carpets, personal products like hair and lotions, pillows and blankets, patio and yard, sports gear, foods, candy, garage, games and LOTS of books plus more with many name brand items as well.I definitely recommend this place to save some of your hard-earned dollars.I've uploaded some pictures and a video to give you an idea if you're not familiar with this store.They do accept returns and there is also a rewards program.Please if this review has helped you give it a LIKE

1st time there, won't go back. Stuff that no one needs at higher than should be prices with the exception of the book section. The one in Orange Park used to have good products but it's been a few years since I've been there. Waste of my time.

Prices are pretty good.Who cleans the bathroom? You might want to check on it more often.You have a cashier who could use some customer service training. I had an item that had lost its price tag. When I told them the items were all marked $4.99, they took a negative tone and said, "I know. I have to scan it." Their tone was enough for me to leave that item and the other things there and walk out the door.I'll never shop here again.

It's hit or miss with items. Wait time was very long today at the checkout. One other customer as well as myself ended up putting our items back on the shelf as the weight was way too long. They lost two customer purchases. It's too bad as some of their prices are really good.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful to an employee, right in front of me and the turned his nasty rude attitude on me. Later that day I couldn't find my keys and called to see if they had been accidentally left there and I was told they were not turned in. I was then asked to give my name and number because someone was going to check the shopping carts and call me back shortly. After waiting 2 hours without receiving a call back, I called the store back myself. I asked if anyone had found my keys and I was told that they were not found. I asked why I didn't get a call back and I was told that it was because he was busy and there wasn't any reason to call me since they weren't there, to which I replied, the reason to call me back was because he told me that he was going to do so. My husband called again the following day and he was told that they did not have my keys. However, a few hours later my husband stopped in when he realized he was driving by when he was coming home from an appointment. When he asked for a manager a woman came up to speak with him. He told her the situation and she went back to the office to look and came back with my keys. The manager who was rude and beyond unhelpful was not only in the store, he walked upfront and heard my husband saying that he was disappointed that the manager he had spoken with didn't call when he saw the found keys in the office and he knew it was the same manager because he saw his name tag and recognized his voice when he heard him start talking with someone else after turning his back once he heard what my husband had said. It is quite disappointing when people who are rude and have ZERO customer service skills are promoted to management. Not only does it make the company look bad, it makes the good managers you do have look bad, but more importantly, it makes their jobs harder. I know that if I was having to put up with that and cleaning up messes made by another manager, I would quickly start looking for a management job somewhere else.

Good prices on most things. Window air conditioners were great prices but were reconditioned as new. Different sizes and different brands. Lots of merchandise. Very nice and big store.

A hit or miss kinda place. Alot of stuff much not the quality for us. Did get a great price on Mothers Carnuba Cleaner Wax and a good quality 100% cotton golf shirt.

Upset about what I heard. Poor cashier up front only had one break her whole entire shift. Now I know that 15 minute breaks are not mandatory but you could clearly see she was so tired. The manager this woman was speaking to wasn't very nice and I felt like this woman might have been being bullied during her shift due to this manager who seemed to have an assistant attached to her hip. Which is messed up, you had plenty of people inside the store to stop what they were doing to help this cashier up front ring people out yet every time I looked to the registers in the hour and a half I was there, there was more than 5 people in line pretty much at all times. I truly wish I could have caught that managers name to report her for that woman. Work place BULLYING IS NOT FUNNY NOR COOL ESPECIALLY INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS! I will not be shopping at ollys and especially NOT this location for a long time!

You can find things you didn't know you needed if you have enough time to wander around. I find they can be somewhat disorganized and messy. But still a fun way to kill an hour

Absolutely Ollie's! No idea what your going to find there! Especially around the holidays! Each Ollie's is a little bit different. Huge carpet section with large room size remnants at this Ollie's. Always get lost and lose track of time when I come to any Ollie's.

My husband and I absolutely love this particular store today especially our lovely cashier gently reminded us about the 15% off coupon that we should have somewhere in our emails so I was able to find it and we saved a nice amount of money on a large purchase because the cashier let us know I didn’t catch your name, but she deserves a raise. she had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses and thank you so much for all your help today. Great customer service. Monday, Oct. 16th at 2pm.

Great selection for a great price normally. Lots of yard stuff on sale for spring and summer at great prices.Still a great place to find discounted name and generic brands. Bought a Coleman large beach chair with attachments for $20. Great place for discounted fishing supplies. Need spray paint that you buy at other stores, they have it dirt cheap. Take a look. You will not be disappointed.

Always a great deal to find at Ollie’s! I go here for any outdoor furniture or inside fan/acs I’ve needed to buy. They have tons of other stuff too. I recently purchased a comforter here at half the cost of other stores. Really friendly staff too!

My husband LOVES the... And I always get this wrong, lol... Ripafratta(?) (We call it Ripafarta 😂) coffee pods which are, like, a box of a billion for $21. Ok, I exaggerate a little, but it's the big case of them for a mere $21, which is OUTRAGEOUSLY cheap, and he likes them a lot, so... I'm always going there for those, and I can't stop myself from wandering the cookbook aisles while I'm there.Awesome cookbooks for $3.99-$6.99. I've not seen one more expensive than that. I've gotten Instant Pot cookbooks, a Bisquick cookbook, veghead cookbooks, coconut oil cookbooks, Keto cookbooks, soup cookbooks, Israeli cookbooks, kosher cookbooks, and more... And that doesn't include the ones that I don't even look at, like grilling, carnivore, BEEF, camping, hunting, and all those flesh eating kind of cookbooks! Instant Pot, slow cooker, grill, air fryer, we all pay so much for our cooking devices, we need good cookbooks to supply them, and OLLIE'S does not disappoint. But that's only TWO things that Ollie's supplies. There are tons of other books! Graphic novels, audiobooks, Bibles & inspirational books, novels, biographies, reference books like, "How to shoot a gun" or "how to fight" (both very important in this day and age) (note: those are not titles, but subjects of books). You'll also find kids books! LOTS of kids books! Coloring books for all ages, puzzle books... You name it, they probably have a version of it.Kitchen supplies, office supplies, spring goods, automobile supplies, health & beauty, garden supplies, non-perishable food stuff, bedding & bath, household goods, "As Seen On TV", carpeting & tile, pretty much everything you can buy, you can find a version of it at Ollie's.Ollie's is the type of store that buys out other stores when they purchase too much inventory, and when they go bankrupt, like Bed, Bath, & Beyond products will probably start showing up in Ollie's soon, and Tuesday Morning products, since both of those stores have gone out of business, whatever stock they couldn't sell, they sell to stores like Ollie's, who marks it down and sells it to us. Sometimes we get any AWESOME deal. Sometimes we pay the same as if we'd bought it in the original store. Sometimes, if we don't know any better, we pay more. As long as you're happy with what you pay, that's all that matters. If it's worth it to you...You can find some SUPER AWESOME deals at Ollie's, but if you see it, you better take it, because it's not likely to be there when you come back. Even the things they carry regularly are hit & miss--maybe there one month, maybe not the next.Ollie's is a great store. You never know what you'll find there.
