Don’t bring your dog to this groomer, unprofessional, do not know how to give dog a grooming. I was lost of word when I pick up my dog. Omg she don’t know how to cut a Bichon hair, she shave my dog paw hair right to the skin. It was so red and I m sure it’s sore, my poor boy have been licking his paws since he came home in the afternoon and whole night and the next day found fleas on him.

I really hate to leave a negative post but the experience I had the last time I went to muddy paws was unlike any i had ever had. We gave this place, this groomer, really, 4 opportunities to just be of service, a service which is very needed in my household. Between my mother and I we have 7 Animals, 3 of which are dogs. Our senior dog requires a lot of extra attention and maintenance, which made this dog wash very valuable. There are days I work late ( in a restaurant) and as muddy paws was open late it was another convenience for us. Still my mother would call to make sure she was still be able to take her animals in there for nail clippings, and we would use the dog wash fo our senior dog. Apparently she said we could come up there so I packed up all the animals in my mother when we went up there might do this to the fourth time we have been there the entire time we were there the lady and the owner I presume did not say a word to me when I paid she did not thank me, where is even acknowledge that I was there. She made my mother and I feel very uncomfortable. When we're leaving she watched me struggle with the doors and the dogs she didn't offer to hold the door she didn't even acknowledge again that we were standing there my mother had a stroke a few years ago and with the three dogs sometimes we have some mobility issues and that's what I expect any help from anybody but for her to just turn her nose up at us as a person I thought was very rude. I was in here about a month ago it has been almost a month has taken me to sit down to even write this review I am that busy but it is a minute still bothers me as a business owner to treat a customer like that it's not right it's sad I will never go back to that place again I'll never give my support to her business or my hard-earned money for her to make me and my mother feel like we were bad people or we were inconveniencing her or whatever her deal was she should have told us not to come in with my mother called then and she knew that we were running late. Being a business owner she should have been happier we were repeat customers and that we kept coming back to her shop but she would ignore me and to not even say that one word to me the entire time I was there or to thank me even after I paid and tipped her 30%? That whole experience was upsetting for not only myself but my mother. We don't have to be friends but she could at least have been pleasant to us at least one of the four times that we brought all our animals up to her business.

I can't thank Michelle Nolan enough for taking my long haired Ragdoll Cat to remove his matted fur. Other "groomers" wanted to sedate him or would not even touch a cat. I was afraid I would have to try to de-matt him myself. I've found my new groomer. Thank you, Muddy Paws Dog Wash.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!First off, the woman working looked and acted like she did not even want to be there. No greeting, no smile, nothing!Anyway, we just brought 2 of our dogs in to have their nails trimmed. My wife was under the assumption that they would use a dremel. That didn't happen. Our dogs are very docile, so she clipped both of their nails in less than 2 minutes. When she came outside with our dogs, I noticed blood all over the ground coming from our dogs. My wife went back in, and they rubbed some kwik stop on their paws. We got home, and they started bleeding everywhere. This worker clearly is not focused on her job, let alone the customers, and we should have read some of these other reviews beforehand that corroborate this story. I don't know if I'm more upset at myself for not researching first or them.If you love your animals, please do not ever use this business!

ZERO STARSTHE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEY COULD CLIP OUR 3 DOGS NAILS AND WE WANTED TO USE THE DOG WASH FOR OUR SENIOR DOG, WE EVEN LEFT MICHELLE A GENEROUS TIP, I AM DISABLED , SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND JUST WATCHED AS WE STRUGGLED TO HURRY THE DOGS IN AND GET THEM BACK OUT SO SHE COULD LEAVENEVER, EVER AGAIN AND I TELL FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS NASTY EXPERIENCE

Very disappointed in the professionalism to a potential new customer we received today. My fiancé and I brought our husky puppy in today to possible schedule an appointment to fix our grooming job we tried to do on our husky. We are new to owning a husky but to be ridiculed for it is just plan rude. We know plenty of husky owners that fully shave their husky’s down because of the heat in Florida but they made us feel like we were trash people and couldn’t even be bothered with trying to fix her or help us. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had and makes me never want to take my dog to a groomers again. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that has feelings because they clearly do not care about yours. We were hoping to find a groomer we could visit frequently to keep up with our husky but money was clearly not a priority for them.

My son and I have been coming to Michelle for the last 3 years. She hasn't always been the friendliest of faces upon entering the business. Meaning, you don't get greeted with a friendly smile or even a warm hello. The staff (Michelle/Owner included) just kind of glance at you from the work they're doing. Not a huge deal...I have continued to go back because it was easy enough to just ignore the unwelcoming environment (especially when it's a general in and out for three quick nail trims), rather than call around and find somewhere else to go. Afterall it's only once every so often the dogs have to be taken in for a trim anyway.With that being said, this morning my son took our three in for a nail trim and was immediately texting me how rude she was being towards him, acting as though it was an inconvenience for her to trim their nails. (This is a walk in service). Our Dachschund has NEVER needed his back nails trimmed because he has a slipped disk in his back and his back feet drag therefore they are nubs as it is. Right off the start she cut his back nails to where they were bleeding, so now he is going to be sore because of her cutting what was left of his nubs. Son called me after leaving and asked me why the charge was so high compared to every other visit. I was unsure myself-so I called to inquire. Michelle was immediately hostile and rude and began shouting that she was not going to argue. I was in no way trying to argue-I was trying to understand the charges/fees and clear up any misunderstanding if any at all. She rudely stated that she trimmed two out of the three dogs paw pads- which was not asked for in our service. My son asked for the same as we always get, and that is three nail trims (minus the dachschunds back feet), and trim the pads of the schitzu. Michelle refused to remain calm or professional and continued to shout over the top of me that my son asked for two dogs paws to be trimmed. The only dog that has paw pad hair is the schitzu. Due to her negligence and rudeness that has exceeded my patience and tolerance level, I will no longer be going back for business or recommending any potential future clients to her establishment. Extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled, and even more disappointed she didn't once offer a resolution to this issue . Rather, she threw the phone off to someone else and left them to pick up where she left off with rudeness and arrogance. Not the proper way to speak with or treat people, or run a business for that matter. It's truly too bad you couldn't be professional and resolve the over charge Michelle, now you will end up with nothing because the bank will be taking over this matter.

My dog is 17 years old. He has some health concerns and 3 groomers prior we’re not able to groom him. I brought him here and the girl was so good to him. He looks so handsome. I was very impressed with this salon, and definitely will return when I’m in town and he needs a groom. Thank you again!

It's a fast and easy place to wash your dog, instead of a bathtub or outdoor hose. They supply everything, you just need your dog and $10.00. I was expressed, Thanks Muddy Paws! From Winston and Mom & Dad

I brought our Rescue dog, her name is Suggy to Muddy Paws explained the 1 yr old Female German Shepard was rescued from California, She never saw a vet and was never groomed, They said they like a challenge, they bathed her and gave her a de-shedding treatment. She went in a doll came out a princess! They do a great job, We will bring her back in a month so they can do their magic again!!!!

Rude grooming staff. Wouldn't recommend at all. Tired to speak with about what I need done with my difficult to groom dog before bringing him in, as he gets nervous and makes it hard to give any instructions then. I mentioned that the last few places haven't done a good job and I've had to finish it when I took him home, so I need to make sure the next groomer I pay can do the haircut that I want. And was basically told either schedule an appointment or leave. So, I left and will NEVER return there again. Probably won't even go to that specific Publix next door ever again either, so that I can completely avoid those RUDE ladies.Update: After further consideration, I figured why not give this place a true try and since I don't like grooming my dogs legs and paws and know they will only cut using one length, I called to see if the would just do a cut on his paws and legs, nothing else needed as I will do the rest. Big mistake and completely not even worth the time. She didn't ask about how I wanted them cut or even give me the opportunity to give instructions. (When you get your hair done, do you just say "I want it cut" and they do it without further discussion? No, because that's not good customer service and no one would ever return to someone like that). The fur on his legs and paws was barely cut, I can only tell a little was taken off as I know my dog, but what I wanted was to have a lot of fur removed. Guess I'll finish that later along with the rest of his haircut. I most certainly will 10000% NEVER go to this place again and if anyone asks for recommendations on dog grooming, this will most certainly be on my list of places to avoid.

It was a walk in just for nail trimming for my dog. It was a quick and easy process! She got straight to it with no problem, and handled my pet with care! Though it is smaller than expected. Will definitely come again ☺️

Our dogs often need grooming, so we obviously need groomers! I wouldn’t want to risk my life every day to an anxious, scared dog….so I’m very thankful these folks are willing. My 12 year old Llasa who is very sweet normally does not behave well anymore when anyone, including me, tries to cut his hair. I’m embarrassed about that, but I’m thankful Muddy Paws is willing to groom a “biter” for me. Besides that, he smelled really nice, not like some of the strong scents from other groomers.

My first experience with this groomer was over the phone and I was impressed on how informative, friendly, and professional the person was. When I brought my special needs cat in to be bathed and claws trimmed, I was greeted with smiles and told he would be done in a couple of hours. When I went to pick him up, he was still on a table being brushed and he looked as content as could be. He was so fluffy and beautiful! I was so happy that he was happy. I give this groomer 5 stars and would give them more stars if I could. Outstanding service, great price, friendly staff. Thank you Muddy Paws!! You’re awesome!!

TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE My daughter my little dog and me were treated very rude and mean by one of the groomers MICHELLE. she was very sarcastic and unproffesional, I cannot imagine if she treated a person like that how she treats the dogs when you are not there to keep an eye on them. I feel so sorry for the dogs. And when we walked out she still insulting us. We don't even said a Word because We do Have education!!! It don't matter if she said she had 20 yrs in this field but if She does not have respect for others what she said or posted of herself is a Trash. NEVER COME BACK TO THAT PLACE.

You should tell first time customers you need a shot record to get your cat groomed. We had an appointment for two weeks just to be turned away day of. That was more than an hour of wasted time away from work, just to be turned away and have to do it another time. We will not be making another appointment.

Didn’t even get in the door and treated rudely on the phone. Told kid that answered the phone-Aaron- that I had a 17 week old fully vaccinated puppy and I could bring in my paperwork if needed and he turns around to Michelle and asks her if a 17 week old dog would be fully vaccinated- so called me a liar. No thanks, total rudeness. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional place.

Absolutely horrible my dog came home with the worst razor burn on his privates he’s been whining as soon as he came home it’s completely red and hot I also told the lady on the phone and my dad told them too when he came in that my dog does not like his paws touched so if they need to muzzle him they can and they came back with attitude both times like all dogs hate their paws touched which is a lie because I know a lot of dogs who don’t care this is completely unacceptable

Took my mini Australian Shepherd twice in muddy paws. The first time they cut off her skirt which is part of the mini Aussie look. The second time they did a “ sanitary cut” which cost me $85 in vet bills. She could not walk more then 3 feet without having to sit for a week.

I finally brought my dogs back there after a while and I will never submit my dogs there again. After tem telling me that our labradoodle really didn't need too much of a cut they completely shaved her down to where her skin was raw. She whimpered all night in pain. The place was filthy.was filthy

Absolutely horrible groomer. They did not even bother to give my dog a bath and left her hair in tangled knots. I sent them a detailed message about my experience and they did not even bother to reply. My dog was also acting weird for days after taking her here and she has never been like that after a grooming appointment before. If you care about the well-being of your pet I suggest never setting foot in this building.

This was my first experience DIY at Muddy Paws. It is nothing and I mean nothing like it is back home in Massachusetts. This place is phenomenal. They have this totally awesome dog washing machine that is exactly like a car wash for your dog very cool! And you cannot beat the price along with the staff who are so so friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone and anyone who wants to do your own dog wash.
