Never again will I go in this store ! For people who donate and they get for free they sure do mark those prices up ! Sad and I’m sure they don’t help people like they say they do. Poor management and staff I suggest you don’t go there either .

One of the best locations in the area, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The selection of items always feels fresh and well organized. Alexis R (I believe a cashier there) was fantastic when we went on May 28th, definitely will be back to this location!

This location was pleasant to shop at. Clean and not too crowded. Decent enough prices although some things can tend to get a bit pricey considering they were donated to begin with. But I understand that there's still a cost to be able to offer the service so I would say their pretty reasonable. For the most part, it's a great place to get good deals on a variety of goods, from clothing, jewelry, furniture, electronics, home goods, toys and more.

This being a store with corporate offices connected to it, you would think they would have help. I've gone in numerous times after 6 and have seen either one or two cashiers working. The managers are sitting in the "perch" laughing and cutting up. God forbid if you ask anyone to call for back up. I walked out today leaving my purchases behind. This is the worst store to deal with. You all may want to reconsider your management staff.

Clothes are never sorted and they are double the price of Goodwills I've been go in other parts of FL and GA. There is nothing "botique" about Under Armour/Ralph Lauren/Izod and charging $15-$20 for a worn shirt is outrageous for someone looking for dress clothes to wear to a $14/hr job interview. Resellers are killing these stores.

This is very nice clean store, they have just about everything you need. Prices area little higher there than some goodwill, but they have really nice merchandise.

Enjoy the worst prices possible on harshly user items. Can never find a good deal anymore and will never shop here again. Better off at a family owned thrift store.

I go to goodwill to find blazers and sports coat for myself. I used to find my size here but as of lately nothing . When I found the perfect size and new I was happy of course !! But PLEASE PLEASE goodwill make this make sense!😡 Goodwill is a second hand not a designer retail store. Im better off shopping at the clearance rack of a an actual store.

Wonderful store. Clean and neat isles. Staff available for questions and knowledgeable. Bathrooms were top notch. Clean and well maintained. You can always find a bargain here.

This is by far the best Goodwill store I've been in!! Organized so well. The quality of the merchandise was all like brand new. There were so many associates walking the store greeting customers and asking if they need assistance. There are 5 check out lanes and each had someone there to run the register. I hope this wasn't only because it was the grand opening, I really hope it continues to run this way.

Cashier I had was unfriendly and rude. I informed her I had the coupon on my phone but could not pull it up. The Internet did not work. I tried to log on as guest, still no connection. She would not give me discount. (Like it cost her)My mother in law went to Margie, down the row. She was friendly and fast.Going to SR70 next time.

They are adding too many high price new items. Making it more like a big lots than a thrift store. They also have been raising their prices on thrifted goods.

Fitting room guy was passionate about the number of items to take inside fitting room. He was very obnoxious about telling me the rules of how many items to take in, but I was counting the pairs I wanted to take in and he keep pressing the issue. After I came out he was replaced by another young lady was manning the post and she was very nice and calm and even told me where I could find a coupon to reduce my bill for my purchase. Nice. Saved $5.00.

Haven't been in years since moving to Indiana and It's still the same great home cooked comfort food I remember from when I was a kid. Steave was jamming out running the kitchen and Shelley was there to greet us at the door with a smile. Best burgers in town ,clean and over the top service make it a must stop!

Customer service its so bad! And also You know what color week price with 50% off?? they taking all clothes, all stuff with tags for that color from store, and they put another color tag, so you never found stuff for 50%off tags in the store! THIS IS GOODWILL??? NOT ANYMORE!!

Two weeks ago, My husband and I were vacationing in Sarasota so we stopped by one of the Retail stores to shop. Everyone was so nice and courteous! I got home (Atlanta) and I noticed that I had two different shoe sizes in a pair of shoes that I bought. I contacted the Corporate office and spoke to Jennifer and she apologized for the inconvenience and told me that if she can find another pair that she would mail them to me!! And she did!! I was so ecstatic that she went over and beyond to make sure I got my shoes! Great customer service!!

This Goodwill is always nice and clean. The entire staff is always nice and they are always smiling.They continue to have great finds, especially games & toys. Oh....their furniture area is always stocked full of great looking pieces. I've found some great antiques in the furniture area.

What I bought was decent price. However just too high priced. Most of these items I can get cheaper elsewhere brand new. Furniture is outrageously priced. Not my cup of tea when its scratched for $40.00.

Was testing an electronic instrument to see if all the settings worked. This woman said “Okay, did you find out it worked, all right, you’re done!” AND SHE UNPLUGGED the instrument. They totally lost a sale today.

This location is by far my favorite. I live 47 minutes away & it's always worth the drive much more than the locations in the Tampa area and even the Lakewood Ranch location. I always find great & unique treasures. The prices are still pretty good here even though the "trend" of thrifting has driven the prices up in recent years. For the most part, the staff are usually pleasant & happy to help, especially with larger purchases. I usually don't get down there before 12pm on Saturday and still come out with a cart full of gems & clothes.

Staff is helpful although if you happen to be browsing the centre display case, the clerk follows you around and makes you feel like you might steal something, lol. I'm sure she was trying to be helpful but asking if she could help would have been better than stalking me.

I am right in the middle on this store on my rating. The store is one of the cleanest goodwills you can find, good parking lot which is large and easily accessible, friendly staff, and a very wide variety of offerings. The pricing in here is a hit or miss. Some items are fair and even cheap at times and on certain items, but others are priced as if you were buying it retail. I saw a halloween mask for $14.99 this afternoon and was shell shocked. I did find a few decent bargains, others had me upset I walked into the place as they were priced at or over retail for items that individuals had donated. I was disappointed in some of the pricing and felt as if they were trying to take advantage of people. All in all this store is worth checking out, just be ready to see a few prices that will have you shaking your head wondering what is going on.
