Very disappointed in the services .Bought flooring for entire house for about $ 20'000.-very poor install with lots of damaged planks and steps.Dough the owner said he would make it right and repair the poor install.We needed to delay the work by a few month. When the time came to do the repairs, Dough refused to do the work.There is more to the story as we would need to replace several packs of flooring. They claimed it wasn't available anymore and wanted to sell new flooring.A quick google search and we had the same old floor delivered in no time.We will avoid Georgia Flooring. Be forewarnedSeems there are many names in these reviews for owner.not sure who the actual owner is.

Wow...exceptional pricing and fantastic service and it all started with our sales associate, Jeremy. Found this place behind Rice Appliances. Not much on the outside but massive inside. Greg made some suggestions and in short time we had Roger and his skillful assistant installing the carpet. I can’t say enough about our experience with Jeremy at Georgia Carpet. He went way above and beyond for us and made sure we were 100% satisfied after material issues arose. He personally came over to see what the issues were, went to bat for us with the supplier and made sure the second installation went like clockwork. Carlos and his crew were perfectionists and the final product looks fabulous. It’s rare, in this day and age, to find a company who takes pride in their employee/customer relationship and reputation. Excellent company! We have used Georgia Carpet for all our carpet needs in the last 25 years. Jeremy helped us decide on which carpet would meet our needs and did an excellent job. Polite, respectful,and very professional. You could tell he knows the business. He worked with us on scheduling installation to fit into our schedule. I can not say enough good things about Georgia Carpet and Floor and the owner of this business, Greg! First, he helped us find the most beautiful floor just after the devastation of our home from hurricane Ian. He was so compassionate, and helpful! He gave us an amazing price on our floors and sent us the best installers. At every turn, we have run into issues with our home, from bad contractors to a once in a century hurricane, but since meeting Greg, he has sent us good people to help restore our home and help us finally move back in. When a company does everything they say they will and exceeds those expectations, then they have to rate a 5 star review. After we met Greg “Waterproof” at Georgia Carpets, selected some amazing looking carpet, scheduled a measure a few days later, ordered the custom carpet and was installed in less than a week and half as committed, is simply amazing. The two installers then made our amazing carpet look even better. Vacuumed up after the job was done all very professionally! Can not say enough good about Georgia Carpets.

Great place to shop. Our experience was top notch. We worked with Jeremy and were treated so well. We had new carpeting & entryway put in by what I say are the best installers ever. Hard working, polite. They moved furniture out of areas and then put it all back. They even vacuumed before they left . They were in, out and done in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend this place.

Walked into the Store and was looking around for over 5 minutes and NO ONE approached us and even acknowledged our presence. I don’t do business with that kind of customer service. We are carpeting our 2200 square foot house so we went elsewhere and gave your competitor the business. UPDATE I was contacted by the President and was offered a free estimate with their measuring service? EVERY carpet place I went to in the Area offered a FREE ESTIMATE so thank you for your apology and I’ve taken my business elsewhere!
