Dollar Tree seriously needs to pay to have some more employees to be here to put the stuff away. We can't even see the product. Empty shelves. Line of at least 10 people nonstop. Only one line open. Get more employees Dollar Tree.

Great supplies found and clean store, but the only issue which is common everywhere nowadays, is staff shortages. Now that doesn't give reason to also have customer service go too!Today at this DT, the manager was extremely rude and speaking to customers unprofessional. Resulting in many customers walking out of the cashier's line and leaving their goods behind on their way out of the store.There are situations at every workplace, ways to learn how to resolve it and keep it going.

I go in on Saturday December 9th and go to back to get a broom I see heads but no handles so I go back up front and ask to get told no we don't have any! And no one else does!!!! i NOT sure what's worse the fact that they CAN'T order handles!!!! Or the FACT that they can't have a little RESPECT for customers to put a sigh up telling people this!!!

This must be a new store manager. The store used to be clean and nice. It’s an absolutely MESS. Today the Store Manager was incredibly rude to me and my children while we were in the toy/craft isle because it he boxes and buggies and mess everywhere you can’t move. She could handle children being children in a TOY isle. It is a shame they have someone like her in charge of other people.

Jenny and Dennis is AMAZING!!! They both greeted me with a smile and they were very helpful ... Vickie is AMAZING also she has a pleasant smile and very helpful as well I recommend everyone to the store. Christy has a great crew here and she was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed for my granddaughter

First time shopping at this location. I have shopped Dollar Tree locations for years and this is the first time I have ever walked into one that was completely out of shopping bags at the register. I'm glad I had reusable bags in the car.I will say that it is a much larger store than most Dollar Tree locations that I have been to. The cashier was very friendly and had apologized numerous times that they were out of bags (I'm sure she isn't the one in charger of ordering supplies.The store itself was a little messy, like most Dollar Tree stores, but well organized with a number of things I haven't seen at other locations.

The first one on Cortez is NASTY N DIRTY. it looks like a bomb went off in there. You cannot find anything your looking for. The one on 53rd Ave w n 44th str w is absolutely great. Staff is very helpful and the store is clean organized.

This store is dirty and trashed out. Brooms must cost more than 1.25? I wanted birthday balloons but they only had valentine balloons. The people are nice but they need to hire.

This store needs to hire people to stock the shelves. Boxes blocking the aisles and floors are filthy. Stockers could be heard in the back room and others staring mindlessly into space. When I asked about applying to be a part time stocker was told they are only hiring cashiers. Maybe you should explore hiring some of us retired but active folk like Publix does.

I have been coming to this particular dollar tree for many years and it was always one of my favorites until I went in there yesterday and the lady that worked there who’s name was Hope was extremely rude. The rudest person I have ever dealt with in any store. I will never come to this one again especially if she is working there. You can tell she hates her job and is just a miserable person and should not be working in retail.

This place is terrible, the place is a dump. Everything is dirty, opened, and everything on the floor. Not only that but they have bad employees there, with attitude and no help. Never coming again and neither should you.

Have been coming to this store ever since it opened. Up until a couple of months ago it was great. Now the shelves are half stocked, there are boxes all over the place...the store is a mess. Someone needs to come in and clean up this place!!!

Store is not one of the cleanest for sure. Saw 3 employees yet only one was on a register with a very upset super long line going halfway down an isle... I do luv all the new craft items available my lil one plays for hours and the dollar reading lamps are awesome for hurricanes.burns light for 200 hrs for a buck . Perfect for hurricane emergency supplies..

It's quite possible there's new Management in this store now. Pleasant visit today, aisles clear of clutter in the floor, neat and clean. Staff attentive which is always a plus! Great selection! Kept clean and stocked with employees that have an excellent pace. I was 4th in line. With only 1 cashier on and large purchases from the 3 customers ahead of me, naturally I thought it would be a bit of a wait. But, within 5 minutes I was walking out of the door. Recommend!

I have always loved this location untill the last visit... the first thing I encountered was the cashier standing outside the door smoking a cigarette, threw her cigarette on the ground and ran in to take care of people who were standing in line. The second thing was her talking to another employee about how she wished she wasn't there. The third encounter with this young lady was when I was checking out, I asked about a product she said she didn't know if they carried it and so I asked if there was someone else in the store that could help me and she said no. And as I was walking out the phone rang and a young lady from an Isle came up to answer it. Then she turned to say something to yet another employee coming from the other side of the store and started a conversation with him!I was in the retail business many years, both management and staff..I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this young lady obviously doesn't want to be there as well as chasing customers away.I do consider that we all have bad days, but to tell me she didn't know if the store had the item AND that there were no other employees that could help was insubordinate and uncaring! I know for a fact that the male employee that was there that day is very helpful and has been there for a while. She obviously was a new employee because I had never seen her before, but to downright not want to help a customer is really shameful! There are other locations closer to me than that one but I did prefer the location on 53rd Avenue, I will now take my business to a different location.This one employee will not discourage my business with your company but I'm a lot more forgiving than most. And I don't doubt this young lady will not last in the retail business.

Kim is awesome. I have been looking for the popular skull candles and she went out of her way to call another store and put them on hold for me. I have gone to serval stores and no store employee offer that. She needs a raise!

Went to this dollar tree an the cashier sparky is rude didnt give a greeting or departing greeting, very slow at ring up the food items like he doesnt care how the cashier feels about it, he doesnt interact with the customer, he just not nice at all, tryna figure out why is this guy still workin here an he has no respect for the customer he serve... we pay u our hard earn money an we get treat like were just strangers no we are in a neighborhood who support our fellow grocery stores. I just really wish this problem is handle !

This place has a lot of merchandise to choose from although today they had lots of boxes on the floor and I had a hard time getting threw a couple of ilse other then that awesome place to shop and save money!! I will be going there more often.

Convenience it's within a mile from my residence. It has almost anything you could need. Typically it's cost is cheaper than many other competitors. They also carry a wide variety of products not found anywhere else. The parking lot has only 3 entrances that it shares with a 7-11, a school, and 2 large filled strip malls so it can be very hectic depending on the time. There is also many high school age kids that have their parents pick them up there adding to the mess. There are horribly huge steep sided speed bumps on the main Street of the parking lot destroying your vehicles suspension and tires.

My daughter who is 17 years old and just starting in the working world. Hired at this dollar tree was given a 20 min training and was gonna be left alone in the store for 30 min.

This place absolutely sucks. Not because the guy that works here has no teeth or smells like a brewery....but because his attitude is the rudest I have encountered in Bradenton....yet so are the "women," who work here. Most look like they've been sucking on a lemon for a year. They are more than pissed off to do anything....like their jobs....like ring you up...tell you where anything is.....you know...work. The whole experience of going here will piss you off exponentially..... Until you realize that that's exactly the reason that they are working at Dollar Tree. Go to CVS pay more money but be treated way better.
