(Usually it’s not a bad experience)I went up to pay & the cashier was alr yelling at another customer to “control her kid” that threw a ball. The cashier asked if me and my boyfriend were both over 18 because we were buying a little laser and we asked why he was asking I though he was just trying to make small talk but then he rudely told us “when I ask u something just say yes or no” and my boyfriend told him yes we are over 18 and to just keep scanning the stuff so we can pay and the cashier told us to get out. It was a black dude with orange hair and beard. Avoid that cashier and u should be good. I hope he gets fired soon, I work with customers and his attitude is very unprofessional.

This is one of the better Dollar Trees. In the area. The management takes care to have the merchandise on the shelves, and not thrown about by customers as I find in other Dollar Trees. They also tend to open as many cahiers as they can.

I never knew that bags of cat food were that big for $1.25 and the big cans of wet food. Definitely a good deal. No more Walmart for cat food. Money saved is money saved!

Refused to let me use the restroom saying it’s out of order (how do they use the bathroom then?) proceeded to talk about fighting another girl to her coworker, how her finger got caught in her mouth while fighting and how they need to up their meds without acknowledging that there were customers in line.

I came to the store it was 8:30 at night and they were closed employee said the storage closed but it says strictly it closes at 9:00 so why is the employees closing it early why because they're the employees close when they want to close not staying open when they're supposed to stay open not busy you should stay open when the store says it stays open the worst Dollar Tree ever and I don't recommend anybody coming to this one obnoxious employees

I go here almost every week. Honestly they have ALOT of stuff, even stuff I wouldn’t expect there. Once in a blue moon they don’t have something they need but it’s not on them due to the delivery trucks never coming on time. But they have a lot for a dollar general. For cheap prices honestly this is my go to place. Ignore the negative comments I’m guessing they only been there once or twice. But everyone is super nice and helpful. They almost always got what I need. And extra.

Hours online are different than the hours posted on the door. I showed up for the posted hours8 am and the gentleman out front said they’re not opening for two hours later. Love wasting gas!

Rudest cashier ever today! I was with my 17 yr. old son and even he couldn't believe her lack of polite, professional customer service. She told everyone standing in line they needed to learn how to put their items properly on the belt. She didn't greet me or say thank you. I bit my tongue, to not say anything but yeah horrible experience. There wasn't any shopping carts either and the cashier didn't advance the belt so I could put my basket down and then she proceeds to cackle at me under breath saying take my items out of the basket, as if I wasn't going to. The customers were all in shock of her rudeness. I'll be calling corporate office. Not to mention the store was a horrible mess. Also they need to change their name to the 1.25 Store. 😏🙄 I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I stop by this store sometimes on my way home...never stocked and trashy. My boss went there for decorations for the 4th of July. In his words "It looked like a store in a 3rd world country". He just turned around and left.

This store (Cortez Plaza E) is disgusting!!! DIRTY, stuff all over the floor, not sure it was ever vacuumed or cleaned, etc...I could go on and on. Had a young male cashier with long dirty fingernails! Gross! I stopped in to get greeting cards. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I blame management for allowing this store location to present it's business appearance in full neglect. Shame on you! This location needs a manager to step up to the plate and get that store in order! So sad that the town/state hasn't shut you down!!!!!! You don't deserve the "one" star I gave. I had to in order to post this review!!

i called to ask about getting double charged and instead of telling me they can't help me, they decide to just place you on an extremely long hold and then hang up on you. The old lady working there is very rude too.

Had to give a star to write a review... went there today and the store was a complete mess, so unorganized, this store used to be great years ago, about 2 years back has it become a nightmare. The store is so cluttered its ridiculous, seems to be only 1 cashier and about 1 other staff member. Line was ridiculously long and only after the line reached the back of the store did another associate decide to help, not at all what a dollar tree is like. I would advise anyone to go to family dollar instead of here, at least they're helpful, and hire associates/Managers who know what they are doing. If I could, I would have given -10 stars/10 stars. Corporate needs to come in and save this store or just shut it down in general, because it is giving dollar tree a bad name

There is a raise prices and then they lower the customer service standards. Why would your cashiers have headphones on (not the small ear buds but full on gaming size headphones), no name tag and then ask the customers to move the hand baskets back to the door, ask you to take the stuff out of the hand baskets. The cashier did not say hi or anything friendly. There wasn’t even have a good day or a thank you, just nothing.

Was in the dollar tree on 57th ave and 41 this morning in Bradenton and I have never been in a store that was so dirty and stock all in the walk ways, I know people are having trouble hiring help, but my goodness, they had one shopping cart, ONE, that's it. I'm handy cap, I had to wait for the women to get done putting stuff in her car and than had to go all the way out in the parking lot to get it. I'm so disappointed with that store, I go there cause it's close to my home, but no more, I'm not going back. It was awful. 😡

Store is very unorganized. There is barely parking due to the parking areas being all fenced off because it is slowly falling apart. The females except for one lady are very rude to the customers 😡. Mostly every time I have gone there. There's only one checkout lane open. If your looking to take a quick trip there you can forget it. Because most of the time the line is all the way to the back of store. Shopping is a headache because nothing is properly stocked. And they don't have many shopping carts because people steal them. So if your grabbing quite a few items you have to leave your stuff in the store because your not allowed to take the carts outside. Today was the last straw. I will no longer go to this particular dollar tree. I will be calling corporate today to make a report on this store!!!! Especially after the way I was treated during my visit. Because the cashier was lazy and didn't wanna do her job! I won't get into the rest. But avoid this store at all costs. Not worth the time!

This Dollar Tree has really turned around. 3 months ago it was a dive. The management has done something to clean it up..The stockers have truly worked on shelves. Everything has a place. The store is nearly a 4 star. 6 months ago..everything was thrown around piles of stuff dumped on floorsJob Well Done!!! Congratulations on making a difference.

This has got to be the DIRTIEST dollar tree in the world!!!! All the isles are full of items on the filthy floors. The ceiling leaks and has buckets to catch the water all over the place. They're always short staffed with long lines.

Been getting all my Halloween decorations for this year from a couple different Dollar tree stores and been having a lot of trouble with their lights that you put by the road and by my driveway. Have had to take back about 10 of them everyday now, then yesterday I took 10 of my lights up to the store to have them switched out four different ones and somebody stole my lights and I had to rebuy all of them again. I am not happy about this because that was $10 that I could have used to buy more instead of me losing $10 and having to replace them again.

Filthy, dirty. Every aisle look like a tornado hit it. Floor is very dirty I couldn't begin to guess when the last time they mopped was. What to use the restroom it has a health code violation look to it. Did my shopping went up front it was 23 people in line only one register open all the employees were in the back eating pizza. I don't know who's leading this operation but you might want to look into a different leader. They failed in every category of retail sales merchandising and cleanliness.

Like 20 people ahead of me, fr.It all depends on how long you are willing to wait. Now, when they announced a lane wa about to open up, I was 1st. And waited. But, it was all good, I guess

The store was a total mess. Only had one cashier. They are short-handed so they were doing the best job that they could. The cashier on this day was giving the best customer service that she could give due to the outlying circumstances.
